    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por Resolución de Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Formentera en fecha 25 de julio de 2024, de la que se transcribe lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(...)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Aceptar &lt;/strong&gt;la justificación de la subvención 2023 mediante la presentación de los estados contables debidamente auditados presentados al Consejo Insular en fecha 14 de junio de 2024 con RGE. núm. 14157/2024, así como RGE núm. 14164/2024 y RGE. núm. 14404/2024 de fecha 18 de junio de 2024, y ateniendo a la justificación prevista en el informe técnico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Tener por presentada correctamente la documentación necesaria &lt;/strong&gt;para hacer efectiva la aportación que tiene asignada el Consejo Insular de Formentera como subvención en los presupuestos para el ejercicio 2024 al Grupo de Acción Local para el Desarrollo Rural y Pesquero de Ibiza y Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Conceder &lt;/strong&gt;una subvención nominativa al &lt;strong&gt;Grupo de Acción Local para el Desarrollo Rural y Pesquero de Ibiza y Formentera&lt;/strong&gt;, por un importe de &lt;strong&gt;24.000 €.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta subvención nominal está incluida en el Pla Estratégico de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Formentera para el período 2024 al 2025 aprobado por Pleno en fecha de 21 de marzo de 2024 (BOIB núm. 40, de 23 de marzo de 2024 y BOIB núm.54, de 23 de abril de 2024) incluido en el Presupuesto General del Consejo Insular para el año presente 2024 (BOIB núm. 12, de 25 de enero de 2024) con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2024.1.410.48000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La gestión de la subvención se llevará a cabo de acuerdo con las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;NORMATIVA APLICABLE: &lt;em&gt;Ley 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre General de subvenciones. Y bases de ejecución del Presupuesto.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;Se está, en cualquier caso, dado que el citado Plan estratégico &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Formentera para el período 2024 al 2025 aprobado por Pleno en fecha de 21 de marzo de 2024 (BOIB núm. 40, de 23 de marzo de 2024 y BOIB núm.54, de 23 de abril de 2024) incluido en el Presupuesto General del Consejo Insular para el año presente 2024 (BOIB núm. 12, de 25 de enero de 2024), contemplan esta subvención como nominativa&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;y por tanto se puede ejecutar ahora, por el valor de lo que significan los Presupuestos generales y su consideración como nominativa. Además, también se está, en lo dispuesto en el artículo 96.2 y en la disposición adicional novena de la citada Ley de consejos insulares. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: &lt;em&gt;Desarrollo Rural.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PLAZO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA: &lt;em&gt;Desde el 1 de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2024.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PLAZO DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: &lt;em&gt;Antes de 30 de septiembre de 2025.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN SUBVENCIÓN: &lt;em&gt;Mediante presentación de estados contables auditados.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;IMPORTE DE GASTOS A JUSTIFICAR: &lt;em&gt;La cuantía a justificar deberá de ser como mínimo el importe de la cantidad concedida&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;MOTIVOS DE LA PÉRDIDA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: &lt;em&gt;La falta de justificación de la actividad o el objecto de la subvención supondrá la pérdida de la subvención.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;OBLIGACIÓN DE COMUNICAR &lt;em&gt;la concesión de otras ayudas o subvenciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PAGO: &lt;em&gt;Anticipado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RÉGIMEN DE GARANTIAS: &lt;em&gt;Se exime de la presentación de garantías (art.17.3. k) Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre General de subvenciones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Autorizar y disponer el gasto&lt;/strong&gt; con cargo al Capítulo IV de los presupuestos del Consejo Insular de Formentera, a favor del beneficiario &lt;strong&gt;Grupo de Acción Local para el Desarrollo Rural y Pesquero de Ibiza y Formentera &lt;/strong&gt;con &lt;strong&gt;CIF G57135816 &lt;/strong&gt;por el importe concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Reconocer &lt;/strong&gt;la obligación, &lt;strong&gt;ordenar el pago y pagar anticipadamente el importe íntegro de la subvención y registrar la operación como pendiente de justificar &lt;/strong&gt;hasta que el beneficiario no proceda a la justificación de esta de acuerdo con las normas de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Notificar &lt;/strong&gt;la resolución de presidencia al &lt;strong&gt;Grupo de Acción Local para el Desarrollo Rural y Pesquero de Ibiza y Formentera &lt;/strong&gt;con &lt;strong&gt;CIF G57135816.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Publicar &lt;/strong&gt;este acuerdo en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Consejo Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Publicar &lt;/strong&gt;este acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Publicar &lt;/strong&gt;el otorgamiento de esta subvención en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS) en aplicación del art. 33 y 34 del TRLS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(...)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
