&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Acuerdo de día 28 de noviembre de 2022 de la Junta de Gobierno Local aprobando la convocatoria y las bases reguladoras para cubrir 5 plazas de Auxiliar Administrativo, por concurso oposición extraordinario, funcionario de carrera, de acuerdo con el proceso de estabilización temporal según la Ley 20/2021 de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público, y Acuerdo de día 14 de diciembre de 2022 de la Junta de Gobierno Local aprobando la corrección de errores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Bases reguladoras publicadas en el BOIB núm. 156 de día 1 de diciembre de 2022 y corrección de errores en el BOIB nº. 166 de día 22 de diciembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Anuncios en el BOE número 15 de día 18 de enero de 2023 y número 24 de día 28 de enero de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En fecha 24 de mayo de 2024 el tribunal calificador del procedimiento selectivo acordó elevar a la alcaldía el Acuerdo de propuesta de personas aspirantes que superaron el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso-oposición para el ingreso como personal funcionario de carrera, de la escala de administración general, subescala auxiliar, denominación auxiliar administrativo, grupo C2. Turno de reserva para personas con discapacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- De acuerdo con los puntos 14.2 y 14.3 de las bases específicas del procedimiento, la presidencia de la Corporación debe dictar la resolución mediante la cual aprueba la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes que han superado el mencionado proceso selectivo por concurso-oposición, y posterior nombramiento como personal funcionario de carrera del cuerpo, escala, y especialidad correspondiente de este Ayuntamiento. La toma de posesión deberá efectuarse en los términos legalmente previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local; el artículo 136 del Texto Refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril; y el artículo 7 del Real decreto 896/1991, de 7 de junio, por el que se establecen las reglas básicas y los programas mínimos a los que debe ajustarse el procedimiento de selección de los funcionarios de la Administración Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar al personal funcionario de carrera de la escala de administración general, subescala auxiliar, grupo C2, categoría auxiliar administrativo, a las personas aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso-oposición excepcional para la convocatoria de estas plazas, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento. La fecha de efectos del presente nombramiento es el día 1 de julio de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Adjudicar los puestos de trabajo correspondiente, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento, a las personas aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso-oposición excepcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar la presente Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares a los efectos oportunos. Las personas nombradas dispondrán de un plazo de tres días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente a su publicación, para el juramento o promesa y la toma de posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
