&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante Decreto n.º 2024-2866 de fecha 1 de agosto de 2024, se ha adoptado la siguiente Resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- Aprobar inicialmente&lt;/strong&gt; el PROYECTO DE ESTATUTOS Y BASES DE ACTUACIÓN DE LA JUNTA DE COMPENSACIÓN DE LA UNIDAD DE ACTUACIÓN DE LA URBANIZACIÓN LA MOLA UA/4PA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- CONCEDER &lt;/strong&gt;un trámite de información pública por un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;quince días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt; mediante un edicto que se tiene que publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears y en la dirección o en el punto de acceso electrónico correspondiente, donde se insertará asimismo el contenido íntegro del proyecto para facilitar su consulta telemática.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- CONCEDER &lt;/strong&gt;un trámite de audiencia por un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;quince días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt; a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DOMUS VIVENDI BLU ELEMENT GMBH &amp;amp; Co.KG.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- NOTIFICAR&lt;/strong&gt; la resolución a las personas interesadas con indicación de que contra el presente acuerdo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, no procede la interposición de recursos puesto que se trata de un acto de trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
