&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas de 3 de mayo de 2024, se designaron los Tribunales Calificadores del proceso selectivo para el ingreso por el turno libre, incluida la reserva para personas con discapacidad, para cubrir plazas de personal funcionario en la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 61, de 9 de mayo de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En fecha 27 de junio de 2024 se ha planteado, por parte de una aspirante, causa de recusación a la señora Elora Oliver Fonseca, con respecto al Tribunal Calificador del subgrupo A1 del cuerpo superior,&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;la cual es considera procedente ya que se aprecia la concurrencia de la causa alegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En fecha 25 de julio de 2024, la señora Catalina Llull i Vallès ha dejado de formar parte de la Comisión Permanente de Selección y Provisión, por su incorporación como jefa de servicio de Selección, y ha presentado su renuncia como miembro de los Tribunales Calificadores de este proceso selectivo, causa que se considera adecuada por los motivos alegados en el escrito de renuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Dado el volumen de procesos en marcha, de los que los miembros de la Comisión Permanente de Selección y Provisión ya forman parte, y dadas las causas previstas en los números anteriores, se hace necesario nombrar a nuevos miembros del Tribunal Calificador del proceso selectivo para el ingreso por el turno libre en el cuerpo superior de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, a funcionarios de carrera que no forman parte de la Comisión citada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En consecuencia, se han de designar nuevos miembros y se ha de modificar la composición de los Tribunales Calificadores de las pruebas selectivas para el ingreso por el turno libre, incluida la reserva para personas con discapacidad, para cubrir plazas de personal funcionario en la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en el sentido indicado en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificar la composición de los Tribunales Calificadores de los cuerpos generales establecidos en la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas de 3 de mayo de 2024 por la que se designan a los Tribunales Calificadores del proceso selectivo para el ingreso por el turno libre, incluida la reserva para personas con discapacidad, para cubrir plazas de personal funcionario en la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, publicada al BOIB núm. 61, de 9 de mayo de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Designar las nuevas personas como miembros de los Tribunales Calificadores, en sustitución de las que presentan motivos de recusación y renuncia justificadas y, en consecuencia, modificar las composiciones de los citados Tribunales Calificadores, en los términos establecidos en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en la sede electrónica de la CAIB (www.caib.es) y en el Portal del Opositor (http://oposicions.caib.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución -que agota la vía administrativa- se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas, en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de que se haya publicado esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También puede interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
