    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí, en sesión ordinaria de día 30 de abril de 2024, aprobó inicialmente la modificación de la Ordenanza Municipal de Medio Ambiente del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Habiendo finalizado el período de información pública sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones ni sugerencias, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 49 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, el acuerdo inicial mencionado se entiende definitivamente adoptado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El expediente puede consultarse en la página web y en el tablón de edictos electrónicos de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que se establece en el artículo 70.2 de la Ley 7/1985, a continuación, se publica el texto íntegro de la modificación de la Ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Inclusión de un nuevo conjunto como “Lledoners de Son Carrió” al Anexo VII. -catálogo de árboles singulares- apartado II. –conjuntos singulares de árboles- de la Ordenanza Municipal de Medio Ambiente.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LLEDONERS DE SON CARRIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se trata de un grupo de tres individuos de Almez “Lledoners” &lt;em&gt;(Celtis australis)&lt;/em&gt; ubicados en el Camino de “Sa Cimentera”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las coordenadas para la ubicación exacta, son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este conjunto arbóreo se encuentra situado dentro del camino de la “Cimentera” ruta verde los cuales durante el verano proporcionan refugio del sol y del calor durante el verano. Este camino que une los dos núcleos de población de Pòrtol y Sa Cabaneta, pasa por la antigua posesión de Son Carrió y diferentes casas agrícolas que le dan un carácter agradable y tranquilo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El grupo de almeces crecen dentro del margen de una parcela privada, hacia dentro del camino público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se trata de un conjunto de tres árboles que a nivel ecológico trabajan como un único ejemplar, formando una copa conjunta, compartiendo recursos y por tanto servicios eco sistémicos de manera conjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Situación: Polígono 1 Parcela 309 – Pòrtol – Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Todo esto sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se considere pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
