&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Procedimiento: Aprobación padrones fiscales 2º Periodo 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Mediante Resolución número 2024-1182 , del regidor de Hacienda, de día 9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; de julio d&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;e 2024, se han aprobado los siguientes padrones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;adrón de la Tasa de Recogida y Tratamiento de Basuras urbana de 2024, comprensivo de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;liquidaciones 5836 , por un importe de 560.507,80 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Padrón de la Tasa por la Entrada de Vehículos de 2024, &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;comprensivo de 2377 liquidaciones, por un importe de 41.716,40 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Padrón del Impuesto de Cotos Caza de 2024, &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;comprensivo de 116 liquidaciones, por un importe de 3.119,84 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Padrón de la Tasa por el Servicio de Cementerio de 2024, &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;comprensivo de 1188 liquidaciones, por un importe de 21.132,95 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Padrón del Impuesto de Actividades Económicas (Matrícula - 1er Trimestre) 2024, &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;comprensivo de 216 liquidaciones, por un importe de 121.010,68 Euros.&lt;/span&gt; (De los cuales 95.940,65 euros corresponden a la cuota del Ayuntamiento y 25.070,03 euros de recargo insular, del CIM).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Padrón de la Tasa de Recogida y Tratamiento de Basuras Diseminados de 2024, &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;comprensivo de 583 liquidaciones, por un importe de 25.695,60 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Padrón de la Tasa por la Ocupación Vía Pública (Parada de Taxis) 2024, &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;comprensivo de 15 liquidaciones, por un importe de 1.582,50 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Padrón de la Tasa de Recogida y Tratamiento de Basuras &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de Actividades Económicas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de 2024, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;comprensivo de 538 liquidaciones, por un importe de 205.986,84 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Padrón de la Tasa por la Ocupación Via Pública (Mesas y Sillas) 2024, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;comprensivo de 31 liquidaciones, por un importe de 18.054,09 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dichos padrones estarán expuestos al público en el Departamento de Rentas y Exacciones del Ayuntamiento durante el plazo de 15 días hábiles a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación del presente edicto. Finalizado el plazo anterior y durante el período de un mes, las personas interesadas podrán interponer, ante la Alcaldía, un recurso de reposición contra dichos padrones o hacer uso de cualquier otro medio de defensa que estimen conveniente para sus intereses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;l periodo voluntario de cobro de los padrones anteriormente referidos comprenderán el termino que va des des del día 15.07.2024 al 16.09.2024, ambos incluidos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;El pago puede realizarse a través de la página web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;www.alaior.org&amp;gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; tributos &amp;gt; consulta y pago de tributos; con tarjeta banca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;ria en el cajero automático de la oficina municipal de C/ de la Sala, 5, o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;en cualquier oficina de las entidades colaboradoras &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;(Caixabank, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Banco Santander, Banco Sabadell, Banca March i Colonya Caixa Pollença)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo de cobro en voluntaria sin que se haya realizado el ingreso de la deuda se iniciará el periodo ejecutivo, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en los artículos 26, 28 y 161 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, lo que determinará la exigencia de los intereses de demora, los recargos que correspondan y, en su caso, las costas del procedimiento de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
