    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El BOIB núm. 64, de 16 de mayo de 2024, publicó el correspondiente edicto de exposición al público del acuerdo de aprobación provisional del Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión extraordinaria de día 13 de mayo de 2024, de la modificación de la ordenanza fiscal reguladora polideportivo municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Habiendo finalizado el plazo para la presentación de reclamaciones contra el acuerdo adoptado por el Ayuntamiento Pleno, sin que se haya formulado reclamación, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 17.3 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, queda definitivamente aprobado. Lo que se hace público a los efectos prevenidos en el artículo 17.4 del citado Real Decreto Legislativo, con la publicación del acuerdo de aprobación de los artículos modificados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
