&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en la sesión que ha tenido lugar el día 31 de julio de 2024, ha aprobado el siguiente acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 24 de julio de 2024, el Consejo Ejecutivo ha aprobado la propuesta de acuerdo relativa a la aprobación de la convocatoria de subvenciones para entidades juveniles para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 27 de julio de 2024, se publicó el extracto de la convocatoria de subvenciones para entidades juveniles para el año 2024 (BOIB núm. 99, de 27 de julio de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- &lt;/strong&gt;En el Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo relativo a la aprobación de la convocatoria de subvenciones para entidades juveniles para el año 2024 se ha advertido un error material, respecto a los criterios de valoración de las solicitudes y, más concretamente, en el apartado « &lt;em&gt;d) Calidad del programa o proyecto &lt;/em&gt;», allí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«El uso de las lenguas extranjeras en la descripción y desarrollo del proyecto»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;« &lt;em&gt;El uso de las lenguas extranjeras en el desarrollo de alguna actividad del proyecto»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dado que este error se debe a un error tipográfico a la hora de redactar y transcribir, no afecta al contenido sustancial de la propia convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- &lt;/strong&gt;El plazo de 15 días hábiles, para presentar las solicitudes y toda la documentación, empezará a partir del día siguiente de publicarse este Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Si el último día es inhábil, el plazo se prorrogará hasta el siguiente día hábil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El &lt;em&gt;Decreto 26/2018, de 3 de agosto, de traspaso al Consejo Insular de Mallorca de las funciones y servicios inherentes a las competencias propias de esta institución insular que ejerce la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en materia de juventud y ocio &lt;/em&gt;(BOIB núm. 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El art. 109.2 de la &lt;em&gt;Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;«Art. 109.2.- Revocación de actas y rectificación de errores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.- Las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, asimismo, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho, o aritméticos existentes en sus actos».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- &lt;/strong&gt;La &lt;em&gt;Ordenanza general de subvenciones, aprobada por acuerdo del Pleno de día 23 de diciembre de 2016 &lt;/em&gt;(BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017), &lt;em&gt;modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 &lt;/em&gt;(BOIB núm. . 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018); con lo que no contradiga el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y el resto de normativa que le sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las bases de la convocatoria de subvenciones para entidades juveniles para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- &lt;/strong&gt;El &lt;em&gt;Decreto de la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca &lt;/em&gt;de día 28 de julio de 2023, por el que se establecen las competencias de los Departamentos del Consejo Insular de Mallorca donde se adjudican al Departamento de Presidencia la atribución y dirección de las políticas de juventud (BOIB núm. 106, de 29 de julio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, vistos los hechos y fundamentos jurídicos mencionados, el consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Presidencia eleva al Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, la siguiente propuesta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- &lt;/strong&gt;Rectificar el error material detectado en la base 6.1, apartado «&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;Calidad del programa o proyecto»&lt;/em&gt;, de la convocatoria de subvenciones para entidades juveniles para el año 2024, allí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«El uso de las lenguas extranjeras en la descripción y desarrollo del proyecto»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;« &lt;em&gt;El uso de las lenguas extranjeras en el desarrollo de alguna actividad del proyecto»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- &lt;/strong&gt;Establecer el plazo de 15 días hábiles, para presentar las solicitudes y toda la documentación que empezará a partir del día siguiente de publicarse este Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Si el último día es inhábil, el plazo se prorrogará hasta el siguiente día hábil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar el presente Acuerdo a las entidades inscritas en el Censo de entidades juveniles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el presente Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
