    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo Insular de Menorca quiere promover el uso de la lengua catalana, especialmente del menorquín, en todos los ámbitos de la sociedad menorquina, así como implicar a la sociedad en las políticas de dinamización lingüística en favor de la preservación de nuestro patrimonio lingüístico insular. Un compromiso recogido en el artículo 35 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears: «Las modalidades insulares del catalán de Mallorca, de Menorca, de Ibiza y de Formentera serán objeto de especial estudio y protección, sin perjuicio de la unidad de la lengua», y en el artículo 2 de la Ley de Normalización Lingüística, en el artículo 3 de la Constitución Española: «la riqueza de las diferentes modalidades lingüísticas de España son un patrimonio cultural que tiene que ser objeto de un respeto y protección especiales». Recientemente, la Ley 3/2023 de Reserva de Biosfera, concretamente en la letra u) del apartado 1 del artículo 5, ha incluido también «El reconocimiento de la cultura propia, arraigada en la sociedad menorquina, y el compromiso de las instituciones y los ciudadanos de Menorca en la protección y extensión del uso de la lengua catalana, propia de Menorca, potenciando la valoración social y salvaguardando la riqueza lingüística y las aportaciones culturales de la isla, promoviendo el estudio del menorquín como modalidad insular».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Plan estratégico de subvenciones para el año 2024, aprobado mediante el acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo adoptado en sesión de carácter ordinario de 4 de diciembre de 2023, prevé las diferentes ayudas para el fomento del uso de la lengua catalana, especialmente del menorquín, en los sectores empresarial, deportivo, editorial y asociativo de Menorca, y señala los objetivos específicos que se persiguen con estas ayudas y los efectos que se prevé lograr.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes aglutina todas las ayudas de fomento del uso de la lengua catalana en una sola convocatoria, a fin de simplificar el trámite a los ciudadanos y reducir la burocracia en la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tal como consta en el expediente correspondiente, la justificación de las subvenciones concedidas en la convocatoria de 2023 es mayoritariamente correcta, puesto que de las 80 subvenciones concedidas en la convocatoria anterior, en cuanto a las líneas 2 y 3, que tenían hasta el 30 de noviembre para presentar la justificación de la realización de la actividad subvencionada, solo un beneficiario no justificó la realización de la actividad subvencionada porque renunció a la ayuda por falta de tiempo para poder ejecutar el proyecto. Por otro lado, en dos casos correspondientes a la línea 2 no se abonó la totalidad de la ayuda concedida porque el gasto justificado resultó ser inferior al importe presupuestado, y por tanto se aplica lo que dispone la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el resto de normativa que le sea aplicable, por lo que hace referencia a la revocación parcial de las ayudas. En cuanto a las líneas 1 y 4, dado que el plazo de justificación es de un año y dos meses a partir de la publicación de la resolución de concesión de ayudas (por lo tanto hasta el 05/12/2024), todavía no se han justificado la totalidad de las actuaciones subvencionadas, aunque cabe decir, en relación a la línea 1, que ya se han justificado 24 de las 36 ayudas concedidas (y en un caso se ha hecho una revocación parcial de la ayuda porque el gasto justificado resultó inferior al importe presupuestado), y en cuanto a la línea 4 ya se han justificado 4 de las 8 ayudas concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta convocatoria de ayudas tiene como objetivo promover la producción de libros, música y videos en lengua catalana, especialmente en menorquín, y fomentar el uso de la modalidad lingüística menorquina en los sectores socioeconómicos y en los ámbitos asociativo y deportivo de Menorca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dada la propuesta del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad de los seis miembros presentes (señor Vilafranca Florit, señora Reynés Calvache, señor Gornés Hachero, señora Torrent Pallicer, señora Taltavull Fernández y señor Pons Torres) y en votación ordinaria, adopta los acuerdos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar las bases que regulan las ayudas del Consejo Insular de Menorca para el fomento del uso de la lengua catalana, especialmente del menorquín, en el sector empresarial, deportivo, editorial y asociativo de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar simultáneamente la convocatoria correspondiente al 2024, que se regirá por las bases a las cuales se ha hecho referencia en el punto anterior, de acuerdo con las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La comisión evaluadora será la encargada de determinar el reparto de las cantidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe máximo que se destine a la convocatoria únicamente se podrá ampliar, sin necesidad de nueva publicación, en el supuesto de aportaciones expresas de terceros para contribuir a la financiación del objeto de la convocatoria y que se hayan concretado posteriormente a su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En todas las líneas, el importe total de la subvención que otorgue el Consejo Insular de Menorca, de manera aislada o en concurrencia con otras ayudas o subvenciones de cualquier procedencia, no podrá superar el 100% del coste de la actividad subvencionable y, en el supuesto de que se superara este porcentaje, la aportación del Consejo Insular se ajustaría a este límite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) El plazo de presentación de solicitudes para acogerse a esta convocatoria es de un mes a partir del día siguiente que la convocatoria salga publicada en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La actividad subvencionada se tiene que haber llevado a término entre el día siguiente a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes de la última convocatoria, es decir, a partir del 1 de julio de 2023, y el plazo de realización de las actividades que marcan las bases. En ningún caso se subvencionarán actividades que ya hayan recibido subvención en la última convocatoria de ayudas para el fomento del uso de la lengua catalana del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Las funciones de instrucción de estas ayudas serán asumidas por Eva Florit Pons, técnica del Servicio de Política Lingüística del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO Y FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las presentes ayudas se enmarcan en la responsabilidad que tiene el Consejo Insular de Menorca, como institución pública de las Illes Balears, en el fomento y la preservación de la lengua catalana, especialmente del menorquín, en su ámbito territorial, de acuerdo con los objetivos que fija el correspondiente plan estratégico de subvenciones y de acuerdo con los artículos 4.3 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears («Las instituciones de las Illes Balears tienen que garantizar el uso normal y oficial de los dos idiomas, tienen que tomar las medidas necesarias para asegurar el conocimiento y tienen que crear las condiciones que permitan llegar a la igualdad plena de las dos lenguas en cuanto a los derechos de los ciudadanos de las Illes Balears») y 4 de la Ley 3/1986, de normalización lingüística en las Illes Balears («Los poderes públicos tienen que adoptar las medidas necesarias para hacer efectivos la promoción, el conocimiento y el uso normal de la lengua catalana»). Por otro lado, el artículo 35 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears establece que «Las modalidades insulares del catalán de Mallorca, de Menorca, de Ibiza y de Formentera serán objeto de especial estudio y protección, sin perjuicio de la unidad de la lengua», así como el artículo 3 de la Constitución Española: «la riqueza de las diferentes modalidades lingüísticas de España son un patrimonio cultural que tiene que ser objeto de un respeto y protección especiales». Recientemente, la Ley 3/2023 de Reserva de Biosfera, concretamente en la letra u) del apartado 1 del artículo 5, ha incluido también «El reconocimiento de la cultura propia, arraigada a la sociedad menorquina, y el compromiso de las instituciones y los ciudadanos de Menorca en la protección y extensión del uso de la lengua catalana, propia de Menorca, potenciando la valoración social y salvaguardando la riqueza lingüística y las aportaciones culturales de la isla, promoviendo el estudio del menorquín como modalidad insular».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las ayudas van dirigidas a varias acciones de fomento del uso de la lengua catalana, especialmente del menorquín, que tienen en cada caso los objetos y las finalidades siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 1. Apoyo a la edición en lengua catalana, especialmente en menorquín&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta línea de ayudas es apoyar a la edición de libros, música y videos en lengua catalana, especialmente en menorquín, producidos en Menorca, de autor, editor o productor nacido o residente en Menorca o la temática de los cuales sea de especial interés para Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El apoyo a que se refiere el párrafo anterior tiene la finalidad de interés público para fomentar el uso social de la lengua catalana, especialmente del menorquín, mediante la promoción de la publicación de libros, música y videos en catalán, a fin de asegurar la oferta de productos culturales en esta lengua y potenciar la lengua oficial y propia de Menorca en este ámbito, de acuerdo también con las competencias que atribuye el Estatuto de autonomía a los consejos insulares, entre las cuales hay el fomento y difusión de la creación y la producción musical, audiovisual y literaria (art. 70.18).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 2. Fomento del uso del menorquín en la empresa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta línea de ayudas es apoyar a las actuaciones para el fomento del uso del menorquín como modalidad lingüística insular en los establecimientos, entre su personal y en los servicios que ofrecen las empresas de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estas ayudas tienen la finalidad de interés público para extender el uso del catalán en las actividades socioeconómicas, de forma que devenga lengua habitual de trabajo, de la rotulación, de los productos, del etiquetado, de los servicios y de la atención al público. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 3. Fomento del uso del menorquín en el ámbito deportivo &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta línea de ayudas es apoyar a los promotores de entidades y clubes deportivos de los diferentes municipios de la isla para el fomento del uso del menorquín en su actividad y en los servicios que ofrecen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estas ayudas tienen la finalidad de interés público de extender el uso del catalán en las actividades deportivas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 4. Fomento del uso del menorquín en el ámbito asociativo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta línea de ayudas es apoyar a las entidades que lleven a cabo actividades de dinamización lingüística o con objetivos lingüísticos entre sus asociados o dirigidas a la población de Menorca, así como a las que desplieguen planes internos de normalización, preservación y fomento del menorquín como patrimonio lingüístico insular, entendido como parte esencial del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estas ayudas tienen la finalidad de interés público para avanzar en el proceso de normalización de la lengua catalana, especialmente del menorquín, como lengua propia de Menorca con la implicación de los agentes económicos y sociales en el desarrollo de acciones encaminadas a fomentar el uso del menorquín como modalidad lingüística insular, así como la preservación y la dignificación de las formas lingüísticas menorquinas tanto oralmente como por escrito en los diferentes ámbitos y las actividades de la vida social de la isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. FINANCIACIÓN E IMPORTE MÁXIMO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las ayudas que se otorguen en el marco de estas bases se aplicarán en la partida y por el importe máximo que se establezcan en la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuando el importe de las solicitudes de ayudas sea superior a la cantidad máxima fijada en la convocatoria se priorizarán las solicitudes de acuerdo con los criterios objetivos y la determinación del importe de las ayudas establecidas en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. REQUISITOS Y CONDICIONES DE LAS ACTUACIONES SUBVENCIONADAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 1. Apoyo a la edición en lengua catalana, especialmente en menorquín&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Se pueden presentar a estas ayudas los libros, CD, DVD y otras publicaciones en catalán editados en Menorca, de autor nacido o residente en Menorca o con temática de especial interés para Menorca publicados a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes de la última convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo máximo para realizar la actividad subvencionada será de un año contador a partir de la publicación del acuerdo de concesión de la ayuda en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Las obras que se acojan a estas ayudas tienen que ser primeras ediciones o reediciones ampliadas o actualizadas. No pueden ser reimpresiones ni reediciones con simples correcciones ortográficas o de estilo, salvo que se trate de reimpresiones de obras clásicas la última edición de las cuales sea de hace más de veinticinco años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En el caso de libros tienen que tener un número de páginas no inferior a cincuenta, excepto en los casos de libros infantiles, de poesía, catálogos y revistas especializadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Para que se pueda considerar que la temática de una obra es de especial interés para Menorca su tema específico tiene que ser la isla de Menorca, y no se considerarán de especial interés obras cuya temática alcance un ámbito geográfico mayor pero que tangencialmente se refieran en Menorca o que dediquen un pequeño apartado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Las obras tienen que ser en lengua catalana, priorizando el uso de las formas lingüísticas menorquinas. Los editores, productores o autores tienen que velar por la corrección lingüística de las obras subvencionadas. El incumplimiento de esta condición es motivo de denegación o revocación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Quedan excluidas del apoyo a la edición:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Las obras que hayan sido autorizadas como libros de texto o que, por las características que tienen, se las pueden considerar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Los libros considerados de bibliófilo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Las obras editadas en fascículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Las obras publicadas por instituciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Los libros editados por clubes de libros y entidades similares, solo asequibles por los socios, y los editados expresamente para la venta a plazos o a domicilio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Los boletines internos de instituciones y asociaciones, las publicaciones de entidades públicas y partidos políticos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) Las publicaciones periódicas de carácter generalista y las eminentemente publicitarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h) Las obras que por el ámbito geográfico o la temática que traten no tengan interés para Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i) Las grabaciones que hayan recibido apoyo en otras convocatorias de creación audiovisual del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Las obras editadas dentro del mismo año en diferentes volúmenes se valorarán como una sola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 2. Fomento del uso del menorquín a la empresa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Se pueden acoger a esta línea de ayudas las actuaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Rotulación exterior e interior de establecimientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Etiquetado de productos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Elaboración y edición de material impreso duradero: facturas, papel de carta, sobres, albaranes, catálogos, manuales de instrucciones, bolsas, cartas de restaurante, tarjetas y folletos divulgativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Diseño de páginas web en lengua catalana, especialmente en menorquín.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Actividades de dinamización lingüística o de fomento del menorquín entre su personal o dirigidas a la población en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Todas estas iniciativas y actuaciones deben cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1. Se tienen que hacer en lengua catalana, priorizando el uso de las formas lingüísticas menorquinas, y los solicitantes tendrán que velar por la corrección lingüística de los textos que tengan que figurar en los letreros, las etiquetas o el material impreso, los cuales se pueden llevar a revisar previamente a cualquiera de los servicios de asesoramiento lingüístico del Consejo Insular o de los ayuntamientos de la isla. El incumplimiento de este punto será motivo de denegación o revocación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2. Todo el material impreso que pueda ser objeto de subvención se tiene que elaborar con material reciclable, de acuerdo con los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— El 100 % del papel usado debe ser totalmente libre de cloro y con un mínimo del 80 % de papel reciclado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— En el caso de carteles de madera, los tableros de partículas serán con bajas emisiones de formaldehidos (mínimo P2, bajo la norma NTP 466, Nota técnica de prevención: calidad del aire).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— En el caso que la rotulación exterior sea con iluminación, no se podrán usar luces de neón y la fuente de luz deberá iluminar de arriba hacia abajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— No se subvencionaran bolsas de plástico de un sol uso ni otros productos de plástico de un solo uso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— No se subvencionaran productos que contengan microplásticos y nanoplásticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.3. En la rotulación exterior y en el material impreso en el que solo figure el nombre del establecimiento, la dirección y el teléfono, es imprescindible que el nombre sea íntegramente en lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.4. En todas las actuaciones se tiene que poder identificar claramente que la lengua utilizada es el catalán; no se admiten, por lo tanto, los textos ambilingües.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.5. No se subvencionará el material que pueda ser compartido con otras empresas que soliciten ayuda en la misma convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.6. En el caso de páginas web, la versión en catalán que se subvencione tiene que estar disponible mientras la web se mantenga activa en la misma versión en otras lenguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.7. Se subvencionarán actividades realizadas a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes de la última convocatoria y el plazo máximo para realizar la actividad subvencionada será de un año contador a partir de la publicación del acuerdo de concesión de la ayuda en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.8. Solo se admite una sola solicitud por beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Quedan excluidas de esta línea de ayudas las iniciativas y actuaciones siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) La rotulación y todo el material impreso en el que solo figure un nombre propio de persona, aunque sea en catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) La publicidad incluida en los medios de comunicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Los carteles o flyers que anuncien actos puntuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 3. Fomento del uso del menorquín en el ámbito deportivo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Se pueden acoger a esta línea de ayudas las actuaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Rotulación exterior e interior de los clubes deportivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Edición de material impreso duradero: carnés, diplomas, folletos divulgativos, bolsas y ropa deportiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Diseño de páginas web en lengua catalana, especialmente en menorquín.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Grabación de megafonía en menorquín.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Actividades de dinamización lingüística entre los deportistas o de fomento del menorquín dirigidas a la población en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Todas estas iniciativas y actuaciones deben cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.6. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) La publicidad incluida en los medios de comunicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 4. Fomento del uso del menorquín en el ámbito asociativo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Se pueden acoger a esta línea de ayudas las actuaciones de fomento del uso del menorquín o de dinamización lingüística que las entidades y asociaciones menorquinas lleven a cabo, las cuales pueden ir dirigidas tanto a sus socios, como un sector determinado de la sociedad o en toda la población menorquina en general. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Las actuaciones que se desarrollen deberán cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1. Las acciones o actividades propuestas deben tener objetivos lingüísticos perfectamente identificables y desarrollarse en Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2. Toda la acción y la documentación o comunicaciones orales y escritas que se generen por causa del desarrollo de la actividad se tienen que hacer en lengua catalana, priorizando las formas lingüísticas menorquinas, y los solicitantes velarán por la corrección lingüística de los textos, los cuales se pueden llevar a revisar previamente a cualquiera de los servicios de asesoramiento lingüístico del Consejo Insular o de los ayuntamientos de la isla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El incumplimiento de este punto será motivo de denegación o revocación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.3. Se subvencionarán actividades realizadas a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes de la última convocatoria y el plazo máximo para realizar la actividad subvencionada será de un año contador a partir de la publicación del acuerdo de concesión de la ayuda en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Quedan excluidas de esta línea de ayudas las iniciativas y actuaciones siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) La edición de libros, revistas y boletines en cualquier formato redactados en catalán que no respondan al objeto específico de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) La organización de actividades de ocio, como por ejemplo espectáculos musicales y teatrales, y actividades culturales similares, por el hecho de tener el catalán como lengua de expresión, que no formen parte de ninguna acción que tenga como objetivo fomentar el uso del catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) La oferta formativa de lengua catalana general (cursos de catalán por niveles, puntos de autoaprendizaje...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) En general, cualquier actividad que no responda al objeto de la convocatoria, es decir, las actividades que no tengan como finalidad la difusión y la promoción del uso social de la lengua catalana, especialmente del menorquín, aunque se hagan en catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. NATURALEZA DE LAS AYUDAS Y COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Las ayudas que se otorguen en conformidad con estas bases son compatibles con la concesión otras ayudas, sin perjuicio de la obligación de las entidades beneficiarias de comunicarlo al Consejo Insular de la forma establecida en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El importe de las subvenciones o ayudas que se concedan no puede superar en ningún caso, de manera aislada o en concurrencia con otras ayudas, el 100% del coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El hecho de recibir una subvención implica la obligación de llevar a cabo el proyecto subvencionado y, por lo tanto, la entidad beneficiaria tiene que buscar otros fondos de financiación o aportar fondos propios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. REQUISITOS DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 1. Apoyo a la edición en lengua catalana, especialmente en menorquín&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Pueden ser beneficiarias del apoyo a la edición:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Las empresas editoriales y productoras, las asociaciones y otras entidades con sede social en Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Las personas físicas (editor, productor o autor) nacidas o residentes en Menorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) En el supuesto de que la temática de la obra sea de especial interés para Menorca o que el autor de la obra sea menorquín/residente en Menorca, también se pueden acoger entidades, empresas y personas físicas de fuera de la isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. No obstante esto, no pueden ser beneficiarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Las personas físicas o jurídicas en las cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el art. 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (anexo 2 de las presentes bases).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Las personas físicas o jurídicas que en el momento en el que el órgano instructor dicte la propuesta de resolución definitiva de la convocatoria no estén al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración General del Estado y de las obligaciones tributarias con el Consejo Insular de Menorca. (El hecho de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con el Consejo Insular de Menorca será verificado de oficio por la Tesorería del Consejo Insular.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) También quedan excluidas las entidades privadas con participación mayoritaria de instituciones públicas de las Illes Balears en su financiación o gobierno, así como las actividades que se lleven a cabo mediante contrato con otras administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 2. Fomento del uso del menorquín a la empresa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Pueden optar a estas ayudas las empresas establecidas en Menorca que quieran hacer una actuación de fomento del uso de la lengua catalana, especialmente del menorquín, en sus establecimientos situados tanto a los cascos urbanos tradicionales como las urbanizaciones de los diferentes municipios de la isla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. No obstante esto, no pueden ser beneficiarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Las personas físicas o jurídicas en las cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el art. 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 3. Fomento del uso del menorquín en el ámbito deportivo &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Pueden optar a estas ayudas las entidades y los clubes deportivos con domicilio en cualquier de los municipios de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. No obstante esto, no pueden ser beneficiarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Las personas físicas o jurídicas en las cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el art. 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Las personas físicas o jurídicas que en el momento en el que órgano instructor dicte la propuesta de resolución definitiva de la convocatoria no estén al corriente con el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración General del Estado y de las obligaciones tributarias con el Consejo Insular de Menorca. (El hecho de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con el Consejo Insular de Menorca será verificado de oficio por la Tesorería del Consejo Insular.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) También quedan excluidas las entidades privadas con participación mayoritaria de instituciones públicas de las Illes Balears en su financiación o gobierno, así como las actividades que se lleven a cabo mediante contrato con otras administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 4. Fomento del uso del menorquín en el ámbito asociativo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Pueden optar a estas ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1. Las asociaciones y entidades sin ánimo de lucro con domicilio social en Menorca que desarrollen alguna acción de fomento del uso de la lengua catalana, especialmente del menorquín, en el ámbito de la isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2. Las asociaciones y entidades sin ánimo de lucro con domicilio social en Menorca que desplieguen planes internos de fomento y dignificación lingüística de la lengua catalana, especialmente del menorquín, y que promuevan cambios de usos lingüísticos con el fin de emplear normalmente el catalán en el desarrollo de sus tareas u objetivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. No obstante esto, no pueden ser beneficiarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Las personas físicas o jurídicas en las cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el art. 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (anexo 2 de las presentes bases).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) También quedan excluidas las entidades privadas con participación mayoritaria de instituciones públicas de las Illes Balears en su financiación o gobierno, así como las actividades que se lleven a cabo mediante contrato con otras administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Las solicitudes se tienen que formalizar mediante el modelo normalizado que se adjunta como anexo 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 o 1.4 en estas bases, que se puede obtener en la sede del Consejo Insular de Menorca en Mahón y en las oficinas administrativas de Ciudadela y que también se puede descargar en la sede electrónica del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En la solicitud, se tiene que adjuntar la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A) Documentación administrativa general&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Si el solicitante es persona física, DNI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Si es persona jurídica, escritura o documento de constitución o modificación, de los estatutos o del reglamento interno de funcionamiento, debidamente inscrito en el registro correspondiente. Si fuera necesario de conformidad con sus estatutos, tienen que aportar certificado del acuerdo adoptado por el órgano de gobierno de la entidad para solicitar la ayuda y para designar representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Si es una agrupación de personas físicas o jurídicas, comunidad de bienes o otras agrupaciones económicas sin personalidad jurídica, tienen que firmar la solicitud todas las personas que la integran y adjuntar el DNI (en el caso de personas físicas) y/o la documentación acreditativa de la personalidad jurídica de cada uno de los integrantes. Así mismo tendrán que designar un único representante y un único domicilio o dirección electrónica a efectos de notificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Si la solicitud se presenta en nombre de otro, hay que acreditar la representación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Documento de identificación fiscal (NIF o CIF) del solicitante, así como NIF del representante, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Acreditación de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado mediante los correspondientes certificados, que podrán sustituirse por la declaración responsable al que se refiere el artículo 11.f segundo párrafo del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, cuando se trate de subvenciones de cantidad igual o inferior a 3.000 euros. Se puede autorizar el Consejo Insular de Menorca para que compruebe directamente el cumplimiento de las mencionadas obligaciones, y en este caso no se tendrán que aportar las correspondientes certificaciones (anexo 3). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; En el caso de empresas, tienen que presentar la documentación justificativa de estar de alta del impuesto de actividades económicas correspondiente. En el supuesto de que la empresa no esté obligada a estar de alta del impuesto mencionado, lo tendrá que acreditar mediante declaración responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal de no estar sometido a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinen la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario o entidad colaboradora de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el art. 13.2 de la Ley 28/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (BOE n.º 276 de 18 de noviembre de 2003), y que no tiene obligaciones fiscales pendientes con el Consejo Insular de Menorca (anexo 2). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal relativa a las subvenciones o ayudas obtenidas o solicitadas a otras instituciones públicas o privadas para la realización de la misma actividad (anexo 5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j&lt;/em&gt;) Documento de designación de cuenta bancaria de la empresa o de su representante según el modelo facilitado por el Consejo Insular de Menorca, salvo que ya consten a la Tesorería General del CIM, cosa que se tiene que declarar expresamente (anexo 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se exime de presentar la documentación a que hacen referencia las letras&lt;em&gt; a&lt;/em&gt;), &lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;), &lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;), &lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;) y &lt;em&gt;j&lt;/em&gt;) en el supuesto de que esta ya consto en los archivos del Consejo Insular. En este caso se tendrá que hacer constar expresamente en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B) Documentación específica requerida para la concesión de las ayudas:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 1. Apoyo a la edición en lengua catalana, especialmente en menorquín&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Proyecto específico de la edición lo suficientemente desarrollado como para poder valorar el estilo y la calidad de la obra o bien memoria y una copia del libro, CD, DVD, etc., si ya ha sido publicado. Hay que presentar, como mínimo, un capítulo del libro o una parte de la obra que permita hacer la valoración de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos. Se tiene que especificar la tirada prevista (número de ejemplares o copias), si procede, así como el número de páginas en el caso de libros y la duración en el caso de música y videos; para ediciones digitales y audiovisuales en línea hay que indicar el número de visualizaciones o descargas en la fecha de entrega de la solicitud. También hay que incluir en este apartado una breve descripción de la trayectoria del autor de la obra, a efectos de valorar el proyecto de acuerdo con los criterios de la base séptima. Así mismo, hay que especificar el número de depósito legal o declaración de que se haya hecho el trámite para solicitarlo en el supuesto de que la obra esté obligada a llevar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Presupuesto detallado de la actividad o factura del gasto correspondiente en el supuesto de que ya se haya llevado a cabo la actuación. El presupuesto tiene que detallar gastos de impresión, grabación, producción, así como otros gastos como corrección, ilustración, etc. Este presupuesto tiene que especificar necesariamente el IVA, que tiene que estar desglosado y que se podrá subvencionar en el supuesto de que el beneficiario no lo recupere o compense.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Certificado de empadronamiento en algún municipio de Menorca en el supuesto de que el solicitante sea persona física (si procede).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 2. Fomento del uso del menorquín a la empresa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Proyecto específico de la actuación: fotografía, dibujo o esbozo del letrero que se quiera instalar o muestra del material impreso que se quiera editar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) El texto, escrito en lengua catalana, en la modalidad lingüística menorquina, que figurará al letrero o al material para el cual se pide la ayuda. Hay que especificar si el catalán es la única lengua de la actuación para la cual se pide la ayuda y, en el caso de empresas que no sean de nueva creación, si se ha optado por hacer un cambio de lengua en los materiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Presupuesto detallado de la actuación o factura del gasto correspondiente en el supuesto de que ya se haya llevado a cabo la actuación. Este presupuesto tiene que especificar necesariamente el IVA, que tiene que estar desglosado y que se podrá subvencionar en el supuesto de que el beneficiario no lo recupere o compense.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Copia de la licencia de instalación del letrero o de la solicitud de la licencia tramitada ante el ayuntamiento correspondiente (si procede).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 3. Fomento del uso del menorquín en el ámbito deportivo &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Proyecto específico de la actuación: fotografía, dibujo o esbozo del letrero que se quiera instalar o muestra del material impreso que se quiera editar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) El texto, escrito en lengua catalana, en la modalidad lingüística menorquina, que figurará en el letrero o en el material para el cual se pide la ayuda. Hay que especificar si el catalán es la única lengua de la actuación para la cual se pide la ayuda y, en el caso de clubes o entidades deportivas que no sean de nueva creación, si se ha optado por hacer un cambio de lengua en el material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Presupuesto detallado de la actuación o factura del gasto correspondiente en el supuesto de que ya se haya llevado a cabo la actuación. Este presupuesto tiene que especificar necesariamente el IVA, que tiene que estar desglosado y que se podrá subvencionar en el supuesto de que el beneficiario no lo recupere o compense.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Copia de la licencia de instalación del letrero o de la solicitud de la licencia tramitada ante el ayuntamiento correspondiente (si procede).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 4. Fomento del uso del menorquín en el ámbito asociativo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Proyecto específico de la actuación: descripción de la acción o acciones que se quieren desarrollar de forma que permita valorarlas de acuerdo con el apartado correspondiente de la base 7. El proyecto tiene que detallar como mínimo los agentes ejecutores, el ámbito territorial de actuación, los destinatarios de las acciones y el calendario previsto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Presupuesto detallado de la actuación o factura del gasto correspondiente en el supuesto de que ya se haya llevado a cabo. Este presupuesto tiene que especificar necesariamente el IVA, que tiene que estar desglosado y que se podrá subvencionar en el supuesto de que el beneficiario no lo recupere o compense.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. De acuerdo con el artículo 28.3 y 53.c de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, las personas interesadas no tienen la obligación de presentar documentos originales, salvo que, con carácter excepcional, la normativa reguladora aplicable exija el contrario. En cualquier caso, las personas interesadas son responsables de la veracidad de los documentos que presentan (art. 28.7 de la Ley 39/2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con el art. 28.5 de la Ley 39/2015, excepcionalmente, cuando la relevancia de un documento del expediente aportado por el interesado así lo exija, o existan dudas derivadas de la calidad de la copia, el CIM puede solicitar de manera motivada la compulsa/autenticación de las copias aportadas por la persona interesada, por lo cual puede requerir la exhibición del documento o de la información original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Por el hecho de presentarse a esta convocatoria la persona interesada presta al CIM los consentimientos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Para consultar y comprobar la veracidad de la documentación y de los datos presentados por el interesado que tengan en su poder otros administraciones públicas, principalmente mediante las plataformas de interoperabilidad, las redes corporativas u otros sistemas electrónicos habilitados a tal efecto y a los cuales el CIM tenga acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Para consultar la existencia y veracidad de la documentación y de los datos que eventualmente el interesado haya considerado oportuno no presentar acogiéndose al derecho de no hacerlo por el hecho que hayan sido elaboradas por las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los mencionados consentimientos solo se considerarán otorgados cuando no conste en el expediente la oposición expresa a la mencionada consulta o cuando la ley especial que sea aplicable al caso requiera el consentimiento expreso, en este último caso será obligatorio que la Administración lo requiera y que el interesado lo preste. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Las solicitudes y toda la documentación descrita en el punto 6.2 se tienen que presentar, dentro del plazo establecido en la convocatoria, de acuerdo con las indicaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Las personas a que hace referencia el artículo 14.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre (a corte enunciativo: personas jurídicas, entidades sin personalidad jurídica, administraciones públicas), y las personas físicas que así lo quieran hacer voluntariamente, deberán presentar la solicitud de forma electrónica en el registro electrónico del Consejo Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es) o en cualquier otro registro electrónico de conformidad con aquello establecido en el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Las personas físicas la pueden presentar presencialmente en los puntos del Servicio de Atención Ciudadana del Consejo Insular de Menorca que hay en la sede del CIM en Mahón y en las oficinas administrativas de Ciudadela. También se puede presentar en cualquier otro punto de conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si alguno de los sujetos obligados a los que hace referencia el artículo 14 apartados 2 y 3 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, presenta la solicitud presencialmente, se le requerirá para que lo enmiende mediante la presentación electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Si la solicitud o la documentación fueran incorrectas o incompletas, se requerirá la rectificación o el complemento necesarios. Si en el plazo de diez días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente a la recepción del requerimiento de enmienda de la solicitud, la persona interesada no hace la rectificación reclamada o no presenta la documentación requerida, se entenderá que ha cejado en su petición, de conformidad con el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. CRITERIOS OBJETIVOS QUE HAY QUE TENER EN CUENTA PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Un 50% del importe global máximo de cada línea de ayudas de la convocatoria se repartirá de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración que se indican en el apartado 7.2, el otro 50% según el presupuesto de gastos de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Los criterios objetivos que se tendrán en cuenta para la determinación del 50% del importe de la ayuda son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Apoyo a la edición en lengua catalana, especialmente en menorquín&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. DETERMINACIÓN DEL IMPORTE DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El importe de las ayudas para cada una de las líneas se determinará de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Se distribuirá el 50 % del importe de la convocatoria de acuerdo con los criterios previstos en el apartado 7.2, y según los cálculos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Adjudicación de puntos a cada una de las solicitudes de conformidad con los criterios anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Suma del total de los puntos que hayan obtenido todas las solicitudes admitidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) División de la mitad del importe de la partida de cada línea entre la suma total de puntos adjudicados, a fin de obtener el valor económico de cada punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) La cantidad que corresponde a cada solicitud es la multiplicación de los puntos que se hayan adjudicado por el valor del punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El segundo 50% del importe de las ayudas, correspondiente al criterio del presupuesto, se repartirá proporcionalmente al importe del presupuesto presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. En el caso que la suma de los dos apartados anteriores sea superior a la ayuda solicitada o al importe máximo por solicitud que establezca la convocatoria, el remanente que pueda quedar a consecuencia de esta corrección se repartirá con el mismo sistema proporcional entre el resto de solicitantes de la misma línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. En el caso que para una línea no se agote la consignación presupuestaria, la cantidad sobrante se podrá asignar a las otras líneas de acuerdo con el que se indica en el acuerdo de aprobación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. PROCEDIMIENTO Y ÓRGANOS COMPETENTES PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Las ayudas es concederán, de acuerdo con los principios de objetividad, transparencia, igualdad, no discriminación y publicidad, por medio del procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El inicio del expediente se efectuará por medio de la aprobación de la convocatoria correspondiente. El texto de la convocatoria y el resto de documentación que se requiera se comunicará a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (de ahora en adelante BDNS) y se publicará el extracto de la convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de los Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, en cumplimiento del art. 20.8 de la Ley general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El órgano instructor de este procedimiento es la técnica del Servicio de Asesoramiento Lingüístico del Consejo Insular de Menorca, que, de acuerdo con el artículo 16 y siguientes del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, debe realizar de oficio todas los actuaciones necesarias para la determinación, el conocimiento y la comprobación de los datos en virtud de los cuales se tiene que dictar resolución sobre la concesión de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Todas los solicitudes presentadas dentro del plazo establecido en la convocatoria se someterán al examen del órgano instructor correspondiente o, si procede, de la comisión evaluadora. Con anterioridad a la emisión del informe de la Comisión Evaluadora, el técnico encargado de la instrucción del expediente debe emitir un informe en el cual deberá acreditar, en caso de ser favorable, la legalidad de la ayuda y su importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Una vez examinadas los solicitudes por el órgano instructor o, si procede, por la comisión evaluadora, y después de que este o esta haya emitido su informe, el instructor elevará la correspondiente propuesta de resolución al consejero ejecutivo competente, el cual dictará resolución sobre la concesión o denegación de los ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Cuando la cuantía de la ayuda propuesta por el órgano instructor o la comisión evaluadora sea sustancialmente inferior al solicitado, se podrá instar el beneficiario a reformular su solicitud para ajustar los compromisos y los condiciones de la subvención otorgable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. La resolución del expediente de otorgamiento de los subvenciones tiene que ser expresa y motivada, y tiene que fijar, con carácter definitivo, la cantidad específica de cada una de las subvenciones concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Si la subvención implica un gasto plurianual, la resolución de la concesión tiene que determinar el número de ejercicios en los que se aplicará el gasto y la cantidad máxima que se tiene que aplicar en cada ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. El plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la resolución de este procedimiento es de seis meses contados des del día que acabe el plazo de presentación de solicitudes. No obstante lo anterior, este plazo es podrá reducir si se establece expresamente en la convocatoria de los ayudas. El silencio administrativo tiene carácter desestimatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10. La resolución del expediente de concesión o denegación de las ayudas se remitirá a la BDNS en cumplimiento del artículo 20.8 de la LGS y es publicará en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de los Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, a efectos de notificación (art. 45.1 b de la LPACAP). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11. La concesión de la ayuda se puede instrumentar mediante la formalización de un convenio de colaboración con la entidad beneficiaria en que es determinaran los derechos y los obligaciones de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​10. COMISIÓN EVALUADORA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. La comisión evaluadora es el órgano colegiado al cual corresponde examinar las solicitudes presentadas y emitir el informe que servirá de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución que tiene que formular el órgano instructor competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La Comisión Evaluadora tiene que estar formada por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presidente/a: el/la consejero/a de Cultura o persona que lo supla &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vocales: el director insular de Cultura del CIM, el director insular de Deportes del CIM, la técnica del Servicio de Política Lingüística, que actuará como secretaria, y un administrativo del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes del CIM, o personas que los substituyan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. La comisión evaluadora se tiene que constituir obligatoriamente cuando el importe global de los fondos públicos previstos en la convocatoria sea superior a los 50.000 euros, o bien cuando el importe individual máximo de la subvención sea superior a 7.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Cuando no sea preceptiva su constitución, la existencia de la comisión evaluadora solo será necesaria si se prevé expresamente en la resolución de la convocatoria correspondiente, en la cual se tendrá que fijar en todo caso cuál es el órgano que tiene que examinar las solicitudes y tiene que emitir el informe que servirá de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. ABONO DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El pago de la ayuda se hará efectivo, dentro de un plazo máximo de 60 días, según disponibilidad de tesorería, desde la fecha de la justificación íntegra y correcta de la actividad subvencionada. No obstante esto y por acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo se podrá disponer que se adelante una parte o la totalidad, a solicitud justificada de la entidad beneficiaria de la ayuda y siempre de acuerdo con lo que prevean al respeto en cada momento las bases de ejecución del presupuesto del CIM del año correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Las subvenciones que se paguen a personas físicas restan sujetas a retención de acuerdo con la normativa que regula el impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. No se podrá pagar la subvención cuando el beneficiario no esté al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias, ante la Seguridad Social y con el CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. GASTOS SUBVENCIONABLES. PRESUPUESTO DEL PROYECTO Y PRESUPUESTO SUBVENCIONABLE &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el art. 31 de la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones, es gasto subvencionable y, consiguientemente, forma parte del presupuesto inicial del proyecto la que responda a la naturaleza de este, será estrictamente necesario para planificarlo, prepararlo, coordinarlo y ejecutarlo y estará legalmente justificado con facturas o con otros documentos que lo acrediten, la temporalización de los cuales se computa en los doce meses anteriores a la ejecución del proyecto y hasta la fecha tope establecida en la base decimotercera, de justificación de la actividad subvencionada. La entrega al acreedor de un efecto mercantil garantizado por una entidad financiera o entidad aseguradora también tiene la consideración de gasto pagado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La manera de acreditar el pago de estos justificantes tiene que ser de acuerdo con el que se recoge en la base decimotercera mencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Cuando el beneficiario de la subvención sea una empresa, los gastos subvencionables en los que haya incurrido en sus operaciones comerciales tendrán que haberse abonado en los plazos de pago previstos en la normativa sectorial que le sea aplicable o, si no, en los establecidos en la Ley 3/2004, de 29 de diciembre, por la cual se establecen medidas de lucha contra la morosidad en las operaciones comerciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. No son gastos subvencionables y, por lo tanto, no forman parte del presupuesto subvencionable ni del presupuesto del proyecto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Los gastos que no cumplan los requisitos mencionados en el apartado 12.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Los gastos el importe de los cuales se hayan adquirido a un precio superior al valor de mercado. Los gastos financieros, las de asesoría jurídica o financiera, los gastos notariales y registrales, los gastos periciales para llevar a cabo el proyecto subvencionado y las de administración específicas, si no están directamente relacionadas y no son indispensables para prepararlo ni llevarlo a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Los intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias, los intereses, los recargos y las sanciones administrativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Los gastos de procedimientos judiciales, los impuestos indirectos, cuando sean susceptibles de recuperación o de compensación, y los impuestos personales sobre la renta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Los gastos de distribución y promoción de la obra ni las derivadas de trabajos previos a la elaboración de la obra como por ejemplo facturas por horas de estudio e investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;) No forman parte del presupuesto subvencionable, a pesar de que formen parte del presupuesto del proyecto, las inversiones y las obras, la compra de equipaciones o de cualquier otro bien inventariable de naturaleza similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Sobre el gasto subvencionable, se tienen que tener en cuenta las particularidades siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con el que dispone el art. 40.3 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, cuando el importe del gasto subvencionable supere las cantidades establecidas en la normativa contractual para el contrato menor (Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de contratos del sector público), el beneficiario tiene que pedir, como mínimo, 3 ofertas a diferentes proveedores antes de contraer el compromiso para hacer la obra, prestar el servicio o librar el bien, salvo que por las características especiales no haya en el mercado un número suficiente de entidades o de empresas que lo puedan efectuar, o salvo que el gasto ya se haya hecho con anterioridad a la publicación de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se tiene que elegir una de las ofertas, que se presentarán con la justificación de la subvención, en virtud de criterios de eficiencia y de economía; en caso contrario, cuando la oferta seleccionada no ha sido la más ventajosa económicamente, se tiene que presentar una memoria justificativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Las personas o entidades beneficiarias están obligadas a justificar la actividad ejecutada con cargo a la ayuda económica concedida en el plazo máximo de dos meses desde la fecha de acabado del plazo de realización de la actividad previsto en la base 3, salvo que haya causas excepcionales que lo impidan y que el beneficiario tendrá que alegar por escrito. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la vista de lo anterior, el CIM podrá ampliar el plazo de justificación de las ayudas por un periodo improrrogable de un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La justificación de la actuación se tiene que presentar mediante una cuenta justificativa simplificada (de acuerdo con el art. 75 del Reglamento de la Ley de subvenciones), que constará de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Una memoria de actuación justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas en la concesión de la subvención, con indicación de las actividades realizadas y de los resultados obtenidos (anexo 6 A). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Una lista clasificada de los gastos e inversiones de la actividad, con identificación del acreedor y del documento, el importe, la fecha de emisión y, si procede, la fecha de pago. Esta lista debe ir acompañada de la copia de las facturas correspondientes. En caso de que la subvención se otorgue según un presupuesto estimado, se indicarán las desviaciones que se hayan producido. En la justificación se admitirá como máximo una desviación del 10% del presupuesto inicial subvencionable sin que dé lugar a la revocación parcial de la ayuda (anexo 6 B). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) El detalle de otros ingresos o subvenciones que hayan financiado la actividad subvencionada con indicación del importe y la procedencia (anexo 6 C). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si procede, carta de pago de reintegro en el supuesto de remanentes no aplicados así como de los intereses que se deriven. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. La documentación específica que hay que presentar para cada línea de subvención es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 1. Apoyo a la edición en lengua catalana, especialmente en menorquín&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) En el caso de obras en soporte físico, hay que adjuntar dos ejemplares o copias de la obra subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Las obras subvencionadas tienen que hacer constar el apoyo del Departamento de Cultura y Educación del Consejo Insular de Menorca mediante la inclusión de su logotipo y del logotipo de Menorca Talayótica para ser reconocida como patrimonio mundial por la Unesco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 2. Fomento del uso del menorquín a la empresa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Muestra del material impreso o fotografía del letrero instalado y para los cuales se ha concedido la subvención, que justifique la realización efectiva de la actividad (salvo que ya se hayan presentado en el momento de hacer la solicitud).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Copia de la licencia de instalación de letrero otorgada por el ayuntamiento correspondiente (si la tenía en trámite en el momento de presentar la solicitud).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea 3. Fomento del uso del menorquín en el ámbito deportivo &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Muestra del material impreso o fotografía del letrero instalado y para los cuales se ha concedido la subvención, que justifique la realización efectiva de la actividad (salvo que ya se hayan presentado en el momento de hacer la solicitud).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Copia de la licencia de instalación de letrero otorgada por el ayuntamiento correspondiente (si la tenía en trámite en el momento de presentar la solicitud).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​Línea 4. Fomento del uso del menorquín en el ámbito asociativo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Hay que aportar evidencias materiales de la ejecución de la actividad o despliegue del plan de normalización lingüística, que permitan así mismo verificar el ámbito de actuación y el número de destinatarios a los cuales ha llegado: material impreso, fotografías, grabaciones de video, presencia en las redes sociales, hojas de firmas o inscripciones, etc., según proceda de acuerdo con el tipo de actuación desarrollada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) En el supuesto de que se hayan desarrollado actuaciones para las cuales se requiere el permiso de una administración pública, copia de los permisos para la realización de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Elementos publicitarios de las actividades para las cuales se pide subvención, en que aparezca la colaboración del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes del Consejo Insular de Menorca intermediando el uso de su logotipo y también el logotipo de Menorca Talayótica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Si la documentación presentada fuera incompleta o incorrecta, el servicio responsable pedirá al beneficiario que haga la rectificación oportuna en el plazo improrrogable de diez días hábiles (art. 73 de la Ley 39/2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Si el gasto justificado excede del importe concedido, la posible desviación presupuestaria irá a cargo de la persona o la entidad subvencionada. Si, por el contrario, el gasto justificado es inferior al importe del presupuesto solicitado y subvencionado se reducirá proporcionalmente la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. El Consejo Insular de Menorca podrá inspeccionar las actividades subvencionadas, sin perjuicio de las competencias que puedan corresponder, por normativa legal o reglamentaria, a otros organismos o instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Son obligaciones de los beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Comunicar al CIM la aceptación de la subvención en los términos en que esta se conceda. En cualquier caso la subvención se entenderá aceptada tácitamente una vez transcurridos quince días hábiles desde que el beneficiario haya recibido la notificación de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Realizar la actividad objeto de subvención en el plazo máximo que se establezca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Llevar a cabo las actividades que fundamentan la concesión de las ayudas y justificar la realización en los plazos y en las condiciones establecidas en estas bases y en la resolución de la concesión de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Proporcionar la información sobre la actividad subvencionada que le requiera el Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación que efectúe el Consejo Insular de Menorca y el resto de organismos competentes para la fiscalización de las cuentas públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;) Acreditar, cuando el Consejo Insular se lo solicite, que están al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, y que están al corriente de sus obligaciones fiscales con el Consejo Insular de Menorca. La acreditación de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social no será necesaria en el supuesto de que se haya autorizado expresamente al Consejo Insular a consultar estos datos a través de la Agencia Tributaria (anexo 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt;) Comunicar al Consejo Insular de Menorca la solicitud y la obtención de subvenciones y ayudas u otros ingresos y recursos para la misma finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h&lt;/em&gt;) Comunicar inmediatamente al Consejo Insular de Menorca cualquier eventualidad que altere o que dificulte gravemente el desarrollo del proyecto subvencionado, en particular si se pueden derivar retrasos en la ejecución o si pueden afectar el coste total, y solicitar la autorización previa y expresa del Consejo Insular para hacer cualquier modificación sustancial del proyecto objete de ayuda. Las solicitudes de modificación tienen que ser motivadas, se tienen que formular inmediatamente a la aparición de las circunstancias que la justifiquen y se tienen que especificar las repercusiones presupuestarias que impliquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt;) Dejar constancia de la percepción y la aplicación de la subvención en su contabilidad o en los libros de registro que tenga que llevar la entidad beneficiaria de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y, en caso de no tener esta obligación, en la documentación que la sustituya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j&lt;/em&gt;) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, incluidos los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;k&lt;/em&gt;) Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 37 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En todos los actos de promoción de las actividades subvencionadas se tiene que hacer constar la aportación del Departamento de Cultura y Educación del Consejo Insular de Menorca, y en los programas, los carteles y otros elementos publicitarios se insertará el logotipo. En este sentido, la difusión se tiene que hacer a través de los medios que sean adecuados de acuerdo con la naturaleza del proyecto. Se tiene que hacer constar, de manera expresa, el apoyo del Departamento de Cultura y Educación del Consejo Insular Menorca, así como la web www.cime.es, en la realización de las actividades subvencionadas (en caso de actuaciones que tengan lugar después de la convocatoria) y el logotipo de la candidatura de la cultura Talayótica de Menorca para ser reconocida como patrimonio mundial por la Unesco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. REVOCACIÓN Y REINTEGRO DE LAS AYUDAS. CRITERIOS DE GRADUACIÓN DE LOS POSIBLES INCUMPLIMIENTOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En cuanto a la revocación y el reintegro de las subvenciones, se aplicará el que dispone la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el resto de normativa que le sea aplicable. En caso de incumplimiento, se tiene que reintegrar la cantidad recibida mediante la aplicación de un porcentaje de minoración en función de la naturaleza del incumplimiento. Este porcentaje se tiene que fijar con el informe previo del instructor y se tiene que notificar al beneficiario. Las causas de reintegro y el procedimiento para su exigencia deben ser regidas por lo establecido en el artículo 44 del DLEG 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se tendrá que valorar, en todo caso, el grado de incumplimiento y si este es a causa de actuaciones dolosas o negligentes y si hay buena o mala fe en ello. La gradación del reintegro será mayor cuando el incumplimiento sea total o muy alto y hayan incurrido causas dolosas y mala fe, y en cambio será menor si el grado de cumplimiento del proyecto subvencionado sea parcial y cuando haya sido causado por actuaciones negligentes y con buena fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En el supuesto de que la causa del reintegro determine la invalidez de la resolución de concesión se tiene que revisar previamente esta resolución en los términos establecidos en el artículo 25 del DLEG 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y en el resto de disposiciones aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En el supuesto de que se hayan hecho unos pagos anticipados, la persona beneficiaria tiene que reintegrar las cantidades recibidas más el interés de demora contador desde que el pago se hizo efectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Las cantidades que se tengan que reintegrar tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y es de aplicación la vía de constreñimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. La obligación de reintegro establecida en este artículo es independiente de las sanciones que, si procede, le sean exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables será el establecido en el título IV de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El órgano competente para imponer las sanciones que se deriven de infracciones de lo establecido en estas bases y de la normativa aplicable en materia de subvenciones es el consejero ejecutivo competente en la materia de que se trate en el caso de infracciones leves y graves y el Consejo Ejecutivo en caso de infracciones muy graves, de conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 69 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. OTRAS DISPOSICIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos administrativos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Los acuerdos del Consejo Ejecutivo por los cuales se aprueban las bases y las convocatorias no agotan la vía administrativa y son susceptibles de recibir recurso de alzada ante el Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Las resoluciones de los consejeros ejecutivos por las cuales se conceden y deniegan las ayudas no agotan la vía administrativa y son recurribles en alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normativa general aplicable&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En todo aquello no previsto expresamente en estas bases serán de aplicación las disposiciones contenidas en las normas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de la comunidad autónoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 196 de 31 de diciembre de 2005)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que no agota la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno, por delegación del Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca (Acuerdo de 31-7-2023, BOIB núm. 109 de 5-8-2023), en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
