    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por acuerdo del Pleno de la Corporación, reunido en sesión ordinaria dia 30 de mayo de 2024, se aprobó inicialmente la Ordenanza reguladora del uso del parque canino y pista hípica del tm de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que no se han presentado reclamaciones o sugerencias en el trámite de información pública y audiencia a los interesados, tal como consta en el certificado emitido por el Servicio de Atención al Ciudadano, se entiende aprobada definitivamente la Ordenanza reguladora del uso del parque canino y pista hípica del tm de Andratx, y que dice así:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL REGULADORA DEL USO DEL PARQUE CANINO Y DE LA PISTA HÍPICA DE ANDRATX.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXPOSICIÓN DE MOTIVOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La numerosa población canina en el municipio, y un ritmo de vida cada vez más desvinculado con el campo y con el deporte al aire libre, promueve la necesidad de aportar al ciudadano de Andratx dos recintos en los que poder reconectar con la naturaleza y ejercitarse junto a sus mascotas; que consisten en un parque canino y una pista hípica municipal. Se pretende que estas instalaciones sirvan a su vez para mejorar el bienestar animal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La pista hípica pretende ofrecer a los ciudadanos un espacio seguro y funcional destinado a la práctica de la hípica, donde los jinetes puedan trabajar con sus caballos realizando sus ejercicios de entrenamiento. Por otro lado, el perro, dado su comportamiento gregario, tiene necesidad de relacionarse e interactuar, si esto no fuera posible nos encontraríamos con perros poco equilibrados, que podrían llegar a sufrir problemas de comportamiento. Es muy conveniente que los perros jueguen con otros perros y socialicen con las personas, realizando actividad física y reduciendo al mismo tiempo el estrés. Del mismo modo con el juego los cachorros establecen su jerarquía y se socializan.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por este motivo se procura una zona de esparcimiento y de ocio para perros, que se trata de un recinto cerrado donde los usuarios puedan permitir que sus mascotas corran libremente y se ejerciten sin riesgo para otros perros ni para las personas y donde los animales puedan dar salida a sus necesidades fisiológicas y etológicas y puedan disfrutar de un tiempo sin correa sin causar molestias a nadie, prevenir el estrés y poder gozar de buena salud física y mental. De paso estas zonas van a aportar beneficios a los propietarios de los perros, ya que además de disfrutar de sus mascotas al aire libre fomentan las relaciones interpersonales e incluso de amistad con los dueños de otros perros, realizando ejercicio físico y en definitiva servir de lugar de relajación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El objetivo primordial de esta Ordenanza es el de preservar el espacio público del parque canino y la pista hípica, y regular su uso, de manera tal que se potencie sus características como lugar de ocio, recreo y esparcimiento, tanto de animales como de personas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Disposiciones generales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Objeto y ámbito de aplicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Esta Ordenanza tiene por finalidad regular las condiciones de uso del parque canino y de la pista hípica de Andratx, espacios públicos urbanos especialmente habilitados para los animales; perros y caballos, respectivamente, y para sus propietarios, situado en Vía Juan Riera, del núcleo municipal de Andratx, y los que se puedan crear en un futuro en el municipio de Andratx, que quedarán incluidos en su caso en la presente Ordenanza a través del correspondiente acuerdo de Pleno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La titularidad y gestión de estas áreas de esparcimiento es del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, y éste velará para garantizar que se cumple la normativa de uso que ha de permitir que todos los usuarios puedan disfrutar de las instalaciones en condiciones de seguridad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Con las finalidades indicadas, esta ordenanza regula una serie de medidas encaminadas específicamente a fomentar y promover la convivencia y el civismo en dichos espacios públicos, sancionando las conductas que puedan lesionar o deteriorar tanto la mencionada convivencia como los propios bienes que se encuentran en el espacio público.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Definiciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A efectos del presente Reglamento se entenderá por:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Parque canino&lt;/strong&gt;: espacio reservado para el recreo canino donde, bajo la supervisión y control de sus dueños, los perros pueden disfrutar, correr y jugar sueltos sin riesgos. Es, además un lugar para fomentar la convivencia ciudadana con las mascotas y la tenencia responsable de animales domésticos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pista de hípica:&lt;/strong&gt; Pista de equitación construida para el entrenamiento y la práctica de la equitación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pipí-can&lt;/strong&gt;: zona destinada a los perros para que estos puedan realizar sus necesidades fisiológicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Circuitos de entrenamiento y socialización canino: &lt;/strong&gt;aquellos elementos tipo juegos (trampas, puentes, tubos, etc) destinado a que los perros puedan ejercitarse acompañados o en solitario.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO II&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Parque canino municipal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Objetivos de las áreas de esparcimiento canino&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ofrecer a los ciudadanos un espacio destinado al esparcimiento, socialización y recreo canino, que mejore el bienestar animal, donde prevenir el estrés y poder dar salida a sus necesidades fisiológicas y etológicas, y que a su vez sirva para fomentar la práctica del deporte, de hábitos saludables y las relaciones interpersonales de sus propietarios. Todo ello con el objetivo de mejorar la convivencia de ciudadanos y mascotas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Usuarios de las Áreas de esparcimiento canino&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los usuarios potenciales de los parques caninos serán todos los vecinos o visitantes de Andratx propietarios de perros, y sus perros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;También podrán acceder a estas áreas cualquier persona mayor de 14 años que quiera disfrutar viendo a los animales o las actividades/eventos que pudieran organizarse en estas áreas con el perro como principal protagonista, siempre y cuando no se ponga en riesgo a los animales que se encuentran en el interior. En este caso, las personas que deseen interactuar con los animales deberán contar siempre con el permiso del correspondiente propietario.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los menores de 14 años deberán ir siempre acompañados de su padre, madre, tutor o persona que se haga responsable en todo momento del menor.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Funcionamiento y gestión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.1. Horario de las áreas de esparcimiento canino&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El parque canino permanecerá abierto al público las 24 horas del día durante todos los días de la semana, pudiéndose modificar si las circunstancias así lo aconsejaran.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.2. Normas de uso obligatorias de las áreas de esparcimiento canino&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se establecen las siguientes normas obligatorias y de estricto cumplimiento:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Recinto de uso exclusivo de perros y acompañantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Prohibida la entrada a hembras en celo, animales con enfermedades infecto contagiosas y animales con collares de púas o dientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Los animales deben estar en todo momento acompañados de su propietario y/o acompañante. El perro debe estar vigilado en todo momento, por lo que está absolutamente prohibido dejarlo solo en el área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.Solo pueden entrar aquellos animales identificados con microchip o reglamentariamente y que cumplan la normativa vigente en materia higiénico-sanitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Es obligatorio recoger de inmediato los excrementos que generen los animales en una bolsa, que se depositará cerrada en el contenedor o papelera de resto más cercano. Para ello el propietario deberá estar supervisando constantemente a su animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Los animales deben entrar y salir del área sujetos con correa y no se soltarán hasta haber cerrado la puerta. Se sujetarán con la correa antes de abrir la puerta para salir. Las puertas del recinto deben permanecer en todo momento bien cerradas. Los perros deben estar con collar en todo momento para facilitar su separación en caso de enfrentamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Los perros no tienen permitido el acceso a la pista de hípica municipal en ningún momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Aquellas mascotas que estén catalogadas como potencialmente peligrosas o con características que así lo aconsejen (fuerte musculatura, grandes mandíbulas, agresividad), según legislación específica, deberán estar permanentemente con correa y bozal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Si un animal se muestra agresivo deberá abandonar el área inmediatamente. Al menor indicio de agresividad, el propietario lo sujetará con la correa y deberá abandonar el área canina por un tiempo prudencial hasta que el animal se haya tranquilizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Los menores de 14 años no podrán entrar en el área si no van acompañados de una persona responsable del menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. Queda totalmente prohibido bañar a las mascotas en las instalaciones del parque canino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. Los propietarios de los animales son los responsables legales ante cualquier tipo de daño que se pudiera ocasionar por los mismos. Los citados propietarios deberán abonar al Ayuntamiento los desperfectos que ocasionen sus animales (árboles, bancos, sistemas de riego, etc).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13. Se permite el uso de pelotas y juguetes. Pero en el caso que se produzcan peleas, éstos elementos se retirarán de forma inmediata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14. Los perros pueden permanecer en el recinto el tiempo que deseen, dentro del horario permitido, siempre y cuando no se generen conflictos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15. Queda totalmente prohibido comer, consumir bebidas alcohólicas y fumar en toda el área del parque canino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;16. Queda totalmente prohibido alimentar a los animales en el área de recreo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;17. Los propietarios y acompañantes de los animales velarán por que se respete la tranquilidad y el descanso de los vecinos del municipio, evitando que se realice un ruido excesivo, tanto por las mascotas como por las personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;18. Se deberá cumplir en el recinto todo lo que establece la ordenanza municipal sobre tenencia de animales de compañía y la Ley de bienestar animal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;19. No se permite que los perros suban a los bancos destinados a personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20. Todo animal debe estar sujeto con correa siempre que haya personal municipal trabajando en el mantenimiento de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;21. Queda totalmente prohibido el acceso de los perros a la pista de arena de la zona hípica, excepcionalmente podrán entrar al recinto de hípica, sin pisar la zona de arena, cuando tengan vinculación con alguno de los usuarios de la pista hípica que estén haciendo uso de ella en el mismo momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.3. Recomendaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es aconsejable que, además de las normas de obligado cumplimiento, los usuarios de las áreas de esparcimiento canino sigan las recomendaciones siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;No estar todo el tiempo sentado. Caminar por el área canina facilitará la interrelación con otros perros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Evitar que el perro se refugie debajo del banco en el que se encuentre su propietario, evitará comportamientos agresivos por timidez.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;No acariciar, dar golosinas, ni tocar a otros perros, incluido el propio; para evitar que el perro esté pendiente de su propietario y no se relacione con otros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Objetivos de la pista de hípica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ofrecer a los ciudadanos un espacio seguro y funcional destinado a la práctica de la hípica, donde los jinetes puedan trabajar con sus caballos realizando sus ejercicios de entrenamiento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Usuarios de pista de hípica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los usuarios de la pista de hípica serán los caballos del municipio junto con sus propietarios o entrenadores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Excepcionalmente, podrán hacer uso de este recinto, sin pisar la pista de arena y permaneciendo atados en todo momento, los perros que tengan vinculación con los usuarios que estén en la pista en el mismo momento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Funcionamiento y gestión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.1. Horario de la pista de hípica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La pista de hípica permanecerá abierta al público de 6:00 a 23:00 horas durante todos los días de la semana, pudiéndose modificar si las circunstancias así lo aconsejaran.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.2. Normas de uso obligatorio de la pista de hípica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se establecen las siguientes normas obligatorias y de estricto cumplimiento:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Recinto de uso exclusivo para caballos y sus acompañantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Prohibida la entrada a hembras en celo y animales con enfermedades infecto contagiosas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Los animales deben estar en todo momento acompañados de su propietario y/o acompañante. Queda absolutamente prohibido dejar al animal solo en el área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Sólo pueden entrar aquellos animales identificados reglamentariamente, mediante un transpondedor inyectable implantado y que dispongan del documento de identificación que cumplan con las especificaciones técnicas establecidas en el anexo I del Real Decreto 7872023, de 17 de octubre, por el que se dictan disposiciones para regular el sistema de trazabilidad, identificación y registro de determinadas especies de animales terrestres en cautividad, y que cumplan la normativa vigente en materia higiénico-sanitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Es obligatorio recoger de inmediato los excrementos que generen los animales en una bolsa, que se depositará cerrada en el contenedor o papelera de resto más cercano. Para ello el propietario deberá estar supervisando constantemente a su animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Los équidos no tienen permitido el acceso al parque canino municipal en ningún momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Si un animal se muestra agresivo y/o molesta al resto de usuarios de la pista, deberá abandonar el área inmediatamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Queda totalmente prohibido bañar, o realizar cualquier otro tipo de mantenimiento a los équidos en el recinto de la pista hípica municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Queda totalmente prohibido el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas y fumar en el todo el área de la pista de hípica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las infracciones y sanciones aplicables serán las tipificadas en la Ley 1/1992, de 8 de abril, de Protección de los animales que viven en el entorno humano, la Ley de 50/1999, de 23 de diciembre, sobre el Régimen Jurídico de la Tenencia de Animales Potencialmente Peligrosos y su normativa de desarrollo y demás normativa sectorial aplicable, así como la Ordenanza municipal reguladora de la protección y bienestar de los animales que viven en el entorno humano. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las infracciones de las obligaciones contenidas en este texto que no estén recogidas en la normativa aplicable serán consideradas como infracciones leves y, aplicándose las sanciones previstas en el art. 141 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, que establece que:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las infracciones leves se sancionarán con multa de hasta 750 €&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las infracciones graves se sancionarán con multa desde 751 hasta 1.500 €&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las infracciones muy graves se sancionarán con multas entre 1501 hasta 3.000€&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A estos efectos se consideran infracciones graves la comisión de tres infracciones leves en un año y serán infracciones muy graves la comisión de tres infracciones graves en un año.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La imposición de cualquier sanción prevista en el presente texto no excluye la responsabilidad civil y la eventual indemnización de daños y perjuicios que puedan corresponder al sancionado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 12.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Circunstancias modificativas de la responsabilidad.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para la graduación de las sanciones se atenderá a la existencia de intencionalidad o reiteración, naturaleza de los perjuicios causados, reincidencia por la comisión en el término de un año de otra infracción de la misma naturaleza cuando así haya sido declarado por resolución firme y al beneficio obtenido con su realización.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 13.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La imposición de las sanciones requerirá la previa incoación e instrucción del procedimiento correspondiente, el cuál se sustanciará con arreglo a lo dispuesto en la legislación general sobre Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El acuerdo de iniciación podrá ordenar la adopción de medidas provisionales que resulten necesarias para garantizar la eficacia de la resolución que pudiera recaer.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 14.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Prescripciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las infracciones y sanciones prescribirán según lo dispuesto en la Ley 1/1992, de 8 de abril, de Protección de los animales que viven en el entorno humano, la Ley de 50/1999, de 23 de diciembre, sobre el Régimen Jurídico de la Tenencia de Animales Potencialmente Peligrosos y su normativa de desarrollo y demás normativa sectorial aplicable, así como la Ordenanza municipal reguladora de la protección y bienestar de los animales que viven en el entorno humano. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Si estas no fijan plazos de prescripción o las infracciones de las obligaciones recogidas en este texto no están recogidas en la normativa aplicable, se aplicarán las prescripciones previstas en el artículo 30 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición final única &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La presente Ordenanza entrará en vigor al día siguiente a la publicación del texto íntegro al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Todo esto, siempre que haya transcurrido el plazo de quince días a que hace referencia el artículo 65 de la Ley 7/1985, reguladora de las bases de régimen local. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra el presente acuerdo se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente a su publicación al Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, en conformidad con el que establecen los artículos 112.3 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y los artículos 10. b) y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa, en los términos previstos en el artículo 65 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La cual cosa se hace pública para su general conocimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
