    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Con este anuncio se hace público que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Campos, en sesión ordinaria celebrada en fecha 25 de julio de 2024, ha adoptado por 13 votos a favor y 4 abstenciones, el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;ACUERDO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Aprobar provisionalmente el Plan de Emergencias Municipal y el Plan de actuación municipal frente al riesgo de inundaciones (PEMU y PAMIN), según los documentos integrados en el expediente de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Abrir un período de información pública durante un plazo de 20 días hábiles a contar desde la publicación del anuncio en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Remitir los planes a la Comisión de Emergencias y Protección de las Illes Balears para su homologación una vez transcurrido el plazo de información pública y resueltas, en su caso, las alegaciones presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
