    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Visto el escrito del presidente del Parlamento de las Illes Balears de 29 de mayo de 2024, mediante el cual comunica que se ha detectado la existencia de errores en las versiones catalana y castellana de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Ley 3/2024, de 3 de mayo, de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda, publicada en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; núm. 61, de 9 de mayo de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;, se publican las rectificaciones siguientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;— &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; En la versión catalana:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;b)&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; Tener una formación no universitaria de al menos 200 horas lectivas en materia inmobiliaria, relacionada con los servicios de mediación, asesoramiento y gestión a que se refiere el punto 2.1 de la disposición adicional &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;decimotercera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, ...&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Se rectifica un error material detectado en el apartado 10.2 de la disposición adicional decimocuarta de la Ley 3/2024, de 3 de mayo, de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;En el supuesto de que el agente inmobiliario sea una persona jurídica, los requisitos de capacitación profesional se exigen en los mismos términos que establece el punto 9.1 de la disposición adicional &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;séptima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; de esta ley&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
