&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Por medio del Decreto 38/2017, de 28 de julio, se aprobaron los estatutos de la entidad pública empresarial Gestión Sanitaria y Asistencial de las Islas Baleares (GSAIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El 8 de marzo de 2024, el director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, por medio de una resolución, nombró al señor Sergio Pablo Rodríguez Garí como director gerente de la entidad GSAIB, con efecto a partir del día 9 de marzo de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El artículo 19 del Decreto 38/2017, de 28 de julio, de los estatutos de GSAIB, regula la titularidad, régimen jurídico y funciones del director o directora gerente de la entidad. El punto 5 del mismo artículo establece que, en caso de vacante, ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento legítimo, tiene que ser sustituido interinamente por la persona que determine la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo esto dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Nombrar a la vicepresidenta de GSAIB como la persona que sustituirá interinamente al director gerente de GSAIB en todas las competencias que los estatutos y otras disposiciones concordantes que sean aplicables le atribuyen al director gerente, en caso de vacante, ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento legítimo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Publicar esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
