&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CERTIFICO que el Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter ordinario de 30 de mayo de 2024, trató, entre otros, lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2.- PRP2024/472. DAR CUENTA DE LA ELEVACIÓN A DEFINITIVA DE LA MODIFICACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA POR ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓN Y ESTACIONAMIENTO DE VEHÍCULOS, FORMENTERA.ECO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que, en la sesión de la Comisión Informativa competente, que tuvo lugar el pasado día 27 de mayo, se quedó enterado del asunto presente, de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“2.1.- PRP2024/472. DAR CUENTA DE LA ELEVACIÓN A DEFINITIVA DE LA MODIFICACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA POR ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓN Y ESTACIONAMIENTO DE VEHÍCULOS, FORMENTERA.ECO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El secretario accidental da cuenta de lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;EN EL PLENO DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DAR CUENTA DE LA APROBACIÓN DEFINITIVA DE LA &lt;/span&gt;ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA POR LA OBTENCIÓN Y CONTROL DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN POR LA ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓN Y ESTACIONAMIENTO DE VEHÍCULOS DE MOTOR EN LAS VÍAS PÚBLICAS DE LA ISLA DE FORMENTERA DURANTE LOS PERIODOS DEL AÑO DE MAYOR AFLUENCIA TURÍSTICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El secretario da cuenta, conforme al Artículo 161 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consell Insular, de la aprobación definitiva de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la obtención y control de la autorización por la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos a motor en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los períodos del año de mayor afluencia turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La tramitación de este expediente se inició mediante una disposición de inicio de la vicepresidenta primera y consellera de Movilidad y Gestión Ambiental de 15 de febrero de 2024 y aprobada provisionalmente en la sesión extraordinaria y urgente del Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera de día 23 de febrero de 2024 la modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la obtención y control de la autorización por la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos a motor en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los períodos del año de mayor afluencia turística, y se publicó en el BOIB núm. 30, de 29 de febrero de 2024, en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina de Atención a la Ciudadanía y en el tablón virtual de anuncios de la página web del Consell &lt;/span&gt;www.conselldeformentera.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez recibido los informes preceptivos de impacto de género por parte del Instituto Balear de la Mujer (RGENT-2024/5560 de día 15 de marzo de 2024), y de la Conselleria de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación (RGENT- 2024/5951 de día 20 de marzo de 2024) &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;y finalizado el plazo de exposición pública y considerando que, tal y como se desprende del informe&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del área de Registro de entrada de documentos, no consta que se hayan registrado alegaciones, a fecha de 16 de mayo de 2024, al acuerdo de aprobación provisional de la modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la obtención y control de la autorización por la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos a motor en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los períodos del año de mayor afluencia turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En consecuencia, es necesario estar a lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DAR CUENTA &lt;/strong&gt;de la aprobación definitiva de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la obtención y control de la autorización por la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de vehículos a motor en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los períodos del año de mayor afluencia turística&lt;/span&gt;. El contenido de la Ordenanza consta anexado más abajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;CONSIDERAR APROBADA DEFINITIVAMENTE&lt;/strong&gt; la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la obtención y control de la autorización para la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos a motor en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los períodos de la año de mayor afluencia turística según acuerdo de Pleno de aprobación provisional de la modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la obtención y control de la autorización para la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos a motor en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los períodos del año de mayor afluencia turística de fecha 23 de febrero de 2024, y proceder a la publicación íntegra en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera , a efectos de su entrada en vigor, todo de conformidad con el Texto refundido de la Ley de haciendas locales ya la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA PORLA OBTENCIÓN Y CONTROL DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN POR LA ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓN Y ESTACIONAMIENTO DE VEHÍCULOS DE MOTOR EN LAS VÍAS PÚBLICAS DE LA ISLA DE FORMENTERA DURANTE LOS PERIODOS DEL AÑO DE MAYOR AFLUENCIA TURÍSTICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamento y naturaleza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En uso de las facultades concedidas por los artículos 133.2 y 142 de la Constitución y por el artículo 106 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local y con arreglo a lo dispuesto en los artículos 15 a 19 del Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo y la Ley 7/2019, de 8 de febrero, para la sostenibilidad medioambiental y económica de la isla de Formentera , este Consell establece la tasa por la obtención y control de la autorización por la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos a motor en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los períodos del año de mayor afluencia turística, que se regirá por la presente Ordenanza fiscal, cuyas normas atienden lo establecido en el artículo 57 del citado Texto refundido y normativa concordante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hecho imponible&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Constituyen el hecho imponible de esta tasa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La actividad administrativa con motivo de la expedición por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera de toda clase de documentos que habiliten para la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos a motor en las vías de la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El control de la acreditación por la entrada, la circulación y el estacionamiento en vías públicas de la Isla de Formentera de los vehículos a motor durante el período de limitación que establezca el Pleno del Consejo Insular de Formentera, de conformidad con la LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;No sujeción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No están sujetos a la tasa presente los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Vehículos al servicio de personas con movilidad reducida, debidamente acreditados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Vehículos oficiales y de servicio público, incluidos en todo caso los de las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad, extinción de incendios, ambulancias y vehículos del sistema sanitario, coches fúnebres, protección civil, transporte público y escolar, taxis, residuos y limpieza pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Vehículos de transporte de bienes y mercancías, así como de distribución comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Tractores, excavadoras y vehículos similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentación a presentar por no estar sujetas a la tasa va anexada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sujeto pasivo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son sujetos pasivos de la tasa las personas titulares (propietario/a, primer/a conductor/ao segundo/a conductor/a; o, en su caso, poseedor/a legal) de vehículos a motor que soliciten la autorización o acreditación que permita la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento en vía pública durante el período de limitación establecido en las medidas aprobadas por el Consell Insular de Formentera para la aplicación de la LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Importe de la tasa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las tarifas de la tasa por unidad de tiempo serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Meses de junio y septiembre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por turismo:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;6,00 €/día, con un importe mínimo de 30,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por moto (motocicletas y ciclomotores):&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;3,00 €/día, con un importe mínimo de 15,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Meses de julio y agosto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por turismo:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;9,00 €/día, con un importe mínimo de 45,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por moto (motocicletas y ciclomotores):&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;4,50 €/día, con un importe mínimo de 22,50 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Beneficios fiscales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se bonificará la tasa al 50% en los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Vehículos híbridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se bonificará la tasa al 100% en los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vehículos de los que sean titulares personas físicas o jurídicas con residencia en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vehículos de los que sean titulares personas físicas no residentes en la isla que sean propietarias de una vivienda en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vehículos de los que sean titulares personas residentes en la isla de Eivissa que acrediten la necesidad habitual de desplazarse a Formentera por razones laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vehículos de los que sean titulares personas no residentes en Formentera que estén temporalmente fuera de la Isla y acrediten la necesidad de desplazarse por circunstancias familiares graves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vehículos de alquiler que estén autorizados a circular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vehículos destinados al uso particular por personas residentes en la isla de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vehículos destinados al uso particular por personas residentes en las Islas de Mallorca o Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vehículos eléctricos o de cero emisiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vehículos de servicios de interés público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vehículos históricos asociados a clubes de vehículos clásicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vehículos destinados al uso particular de personas no residentes en Formentera que dispongan de un contrato de trabajo en Formentera. La bonificación será de aplicación durante los 10 días previos al inicio del contrato laboral y durante la vigencia del mismo contrato laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentación para acogerse a las bonificaciones va anexada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presente Ordenanza fiscal, una vez aprobada definitivamente, ya sea por acuerdo específico o por elevación a definitivo del acuerdo provisional, entrará en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears en cumplimiento del artículo 103.2 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Permiso de circulación del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Documento para referenciar la vivienda (recibo del IBI, Basura, nota simple del Registro de la Propiedad u otro documento acreditativo) a nombre del titular del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Descripción del servicio que se presta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Tipo de vehículo (turismo, moto, camión...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Vehículos de transporte de bienes y mercancías, así como de distribución comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Nombre de la empresa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15. Vehículos eléctricos de visitantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Documento de identidad de la persona solicitante y titular del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En consecuencia,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;en relación al asunto transcrito, la Comisión Informativa, estando presentes los once miembros que la forman, queda enterado de este asunto, con la presencia de los seis representantes del grupo político Sa Unió de Formentera PP-Compromís; de los tres representantes del grupo político Gent x Formentera y de los dos representantes del grupo político del PSIB-PSOE, en su función de dictaminar los asuntos que deben ser resueltos por el Pleno o de los que debe enterarse”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En consecuencia,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;el Pleno de la Corporación, estando presentes 16 miembros (de los 17 que la forman), de la siguiente manera: el Sr. Córdoba Marí, presidente, no adscrito a ningún grupo y los 8 representantes del grupo político Sa Unió de Formentera PP-Compromís (que forman el equipo de Gobierno); los 5 representantes del grupo político Gent x Formentera y los 2 representantes presentes del grupo político PSIB-PSOE, quedan enterados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Y, para que conste, expido la presente certificación por orden y con el visto bueno del señor Presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
