Alcaldesa ha dictado el siguiente; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA núm. 1844/2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asunto: Organigrama y Estructura Municipal de servicios Administrativos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por resolución de batlia 1032/2023, de día 26 de junio de 2023 (boib de día 29), se estableció la actual organización administrativa municipal, de acuerdo con el artículo 21.1.a) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local, y el artículo 25 de la ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, en concordancia con el artículo 41.2 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dicha organización fue modificada por el decreto 2023/2075, de 26 de octubre, para atribuir la responsabilidad del registro a la concejalía encargada de la estadística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un año después de aquel organigrama, se considera más oportuno atribuir el área de contratación a la concejalía de hacienda, en vez de la reserva que había hecho en la propia alcaldía, precisar algunas competencias en las autorizaciones sobre el dominio público y otorgar a la concejalía de comercio las competencias de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, aprovecho para retocar algunos flecos como, por ejemplo, excluir del organigrama el nombramiento de tenientes alcalde, que se hizo por decreto específico, 2023/2019, de 23 de junio, que se mantiene en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para evitar la dificultad de consulta de las modificaciones, se ha considerado preferible refundirlas en un nuevo texto único de organigrama y estructura municipal que sustituirá el de 26 de junio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por lo cual, en uso de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 21.1.ª) de la ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprobar el organigrama y estructura municipal de servicios administrativos del ayuntamiento de Alcudia con los órganos siguientes, que tendrán la consideración de Departamentos a los efectos del art. 25 de la ley 20/2006:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Concejalía de Hacienda, contratación y promoción económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Concejalía de Policía, seguridad ciudadana y protección civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- Concejalía de Servicios Sociales, Sanidad y Normalización Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- Concejalía para la dirección de EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- Concejalía de educación, deportes e igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.- Concejalía de obras municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.- Concejalía de servicios generales y medio ambiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.- Concejalía de Cultura y fiestas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.- Concejalía de patrimonio cultural, Informática, registro y Estadística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.- Concejalía de Comercio, transporte público y participación ciudadana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.- Concejalía de Turismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La dirección de dichos departamentos se atribuirá y precisará con las pertinentes resoluciones de delegación de competencias, sin perjuicio de mantener como propia de la alcaldía la atribución de dirección del gobierno y la administración municipal, que es indelegable, y la posibilidad de delegaciones específicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo corresponden a la alcaldía, que podrá resolver sin avocación específica, los supuestos dudosos o en los que entren en conflicto varios títulos competenciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprobar las áreas de gestión atribuidas a cada departamento o órgano que serán las sectoriales propias de cada materia y las atribuidas a las unidades administrativas asignadas, de acuerdo con la legislación municipal vigente y las habitudes de gestión del ayuntamiento de Alcudia. La precisión de las materias, cuando se produce, se tiene que entender a un nivel indicativo, sin perjuicio de modificaciones o instrucciones interpretativas que dicte la alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- Alcaldía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.- Área de Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.1. Unidad Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Materias de protocolo, comunicación, transparencia y publicidad activa, matrimonios civiles y declaración de situaciones de parejas de hecho. Coordinación de las diferentes áreas de gobierno municipal y el resto de las atribuciones no atribuidas a otras áreas de gestión municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.- Área de secretaría general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Unidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.1.- Secretaría&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.2.- Apoyo administrativo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.3.- Servicios jurídicos, que se tienen que unificar en la RLLT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.4.- Recursos humanos y patrimonio municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Patrimonio municipal se tiene que unificar con apoyo administrativo y servicios jurídicos e incluirá inventario, adquisiciones y alienaciones, gestión del patrimonio no atribuido a otras concejalías, concesiones y autorizaciones demaniales cuando no sean atribuidas en otra área sectorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recursos humanos, incluirá responsabilidad civil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3.- Área de urbanismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3.1. Unidades: Urbanismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incluye planeamiento urbanístico, en sentido general, incluido el de movilidad sostenible o los catálogos de elementos a preservar. Licencias urbanísticas y disciplina urbanística. Licencias de actividades. Cartografía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Concejalía de Hacienda, contratación y promoción económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Área de hacienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.1. Unidad de hacienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.2.- Intervención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.3.- Rentas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2.1.- Unidad: participación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Promoción del asociacionismo, asociaciones de vecinos. Se mantienen vigentes las delegaciones adoptadas por esta Presidencia hasta su modificación expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Con carácter general los departamentos adscritos en las áreas que componen la estructura administrativa del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia desarrollarán su actividad bajo el principio de cooperación interdepartamental con el objetivo de procurar la eficiencia de los servicios municipales que corresponde prestar en la estructura organizativa general de la corporación y de sus organismos dependientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este sentido, se tendrá que tener presente que, todo y la adscripción directa de las diversas áreas a un órgano director, los departamentos apoyan al resto de áreas de gestión municipal, incluidos los entes del sector público responsabilidad del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El presente decreto sustituye el decreto n.º 1032/2023, de día 26 de junio de 2023 (boib de día 29).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEXTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Notificar esta resolución a todos los Departamentos del Ayuntamiento y a sus entes dependientes y ordenar al departamento de Recursos humanos que elabore una propuesta de modificación de la relación de puestos de trabajo para adaptarla a la nueva estructura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:111%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SÉPTIMO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Remitir edicto de la presente resolución para que se publique al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
