    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por decreto de la presidencia del Consejo Insular de Menorca núm. 171/2023, de 28 de agosto, se nombró a los miembros de la comisión informativa especial de Desarrollo Estatutario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por decreto de la presidencia del Consejo Insular de Menorca núm. 208/2023, de 18 de octubre, se nombró a los miembros de la comisión informativa especial para la revisión del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto el escrito de la portavoz del Grupo Más por Menorca de fecha 17 de julio de 2024 (RE núm. 022870, de 17-07-2024) mediante el cual se solicita el cambio en el nombramiento de uno de los representantes de su grupo designados inicialmente en la Comisión informativa especial de Desarrollo Estatutario y en la Comisión informativa especial para la revisión del Reglamento Orgánico del Consell Insular de Menorca;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 99 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Menorca, y en uso de las atribuciones que me confiere el ordenamiento jurídico vigente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificar a petición de la portavoz del Grupo Més por Menorca, el nombramiento de los miembros de la comisión informativa especial de Desarrollo Estatutario, según nos transcribe a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nombrar a la señora Noemí García García como miembro titular en sustitución del señor Josep Juaneda Mercadal y al señor Esteve Barceló Marquès, como miembro suplente en sustitución de la señora Noemí García García.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Modificar a petición de la portavoz del Grupo Més por Menorca, el nombramiento de los miembros de la comisión informativa especial para la revisión del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Menorca, según se transcribe a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nombrar a la señora Noemí García García, como miembro titular en sustitución del señor Josep Juaneda Mercadal y al señor Esteve Barceló Marquès, como miembro suplente en sustitución de la señora Noemí García García.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Notificar esta resolución a los interesados ​​y publicar su contenido en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de que esta resolución tenga efecto desde el día que se firme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
