&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De acuerdo con aquello que establece el artículo 136 del Texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 35 del Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares; se hace público que mediante la resolución de la regidora delegada de Recursos Humanos que se indica en el listado se ha procedido a efectuar nombramiento del personal funcionario que se señala a continuación, de acuerdo con las propuestas de los diferentes tribunales calificadores de las diferentes convocatorias por procedimiento de concurso de la oferta pública de empleo extraordinaria por estabilización del Ayuntamiento de Alaior (BOIB n.º 68 de fecha 26/05/2022, n.º 144 de 08 de noviembre de 2022, n.º149 de fecha 18 de noviembre de 2022 y las posteriores modificaciones):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
