Objeto</strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El objeto de esta convocatoria es el fomento de la actividad artesanal de Mallorca mediante la concesión de ayudas a proyectos, programas y actividades desarrollados entre el 1 de agosto 2023 y el 31 de julio 2024.&nbsp; </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La finalidad de la convocatoria es mejorar la competitividad y la modernización del sector artesanal<em>, </em>incentivar la formación y la innovación en materia de artesanía<em>, </em>promover la comercialización de los productos artesanos, difundir el patrimonio cultural de la artesanía y garantizar el conocimiento y mantenimiento de los oficios artesanos acreditados en la isla de Mallorca. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las bases reguladoras de la presente convocatoria son la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca, aprobada en sesión plenaria de día 23 de diciembre de 2016, modificada por acuerdo plenario de día 14 de junio de 2018, la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones y el reglamento que la desarrolla (RD 887/2006 de 21 de julio) y el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La convocatoria prevé las 4 líneas de actuación siguientes:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Línea 1: Organización de actividades de fomento de la artesanía de Mallorca.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Línea 2: Participación o asistencia a ferias o eventos artesanos fuera de la isla de Mallorca.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Línea 3: Formación profesional.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Línea 4: Difusión de los oficios artesanos.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las actuaciones subvencionables relativas a todas las líneas de actuación se tienen que haber realizado en el periodo comprendido entre el <strong>1 de agosto de 2023 y el 31 de julio de 2024.</strong></span></span></p> <p><strong>Tercero. Bases reguladoras</strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las bases reguladoras de la presente convocatoria se rigen por<span style="display:none">&lt;A[por|para]&gt;</span> lo que en ella se dispone, por<span style="display:none">&lt;A[para|por]&gt;</span> la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca, y supletoriamente, por la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de subvenciones; por<span style="display:none">&lt;A[por|para]&gt;</span> el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones; por<span style="display:none">&lt;A[para|por]&gt;</span> la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas; por<span style="display:none">&lt;A[para|por]&gt;</span> la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, por<span style="display:none">&lt;A[por|para]&gt;</span> el vigente Decreto de la Presidencia del Consejo de Mallorca, de día 9 de junio de 2019; por<span style="display:none">&lt;A[para|por]&gt;</span> la Ordenanza vigente de procedimiento administrativo del Consejo de Mallorca, y por el resto de la normativa que sea aplicable. </span></span></p> <p><strong>Cuarto. Cuantía</strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El presupuesto de gastos del Consejo Insular de Mallorca para el año 2024 ha asignado el crédito de 150.000,00 euros a las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria, que se distribuirá de la manera siguiente: 95.000,00 €, con cargo a la aplicación 20.43900.47900; 50.000,00 €, con cargo a la aplicación 20.43900.46200 y 5.000,00 € con cargo a la aplicación 20.43900.48900.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La convocatoria prevé 4 líneas de actuación.
