&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación&amp;nbsp; con acuse de recibo i de acuerdo con el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de les Administraciones Públiques, procede la publicación de este anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quedando a disposición de las personas interesadas, el expediente sancionador correspondiente, en la sede del Consell Insular de Formentera, área de Gestión Ambiental y Litoral, situada en la calle Mallorca, número 15 de Sant Ferran, Formentera (Illes Balears). Así mismo, informar que la persona infractora que esta resolución pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra esta pueden interponer, o bien recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, en el plazo de un mes a contar des del día siguiente a la publicación según establece el art. 123-124 de la ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o bien, recurso contencioso administrativo ante los juzgados&amp;nbsp; contenciosos administrativos de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de dos meses a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación según establece el art. 44 de la Ley 29/19998.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
