&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El 23 de mayo de 2024 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 68 la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 20 de mayo de 2024 por la que se nombró personal estatutario fijo y se adjudicaron plazas a las personas que habían superado el concurso oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría odontólogo-estomatólogo/odontóloga-estomatóloga de área de atención primaria del Servicio de Salud convocado por medio de la Resolución de 12 de diciembre de 2022 del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Se ha advertido un error en la Resolución de 20 de mayo de 2024, ya que en el apartado «Antecedentes» se obvió este texto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vez revisada la documentación presentada se ha comprobado que los aspirantes siguientes no cumplen con el requisito exigido en el punto 8.2.d de las bases de la convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Pedraza Rodríguez, Ana María: no acredita el nivel B2 de catalán según la disposición transitoria segunda de la Ley 4/2016, de 6 de abril, y no cumple con lo requerido en la disposición adicional decimotercera del Decreto Ley 6/2022 de 13 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Martínez Millán, Susana: no acredita el nivel B2 de catalán según la disposición transitoria segunda de la Ley 4/2016, de 6 de abril, y no cumple con lo requerido en la disposición adicional decimotercera del Decreto Ley 6/2022 de 13 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Ramírez Fernández, María Piedad: no acredita el nivel B2 de catalán según la disposición transitoria segunda de la Ley 4/2016, de 6 de abril, y no cumple con lo requerido en la disposición adicional decimotercera del Decreto Ley 6/2022 de 13 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Elvira Domínguez, David: no acredita el nivel B2 de catalán según la disposición transitoria segunda de la Ley 4/2016, de 6 de abril, y no cumple con lo requerido en la disposición adicional decimotercera del Decreto Ley 6/2022 de 13 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que «las Administraciones públicas podrán asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Añadir el texto siguiente en el apartado «Antecedentes» de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 20 de mayo de 2024:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que la dicta en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
