    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 13 bis de la Ordenanza municipal de Tráfico, Circulación y Seguridad Vial, se somete a información pública por un periodo de veinte diás hábiles el siguiente acuerdo de aprobación inicial de peatonalización de determinadas calles del municipio de Sant Antoni de Portmany adoptado en sesión ordinaria de Junta de Gobierno Local de fecha 4 de julio de 2024: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atendido que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany, en sesión ordinaria de fecha 11 de noviembre de 2020, ac&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ordó aprobar definitivamente la modificación del acuerdo de peatonalización de determinadas calles del núcleo histórico de los alrededores de la iglesia y de la zona del West (BOIB número 203, de 3 de diciembre de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la Providencia dictada por el concejal delegado de Movilidad, de fecha 21 de mayo de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atendido informe jurídico emitido por la Técnica de Administración General en fecha 23 de mayo de 2024, en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que se concluye que existe habilitación legal para que el Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany peatonalice determinadas calles del municipio, y en consecuencia también, modifique el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;acuerdo de Pleno de fecha 11 de noviembre de 2020, siguie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ndo para ello el procedimiento establecido en el apartado segundo del artículo 13 bis de la Ordenanza municipal de Tráfico, Circulación y Seguridad Vial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atendido el informe emitido emitido por el Jefe de la Policía Local, de fecha 21 de junio de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la Providencia &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dictada por el concejal delegado de Movilidad, de fecha 26 de junio de 2024, del siguiente tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;Visto que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany, en sesión ordinaria de fecha 11 de noviembre de 2020, acordó aprobar definitivamente la modificación del acuerdo de peatonalización &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de determinadas calles del núcleo histórico de los alrededores de la iglesia y de la zona del West (BOIB número 203 de 3 de diciembre de 2020).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto el informe jurídico emitido por la Técnica de Administración General, de fecha 23 de mayo de 2024.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto el informe emitido por el Jefe de la Policía Local, de 21 de junio de 2024, en el que recomienda que la peatonalización parcial tenga un horario homogéneo por temas organizativos de cierre de las calles y para evitar confusión vecinal. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dada cuenta de la necesidad de mejorar la convivencia, los servicios y la calidad de vida de nuestro municipio y sus ciudadanos, dinamizar el comercio, potenciar el paseo libre de los peatones, mejorar la accesibilidad y la seguridad vial y potenciar la visita a lugares de relevancia patrimonial, se considera conveniente&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;modificar el acuerdo del Pleno de fecha 11 de noviembre de 2020, que quedaría de la siguiente manera:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Peatonalización completa todo el año, quedando prohibido circular con cualquier vehículo por las siguientes calles&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer Sant Antoni, entre el carrer Progrés y el carrer de la Mar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer Santa Agnès, desde el carrer General Balanzat hasta el carrer Antoni Riquer.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer Bartolomé Vicente Ramón, desde el Carrer General Prim hasta el Carrer Sant Antoni.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer del General Prim, desde el carrer Progrés hasta el carrer Bartolomé Vicente Ramón.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer Vara de Rey, desde el carrer de la Mar hasta el carrer Progrés.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer Sant Mateu.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer de Cristòfol Colom.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer del Bisbe Torres, desde el carrer Rosell hasta el Passeig de ses Fonts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer del Bisbe Cardona.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Vial del Passeig de ses Fonts, desde el carrer Ample hasta el carrer de Ramón y Cajal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer Walter Benjamin, desde el carrer del Bisbe Cardona hasta el carrer de Ramón y Cajal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer Joan Roman.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer Rosell, desde el carrer del Bisbe Torres hasta el carrer de Ramón y Cajal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer de Cervantes, desde el carrer del Bisbe Torres hasta el carrer Ample.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Es Carreró.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Peatonalización parcial, durante el periodo del 1 de mayo al 30 de septiembre, quedando prohibido circular con cualquier vehículo por las siguientes calles y en los siguientes horarios:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer Ample, desde el carrer d'Antoni Riquer hasta el carrer Rosell, desde las 20:00 hasta las 06:00 horas. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer Ample, desde el Passeig de la Mar hasta el carrer d'Antoni Riquer, desde las 21:00 hasta las 06:00 horas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• &lt;em&gt;Carrer Rosell, desde el carrer Progrés hasta el carrer Ample, desde las 20:00 hasta las 06:00 horas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPONGO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Único.&lt;/strong&gt; Que se lleven a cabo los trámites necesarios para aprobar la modificación del acuerdo del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany, de fecha 11 de noviembre de 2020, de peatonalización &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de determinadas calles del núcleo histórico de los alrededores de la iglesia y de la zona del West (BOIB número 203, de 3 de diciembre de 2020), &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;en los términos señalados anteriormente.&lt;/em&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. &lt;/strong&gt;Iniciar expediente de modificación del acuerdo de peatonalización adoptado por el Pleno de la Corporación en fecha 11 de noviembre de 2020, en los términos indicados en la parte expositiva del acuerdo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda.&lt;/strong&gt; Establecer que las limitaciones en el tránsito de vehículos en las calles peatonales no afectará a los vehículos relacionados en el artículo 13.3 bis de la Ordenanza municipal de Tráfico, Circulación y Seguridad Vial, excepto los previstos en el apartado c) cuyo tránsito queda totalmente prohibido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;Someter la aprobación inicial a trámite de información pública por un período de veinte días hábiles mediante la publicación de anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y tablón de edictos del Ayuntamiento, estableciendo dónde puede consultarse el expediente. Igualmente se dará audiencia y vista del expediente a las asociaciones más representativas al efecto de que presenten las alegaciones que consideren pertinentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
