Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia en fecha 17 de julio de 2024 ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aprobación de la lista definitiva de admitidos y excluidos del proceso selectivo para constituir una bolsa de personal laboral de técnico/a de educación infantil, para poder cubrir mediante concurso eventuales necesidades de ocupación urgente o bajas en la Escoleta de educación infantil municipal EI Maria Sánchez Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de fecha 28 de mayo de 2024 se aprobaron las Bases específicas que regirán la convocatoria para constituir una bolsa extraordinaria de trabajo de personal laboral de técnico/a de educación infantil, a fin de poder cubrir mediante concurso eventuales necesidades de ocupación urgente o bajas en la Escoleta de Educación infantil municipal EI Maria Sánchez Servera del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia las cuales se publicaron íntegramente en el BOIB núm. 76 de fecha 6 de junio de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que en fecha 11 de julio se publicó la Resolución de Alcaldía del listado provisional de admitidos y excluidos en la página web del Ayuntamiento, abriendo un plazo de tres días hábiles para presentar la documentación requerida indicada en la resolución, así como la fecha de la prueba de nivel B2 de conocimiento de lengua catalana para los aspirantes que lo habían solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que se ha agotado el plazo para la presentación de la documentación requerida en la resolución provisional, y vista el acta del tribunal calificador en lo referente a la acreditación del nivel B2 de conocimiento de lengua catalana por parte de los aspirantes que lo habían solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que se ha revisado la documentación aportada en el plazo establecido por registro de entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En uso de las atribuciones legales que me confiere la legislación vigente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar definitivamente la relación de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas que han presentado la documentación para formar parte del proceso de selección objeto de la convocatoria del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia, de acuerdo con el siguiente detalle:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Convocar a los miembros del tribunal por la realización de la baremación de los méritos de los aspirantes admitidos el día 30 de julio de 2024 a las 10:00 horas, en el Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar la presente resolución en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia (www.ajsantaeugenia.net), así como en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas, y de acuerdo con la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y otras disposiciones concordantes, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en un plazo de 2 meses a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB, sin perjuicio del recurso potestativo de reposición que se puede interponer en el plazo de un mes desde la fecha de publicación del acto o resolución ante la presidencia de la Corporación. Si se interpone recurso de reposición, el plazo para su resolución será de un mes, transcurrido el cual puede entenderse desestimado por silencio administrativo y, en este supuesto, se puede plantear el recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de 6 meses desde la fecha del acto presunto de desestimación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, contra las resoluciones definitivas y actas de trámite del Tribunal, si estos últimos deciden directa o indirectamente el fondo del asunto, determinen la imposibilidad de continuar el proceso selectivo, o producen indefensión o perjuicio irreparable a derechos e intereses legalesítimos, los/las interesados/as podrán interponer, en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, recurso de alzada ante la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
