&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Con fecha 27 de abril de 2024 se publicaron en el BOIB, y en la Página Web corporativa, las bases para la selección de personal para la creación de una bolsa de la categoría de Redactor/a para la Dirección de Contenidos de Informativos en la EPRTVIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Con posterioridad se ha advertido que se hace necesario modificar los miembros que componen la Comisión de Selección, nombrando nuevos miembros que sustituyan a los anteriores, y que se encuentren operativos y por tanto puedan llevar a cabo el proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común, establece que se podrán rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancias de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Ley 15/2010, de 22 de diciembre, de Radiotelevisión Pública de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo esto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar la composición de la Comisión de Selección que figura en las bases de la convocatoria para la selección de personal para la creación de una bolsa de la categoría de Redactor/a para la Dirección de Contenidos de Informativos en el EPRTVIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el BOIB y en la web de la EPRTVIB (apartado Corporativo - Tablón de anuncios)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución se puede interponer demanda ante el orden jurisdiccional social en el plazo de dos meses desde su publicación de conformidad con el artículo 10.4 a) y concordantes de la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicción social, sin que se pueda interponer recurso en vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
