    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Visto el acuerdo del Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca, adoptado en la sesión de carácter ordinario de 20 de diciembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 14 de 27 de enero de 2022), por el que se aprobaron definitivamente la constitución y los estatutos de la Agencia Menorca Menorca Talayótica como organización especializada sin personalidad jurídica propia dependiente del Consejo Insular de Menorca y adscrita al departamento competente en materia de patrimonio histórico;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dado que los Estatutos de la Agencia Menorca Menorca Talayótica establecen que ésta se estructura internamente en cinco órganos de carácter ejecutivo –la Presidencia, la Vicepresidencia, el Consejo Rector, la Comisión Ejecutiva y la Dirección– y dos órganos de carácter básicamente consultivo – el Consejo Social y el Consejo Científico–;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dado que el artículo 12 de los estatutos antes mencionados prevé expresamente que el Consejo Científico de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a) El/la presidente/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) El/la vicepresidente/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;c) El director o directora insular que tenga atribuidas las competencias de patrimonio histórico, en caso de que no recaiga en esta persona la Vicepresidencia de la Agencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;d) El/la director/a de la Agencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;e) El/la director/a del Museo de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;f) El/la director/a del Museo Municipal de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;g) La jefa o la jefa de la Sección de Historia y Arqueología del IME.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;h) Un mínimo de 10 y un máximo de 15 personas con reconocido prestigio científico y técnico por su valía o como representantes de instituciones científicas como la Universidad de las Islas Baleares, el Colegio Oficial de Doctores y Licenciados en Filosofía y Letras y en Ciencias de las Islas Baleares u otros colegios profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;i) El secretario o secretaria, con voz pero sin voto, que sea designado por la presidencia entre el personal administrativo que preste servicio en la Agencia o, en su defecto, en el servicio de patrimonio histórico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Visto el Decreto de presidencia de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica núm 2024/AGMT_P/1 de fecha 13 de mayo de 2024 por el que se nombraron a los miembros del Consejo Científico de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Considerando conveniente que forme parte del Consejo Científico otra arqueóloga del Servicio de Patrimonio histórico del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dado que se propone nombrar a una suplente de la secretaria, para poder cubrir su vacante en caso de no poder asistir a alguna de las reuniones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Visto el Decreto de la presidencia del Consejo Insular de Menorca núm. 103/2023, de 14 de julio (BOIB núm. 99 de 18-7-2023), en el que se delega la presidencia de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica en el señor Juan Domingo Pons Torres, consejero ejecutivo jefe del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De conformidad con las atribuciones que me confiere la normativa vigente y, en particular, la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Designar como vocal del Consejo Científico de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica como persona con reconocido prestigio científico y técnico por su valía a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;- Victòria Cantarellas Sancho, técnica del servicio de Patrimonio histórico del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Designar como secretaria suplente del Consejo Científico de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica, con voz pero sin voto, a Sandra Huguet Vidal, auxiliar administrativa del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas y dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Disponer su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, &lt;/em&gt;sin perjuicio de que surta efectos desde la fecha en que se haya dictado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
