&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 20.8 i 23.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria de subvenciones a favor de los Ayuntamientos de Mallorca para el fomento de la actividad física mediante ayudas para la creación de nuevas instalaciones deportivas y mejora de las existentes 2024-2025, aprobada por Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo, de día 24 de julio de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El texto completo de la convocatoria se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones i en la sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca &lt;/span&gt;(https://seu.conselldemallorca.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Entidades beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios de estas subvenciones los ayuntamientos de Mallorca, a excepción del Ayuntamiento de Palma, y las administraciones institucionales dependientes de estos, cuyos presupuestos se integren en el presupuesto de la entidad local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de que soliciten la subvención un ayuntamiento y una administración institucional dependiente de este al mismo tiempo, se denegará la solicitud de subvención presentada por la administración institucional dependiente y se considerará que es el ayuntamiento el solicitante de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No pueden acogerse a la presente convocatoria de subvenciones los ayuntamientos de Mallorca en los cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas al artículo 8 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Son subvencionables los gastos de inversión, de obras de construcción, renovación o reparación de instalaciones deportivas que sean de titularidad de las entidades locales de Mallorca, así como las administraciones institucionales dependientes de estas, cuyos presupuestos se integren en el presupuesto de la entidad local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las actuaciones a subvencionar serán: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reparación, sustitución o mejora de &lt;strong&gt;pavimentos deportivos&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reparación, construcción, sustitución o mejora de &lt;strong&gt;cubiertas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reparación o adquisición de espacios o &lt;strong&gt;elementos complementarios &lt;/strong&gt;necesarios para el buen funcionamiento del recinto deportivo existente como por ejemplo graderías, aparatos del gimnasio, salas de actividades polivalentes, enfermería, vestuarios, megafonía, baños, salas de calderas, entre otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Adquisición de &lt;strong&gt;nuevos equipamientos deportivos inventariables&lt;/strong&gt;, es decir, superiores a 600 € / unidad como por ejemplo vídeo marcadores, equipos de megafonía, canastas&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[canastas|cestas]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, porterías, maquinaria de gimnasio, entre otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Renovación o reparación de &lt;strong&gt;cierres&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Renovación o reparación de infraestructuras para facilitar y mejorar &lt;strong&gt;la accesibilidad, o evacuación&lt;/strong&gt; del recinto deportivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ejecución de &lt;strong&gt;nuevas infraestructuras deportivas&lt;/strong&gt; o mejora de las existentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Inversiones, renovación o reparación dirigida a mejorar &lt;strong&gt;la eficiencia energética, medioambiental y/o tecnológica &lt;/strong&gt;de la instalación deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Redacción de &lt;strong&gt;proyecto de obras, dirección de obra, estudio de seguridad y salud&lt;/strong&gt; para la ejecución de los proyectos mencionados anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Gastos notariales o registrales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;directamente relacionados con las actuaciones subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Otras infraestructuras análogas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; siempre que tengan el visto bueno del técnico deportivo comarcal del municipio de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los gastos subvencionables se tienen que llevar a cabo entre &lt;strong&gt;el 1 de enero de 2024 y el 31 de diciembre de 2026.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Titularidad de las instalaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las instalaciones y/o terrenos donde se tienen que desarrollar las actuaciones objeto de la subvención tienen que estar a disposición del ayuntamiento respectivo o de la administración institucional dependiente de este. En el momento de solicitar la subvención se tendrá que acreditar la posesión y disposición real y total de los terrenos donde se tienen que instalar los equipamientos deportivos o ejecutar las obras, que estos cumplan con la normativa urbanística vigente al momento de la solicitud y que la actuación no se ejecutará en terrenos protegidos por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; la legislación patrimonial o urbanística. (Anexo 3)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pueden ser objeto de estas ayudas las actuaciones realizadas en instalaciones que sean de titularidad del ayuntamiento y se tramiten y se abonen por la administración institucional dependiente de este o a la inversa. En todo caso, la entidad solicitante tiene que ser la que ha asumido o asumirá la ejecución de la actividad subvencionable y ha abonado o abonará los gastos derivados de esta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Crédito presupuestario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El crédito asignado a esta convocatoria es de un total de once millones novecientos noventa y nueve mil novecientos veinticuatro euros (11.999.924,00 €) distribuidos de la siguiente manera: cinco millones novecientos noventa y nueve mil novecientos sesenta y dos euros (5.999.962,00 €) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 50.34201.76200 del ejercicio presupuestario 2024, y cinco millones novecientos noventa y nueve mil novecientos sesenta y dos euros (5.999.962,00 €) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 50.34201.76200 del ejercicio presupuestario del año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El gasto correspondiente al ejercicio 2025 queda condicionado a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente para el ejercicio 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Importe de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El importe de la subvención se otorgará por un importe cierto. Se concederá una única subvención por cada solicitud (cada entidad únicamente puede presentar una solicitud), a pesar de que esta contenga varias actuaciones subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La cantidad de la subvención no puede ser superior, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras ayudas o subvenciones de cualquier procedencia, al coste del proyecto subvencionable ni superior al precio de mercado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El importe de la subvención es un importe cierto, estimado determinado de la siguiente manera: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ol style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.999.968,00 € repartidos entre todos los ayuntamientos que reúnan los requisitos de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.999.956,00 € repartidos entre los ayuntamientos según el número de habitantes de cada municipio, obtenidos a través de los datos de padrón municipal del Instituto Nacional de Estadística del año 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso que la suma de todas las ayudas solicitadas, quitando los otros ingresos obtenidos o previstos, que reúnan los requisitos para acceder a estas subvenciones, sea un importe &lt;strong&gt;inferior&lt;/strong&gt; al crédito de esta convocatoria (5.999.962,00 € para el año 2024 y 5.999.962,00 € para el año 2025) se concederá el importe solicitado a todas las entidades beneficiarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso que la suma de todas las ayudas solicitadas, quitando los otros ingresos obtenidos o previstos, que reúnan los requisitos para acceder a estas subvenciones, sea un importe &lt;strong&gt;superior&lt;/strong&gt; al crédito de esta convocatoria (5.999.962,00 € para el año 2024 y 5.999.962,00 € para el año 2025), se concederá una subvención a cada entidad local por el importe establecido en la tabla anterior, a menos que el importe solicitado sea inferior. En este caso, se concederá el importe solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si del reparto mencionado en el punto 9.4 de la convocatoria sobrara un crédito igual o superior a 53.000 €, se repartirá entre las solicitudes a las cuales no se les haya concedido la totalidad del proyecto subvencionable, en partes iguales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si del reparto mencionado al punto 9.4 de la convocatoria sobrara un crédito inferior a 53.000 €, el importe sobrante se revertirá a la aplicación presupuestaria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Procedimiento de concesión &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estas subvenciones son de carácter voluntario, eventuales, anulables y revocables por las causas previstas en la Ley o en estas bases. Además, no generan ningún derecho a obtener otras subvenciones en años posteriores y no pueden alegarse como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones se rige por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia no competitiva, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, y se tiene que resolver según estos criterios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las subvenciones concedidas conforme a esta convocatoria, lo serán mediante el procedimiento de concurrencia no competitiva, de manera que, respetando el límite máximo del crédito asignado en la convocatoria a cada Ayuntamiento y, en su caso, del reparto del crédito sobrante, serán subvencionados todos los que cumplan los requisitos que se establecen y, por lo tanto, no será necesario fijar un orden de prelación entre las solicitudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Asimismo, son compatibles con otras ayudas o subvenciones que pueda recibir el beneficiario por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; la misma actividad subvencionada, siempre que el cómputo total de las ayudas o subvenciones recibidas no supere el coste total de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Plazo de presentación de Solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se tienen que presentar en el plazo de 20 días hábiles, a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado el extracto de esta convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El lugar&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[lugar|sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; para presentar la solicitud es la sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; seu.conselldemallorca.net.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes se tienen que formalizar mediante la instancia y los anexos que facilita el Consejo de Mallorca, los cuales se encuentran en la sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;seu.conselldemallorca.net. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Convenio de colaboración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez comprobado que el ayuntamiento solicitante cumple los requisitos para ser beneficiario de la subvención y se fiscalice la propuesta de concesión, se dictará la resolución de concesión de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con la Disposición Adicional Segunda del OGS, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; la justificación de los gastos se firmará un convenio entre el Consejo de Mallorca y cada entidad local beneficiaria de la subvención. Este convenio tiene que ser aprobado por cada entidad local y se tiene que remitir a la Dirección Insular de Deportes en el plazo de veinte días hábiles desde la publicación de la concesión de la subvención en el BOIB.&amp;nbsp; Este convenio regulará las obligaciones derivadas de la concesión y justificación de las subvenciones&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pago de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El pago de la subvención se anticipará al 100% como financiación necesaria para la ejecución de las actuaciones subvencionadas y se hará de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; 50% del importe de la concesión para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; cada entidad local anticipada del ejercicio 2024 con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 50.34201.76200.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este importe se abonará una vez que se haya firmado el convenio mencionado en el punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; 50% del importe de la concesión para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; cada entidad local anticipada del ejercicio 2025 con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este importe se abonará durante el primer semestre del ejercicio 2025.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El pago del adelanto&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[adelanto|anticipo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; del ejercicio 2025 queda condicionado a la existencia de crédito real y efectivo dentro del presupuesto del&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Consejo de Mallorca para el año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Justificación de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo para presentar la justificación de la subvención será desde el &lt;strong&gt;1 de enero de 2026 hasta el 15 de abril de 2027&lt;/strong&gt;, con independencia de que la entidad beneficiaria haya finalizado las inversiones con anterioridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se justificará la ejecución de todos los proyectos de una sola vez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se ha de presentar la documentación indicada en el punto 17 de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
