Concepto</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="color:#000000">De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 117, en relación con el artículo 41.b, ambos de la Ley 39/1988, de 28 de diciembre, reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, este Ayuntamiento establece el precio público por la prestación del Servicio de Guardería Municipal, que se regirá por la presente ordenanza.</span></span></p> <p><strong>Artículo 2º. Obligados al Pago</strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="color:#000000">Están obligados al pago del precio público regulado en esta Ordenanza, quienes se beneficien de los servicios prestados por este Ayuntamiento, a lo que se refiere el artículo anterior.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Artículo 3º. Bonificaciones:</span></p> <ol> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="color:#000000">La coincidencia de más de un hermano en el centro será motivo de la siguiente bonificación en la tasa de escolarización.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="color:#000000">Las familias numerosas tendrán un 10% de descuento sobre la tasa.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="color:#000000">Cuando el alumno/a presente necesidades educativas especiales, debidamente justificadas mediante informe del Equipo de orientación educativa y psicopedagógica de atención primaria, disfrutará de una reducción del 25% sobre la cuota tributaria por asistencia.</span></span></li> </ol> <p><strong>Artículo 4º. Obligaciones de Pago</strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="color:#000000">1. La obligación de pago del precio público regulado en esta Ordenanza, nace desde que se preste el servicio especificado en el apartado segundo del artículo anterior.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="color:#000000">2. El pago de dicho servicio público se efectuará durante los cinco primeros días de cada mes, pudiéndose realizar el mismo mediante domiciliación bancaria o personalmente en las oficinas municipales.</span></span></p> <p><strong>Artículo 5º. Gestión</strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="color:#000000">Los interesados en que se les preste algún servicio referido en la presente ordenanza, deberán presentar en este Ayuntamiento solicitud expresa del mismo.</span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><strong>Disposición Transitoria Primera</strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="color:#000000">Se suspende la aplicación de la cuota tributaria del artículo 3, referente a escolarización general, en horario de 9 a 13 horas, respecto al Primer Ciclo de Educación Infantil (de 0 a 3 años), con efectos desde el 1 de septiembre 2023 y durante los cursos 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026 y 2026-2027, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto ley 5/2023, de 28 de agosto, de medidas urgentes en el ámbito educativo y en el sanitario, y en el Convenio de colaboración con el Govern de les Illes Balears para establecer la gratuidad del servicio de escolarización básica del Primer Ciclo de Educación Infantil.</span></span></p> <p><strong>Disposición Final</strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="color:#000000">La presente ordenanza entrará en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, permaneciendo en vigor hasta su modificación expresa.</span></span></p> ]] es CAIB es 688235 30331 30333 2024-06-28 2024-06-29
