&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;GERENCIA REGIONAL DEL CATASTRO DE ILLES BALEARS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 26.2 del R.D. 417/2006, de 7 de abril, por el que se desarrolla el texto refundido de la Ley del Catastro Inmobiliario (R.D. Legislativo 1/2004, de 5 de marzo), por el presente anuncio se pone en conocimiento de todos los titulares catastrales la apertura del trámite de audiencia previo correspondiente al procedimiento de valoración colectiva de carácter general de bienes inmuebles urbanos, así como de los inmuebles con construcciones en suelo rústico, del municipio de: Santa Margalida, durante el plazo de diez días hábiles contados a partir del siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio, en esta Gerencia, sita en la calle Gaspar Sabater número 3, de Palma de Mallorca , &amp;nbsp;para lo cual puede solicitar cita previa &amp;nbsp;a través de la Sede Electrónica del Catastro (www.sedecatastro.gob.es) o de la Línea Directa del Catastro 91 387 45 50 - 902 37 36 35, a fin de que puedan formular las alegaciones y presentar las pruebas que estimen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por otra parte, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 69.b) del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales (R.D. Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo), y a los efectos de la aplicación del cociente previsto en el citado precepto, se pone en conocimiento de todos los interesados los valores catastrales medios de los citados municipios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
