&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1º) ESTIMAMOS&lt;/strong&gt; el recurso de apelación interpuesto contra la sentencia nº 227/2022&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;dictado por el juzgado Contencioso nº 3 que REVOCAMOS íntegramente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2º.- ESTIMAMOS&lt;/strong&gt; el recurso de lesividad presentado por el Ayuntamiento de Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3º.- ANULAMOS&lt;/strong&gt; el artículo 7 del Plan de Acción Social por ser disconforme a derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4º)&lt;/strong&gt; Sin costas. Ni en primera ni en segunda instancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
