&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«&lt;/em&gt;Viste el Decreto n.º 1285/2024 de 8 de abril de aprobación bases y convocatoria proceso selectivo para la constitución de un bolsín de trabajo para la provisión temporal de puestos de trabajo de administrativo del Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Vista la finalización del proceso selectivo con el acta del Tribunal de fecha 27 de junio de 2024 de la valoración definitiva de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De acuerdo con el anterior y atendiendo las facultades que me son otorgadas por el Artículo 21.1,h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local, &lt;strong&gt;DISPONGO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar de forma definitiva la siguiente prelación de los aspirantes participantes en el procedimiento selectivo para la provisión temporal, de puestos de trabajo de administrativo del Ayuntamiento de Andratx:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la presente resolución en el BOIB, tablón de anuncios y en el portal de transparencia de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que agota la vía administrativa se puede interponer alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, delante de la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso- administrativo, ante el juzgado del Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. Si optara para interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
