&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;1. El señor Jorge Vallejo de la Cueva y otros interpusieron un recurso contencioso-administrativo (PA 125/2024, tramitado en el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo núm. 3 de Palma) contra la desestimación por silencio administrativo de las reclamaciones cursadas en distintas fechas por los recurrentes, por la falta de convocatoria de los procedimientos de carrera profesional desde el año 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;2. De manera directa o indirecta este recurso puede resultar relevante para diversas personas que podrían tener la condición de interesadas en el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;1. El artículo 49 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;2. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;1. Emplazar a las personas interesadas en el recurso contencioso-administrativo interpuesto por el señor Jorge Vallejo de la Cueva y otros, contra la desestimación por silencio administrativo de las reclamaciones cursadas en distintas fechas por los recurrentes, por la falta de convocatoria de los procedimientos de carrera profesional desde el año 2018 , para que puedan personarse como demandadas ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo núm. 3 de Palma, en el plazo de nueve días, a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;2. Comunicar a las personas interesadas que si se personan fuera del plazo establecido se las considerará como parte, sin que por ello se tenga que retrotraer ni interrumpir el curso del procedimiento y que, si no se personan, el procedimiento continuará y no será procedente hacerles ninguna otra notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
