    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El artículo 21.1 de la Ley 2/2023, de 7 de febrero, de la actividad física y el deporte de las Islas Baleares, prevé que las administraciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares promoverán y fomentarán la práctica de la actividad física y el deporte de las personas con discapacidad con la finalidad de servir de estímulo y de herramienta de inclusión social, así como para eliminar todo tipo de barreras y obstáculos que impidan el acceso y el desarrollo de dicha actividad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El apartado sexto del mismo artículo, también prevé que las administraciones públicas impulsarán ayudas a las personas deportistas con discapacidad físicas, psíquicas, sensoriales o mixtas, adaptarlas a su condición y a la de aquellas personas imprescindibles para su desarrollo en las actividades físicas y deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El artículo 2.1 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021), establece que los programas de formación, los programas de promoción deportiva y los de promoción del deporte femenino son susceptibles de recibir ayudas. Por otra parte, el artículo 5.1 de la misma Orden dispone que las convocatorias que se dicten al amparo de estas bases deben aprobarse por resolución del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes y deben publicarse en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Las ayudas susceptibles de ser otorgadas en esta convocatoria no implican ayudas de estado, de acuerdo con la Comunicación de la Comisión relativa al concepto de ayuda estatal conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 107, apartado 1, del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea, dado que las personas con discapacidad no participan en competiciones deportivas de carácter profesional y por lo que no están ligados a una actividad económica. Por otra parte estas subvenciones no quedan sujetas al régimen de mínimis ni al marco nacional temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, mediante la Dirección General de Deportes, ejerce las competencias en materia de deporte y ocio, otorgadas por el artículo 30.12 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares, y de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, modificado por el Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio, por el Decreto 17/2023, de 23 de agosto, por el Decreto 1/2024, de 4 de enero, y por el Decreto 4/2024, de 17 de mayo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno de 24 de mayo de 2024 por el que se modifica el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para los ejercicios 2024-2026, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024 , prevé en el apartado III.6.13 la siguiente convocatoria de subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dirección general o entidad: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dirección General de Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fuente de financiación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;capítulo IV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Descripción: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ayudas al fomento de la práctica de la actividad física y del deporte de las personas con discapacidad física, psíquica, sensorial o mixta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objetivos y efectos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;fomentar la práctica de la actividad física y el deporte de las personas deportistas afectados por alguna discapacidad y eliminar todo tipo de barreras y obstáculos que impidan el acceso y el desarrollo de dicha actividad, de manera que sirva de estímulo y de herramienta de inclusión social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Convocatoria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;anual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con el artículo 15.1 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre; a propuesta del director general de Deportes; con la fiscalización previa de la Intervención General de la Comunidad Autónoma, y haciendo uso de las facultades que me atribuyen la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, y la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas para fomentar el deporte adaptado de las Islas Baleares, que figura en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprobar el presupuesto de esta convocatoria, que tiene un importe máximo ochenta mil euros (80.000,00 €), con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 12301 461A01 48000 00 de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Autorizar un gasto de ochenta mil euros (80.000,00 €), con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 12301 461A01 48000 00 de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Designar a la Dirección General de Deportes como órgano instructor del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones derivado de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1 El objeto de esta convocatoria es facilitar la práctica de la actividad física y deportiva adaptada a todas las personas con discapacidad, entendiendo esta práctica deportiva adaptada como un elemento generador de bienestar personal, de integración y de igualdad &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2 Las actividades a subvencionar deben cumplir las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Las personas participantes en el proyecto de deporte adaptado deben tener reconocido como mínimo el grado 33 de discapacidad o/y dependencia mínimo nivel I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Las actividades del proyecto deben extenderse en el tiempo un mínimo de tres meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. La frecuencia de actuación de las actividades del proyecto debe ser de un mínimo de una vez a la semana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Las actividades de los proyectos deben realizarse entre el 1 de noviembre de 2023 y el 31 de octubre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Sólo se admitirán proyectos de deportes o modalidades deportivas que estén reconocidos por una federación deportiva de las Islas Baleares, o por una federación de ámbito nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. No son objeto de esta subvención los proyectos desarrollados en el ámbito sanitario o con el objeto de recuperación o rehabilitación funcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3 Gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a. Retribuciones netas (líquidas) del personal contratado por la entidad y destinado a la atención directa a los beneficiarios de los servicios. Este gasto a suponer un mínimo del 60% y hasta un 100% del proyecto aprobado. Se podrán justificar los gastos correspondientes a las personas sujetas a una relación laboral o de voluntariado con el perceptor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Los gastos derivados de la gestión fiscal, laboral, contable e informática de la entidad directamente relacionados con la actividad subvencionada. No incluye compra de aplicaciones informáticas, ordenadores, impresoras, pantallas, ni el mantenimiento y la creación de páginas web. Con un máximo de 1.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Gastos de material específicamente deportivo fungible, en ningún caso inventariable ni material genérico ni inversiones, para la práctica del deporte. La siguiente tabla muestra el tipo de material deportivo fungible subvencionable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Caza, pesca y tiro (dianas fungibles, munición, flechas, platos, hélices...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ajedrez (juego de ajedrez).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deportes aéreos (gafas, mono (indumentaria)...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deportes acuáticos (gorras, gafas, aletas, elementos de apoyo a la flotabilidad...) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deportes de combate (quimonos, cinturones, guantes, protectores...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deportes de motor (recambios, monos ...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deportes de pelota (pelotas en general, plumas bádminton, palos béisbol, palos y bolas de billar, bolas, bolos...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deportes de raqueta (raquetas, pelotas, cuerdas...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deportes náuticos (remos, palas, chalecos salvavidas...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deportes con animales (botas, jaulas...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deportes al aire libre (pies de gato, botas, mochilas, tiendas, cuerdas...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gimnasia (pelotas, cintas, calleras, magnesio...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Gastos de alquiler de inmovilizado material deportivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Serán elegibles como gastos de personal de los proyectos de deporte adaptado de personas a través de la práctica deportiva, exclusivamente los correspondientes a los siguientes tipos de contratación o acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contrato laboral de acuerdo con el Estatuto del Trabajador (art. 12,15 y 16).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contrato laboral especial de los deportistas profesionales (Decreto 1006/1985, 26 de junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Profesionales independientes (régimen de autónomos - RETA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contrato o acuerdo de personal voluntario (Ley 11/2019, de 8 de marzo, de voluntariado de las Islas Baleares)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Gastos de licencias deportivas de los participantes en el proyecto presentado y aprobado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.4 Las subvenciones otorgadas por la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, están reguladas fundamentalmente según la legislación básica establecida por la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y con las modificaciones introducidas, en materia de subvenciones, por la Ley 14/2011, de 1 de junio, de la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Innovación (BOE Núm. 131 de 2011), el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Social y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB). núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021) y por la Instrucción 3/2007 de la Intervención General de la CAIB, de justificación de expedientes de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Beneficiarios y requisitos para la obtención de ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1 Pueden ser beneficiarios de las ayudas a proyectos de deporte adaptado de personas a través de la práctica deportiva, las entidades que cumplan los requisitos que se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Las entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro, que deben estar inscritas como entidades prestadoras de servicios sociales y, en su caso, como servicios, en la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en el Registro Unificado de Servicios Sociales de las Islas Baleares, que tengan su sede o delegación permanente y activa en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Los clubes deportivos, entidades con secciones deportivas y fundaciones inscritas o anotadas con la modalidad de deporte adaptado que corresponda en el Registro de las Entidades deportivas de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Se excluyen de esta línea de ayuda las siguientes entidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entidades que, de acuerdo con sus estatutos, adopten la denominación de federación, confederación o coordinadora, o en todo caso sean una unión de asociaciones (artículo 3 f de la Ley orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del derecho de asociación).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Federaciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares, delegaciones territoriales de las federaciones españolas y agrupaciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundaciones que, de acuerdo con la escritura de constitución, tengan como fundadoras a personas jurídicas de naturaleza pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2 Número máximo de solicitudes: se debe hacer una solicitud para cada proyecto que se presente, con un máximo de 3 proyectos por entidad solicitante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Importe máximo y crédito presupuestario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1 La Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes destina a esta convocatoria un máximo de 80.000,00 euros, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 12301 461A01 48000 00 de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para el año 2024, con la siguiente distribución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2 En el caso de que se quiera aumentar la dotación de la partida presupuestaria o modificar la partida a la que se imputa esta convocatoria, se debe hacer mediante una Resolución del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes. Esta Resolución deberá publicarse en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Forma de presentación la solicitud y plazo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1 Dentro del plazo de 20 días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;las personas interesadas deben presentar las solicitudes de forma electrónica mediante el trámite telemático que estará disponible en el procedimiento publicado en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración, al que, de conformidad con el artículo 66.6 de la Ley 39/2015, se deberá adjuntar la solicitud específica del procedimiento que estará disponible en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración, firmada electrónicamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2 En caso de presentarla de manera presencial, la Administración, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 68.4 de la Ley 39/2015, los requerirá para que la realicen en la forma indicada anteriormente. A estos efectos, se considerará como fecha de presentación de la solicitud aquella en que se haya llevado a cabo la enmienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se tendrán por presentadas en el registro las solicitudes que se presenten por cualquier otra vía telemática diferente de este trámite telemático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Documentación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1 El beneficiario de la ayuda es el encargado de realizar los trámites necesarios para presentar la solicitud, junto con la documentación exigida, en el plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2 Documentación general que se debe aportar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Impreso de solicitud cumplimentado y firmado adecuadamente, en el que consten los datos del beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que el solicitante sea una entidad debe firmar la documentación un representante legal de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de que el solicitante sea una persona física podrá firmar el documento el solicitante, la persona autorizada por éste o el representante legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Identificación del solicitante: fotocopia de la tarjeta de identificación fiscal de la entidad y fotocopia del DNI de la persona firmante de la solicitud, junto con la documentación que acredite la representación en la que actúa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Declaración responsable de la persona o entidad solicitante que acredite que no se encuentra incluida en ninguno de los supuestos de prohibición o de incompatibilidad para ser beneficiaria de la ayuda, de conformidad con la normativa aplicable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Declaración responsable de la persona o entidad solicitante de todas las ayudas y subvenciones solicitadas o concedidas por cualquier institución, pública o privada, nacional o extranjera, relacionadas con la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. En el caso de que no sean perceptores de la Comunidad Autónoma, una declaración responsable de veracidad de los datos bancarios aportados, tal como dispone el Decreto 6/2013, de 8 de febrero, de medidas de simplificación documental de los procedimientos administrativos, o un documento bancario que acredite la titularidad de la cuenta. El impreso normalizado mencionado se puede obtener en la sede o en la página web de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Certificado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. No se debe presentar ningún documento, ya que el órgano instructor debe adjuntar de oficio este certificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Certificados de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Hacienda del Estado y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Declaración referente al cumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas en el artículo 17 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Social y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021) y en el punto 14 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Declaración responsable de no haber sido sancionadas o condenadas en los últimos tres años por haber ejercido o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, sancionadas por resolución administrativa firme o condenadas por sentencia judicial firme &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3 Documentación específica: Memoria explicativa del proyecto con los siguientes apartados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Información general del proyecto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Impacto del proyecto: número de participantes, innovación, duración del programa, colectivo al que va dirigido (sexo, edad, nivel deportivo...), consolidación del programa (si se ha desarrollado el programa anteriormente), colaboración con otras personas físicas o jurídicas, y repercusión en los medios de comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Adecuación del presupuesto: relación entre el interés del programa y el presupuesto presentado, otras fuentes de financiación, aportación del solicitante de recursos humanos y materiales propios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Diseño del programa: metodología utilizada, inclusión de resultados esperados, indicadores de cumplimiento y evaluación, comunicación interna, uso de las nuevas tecnologías y razones que motivan la ejecución del programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Tratamiento en el programa de las temáticas transversales, igualdad de género, igualdad de trato, interculturalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.4 En relación con la documentación requerida en el apartado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del punto 5.2 y, de acuerdo con el Decreto 6/2013, de 8 de febrero, de medidas de simplificación documental de los procedimientos administrativos, el solicitante puede manifestar su oposición expresa a la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes para que no efectúe las consultas telemáticas para la verificación de los datos. Esta oposición tendrá como consecuencia que la persona interesada tenga que presentar los correspondientes documentos acreditativos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Administración podrá consultar o recabar determinados documentos y datos sin que la persona interesada deba aportarlas salvo que se oponga expresamente. Esto afecta entre otros, al DNI, certificados de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias o de la seguridad social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de que la Dirección General de Deportes, por causas ajenas a su voluntad, no pueda conseguir los documentos mencionados, deberá requerir a la persona o entidad solicitante que los aporte en el plazo de diez días hábiles y siempre con anterioridad a la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5 Si la solicitud de subvención incluye el número de fax o la dirección de correo electrónico de la persona física interesada, se entiende que éste se aporta a efectos de notificaciones de los actos de trámite y, en especial, de la propuesta de resolución, y las de comunicaciones que las personas beneficiarias mantengan con el órgano competente en la instrucción de los procedimientos de concesión de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.6 La Dirección General de Deportes, en cualquier momento, puede solicitar a los interesados la documentación y la información complementaria que considere necesaria para resolver el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.7 Si la documentación aportada no cumple los requisitos exigidos, deberá requerirse a la persona interesada que, en el plazo de diez días hábiles, enmiende la carencia o adjunte los documentos preceptivos, con la advertencia de que, en caso de que no lo haga, se considerará que desiste de su solicitud y se archivará el expediente sin más trámite, previa resolución que debe dictarse en los términos previstos en el artículo 21.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.8 El incumplimiento de los requisitos o del plazo de presentación de solicitudes establecidos en esta convocatoria comporta no tener que admitir la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Competencia y resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. La Dirección General de Deportes es el órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento; es el órgano competente para tramitar los expedientes, y debe hacer de oficio todas las actuaciones que considere necesarias para determinar, conocer y comprobar los datos en virtud de los cuales debe pronunciarse la Comisión Evaluadora. Esta debe emitir un informe que sirva de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución. En este informe, la Comisión Evaluadora debe establecer la relación ordenada por puntuación de las posibles entidades beneficiarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2 El órgano instructor puede solicitar al solicitante la modificación o la mejora voluntarias de los términos de la solicitud. En este caso debe extenderse un acta sucinta, que debe incorporarse al procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo caso, el órgano instructor puede proponer la mejora de la solicitud y, en particular, la modificación del presupuesto presentado por la persona solicitante o las condiciones y la forma de realización de la actividad propuesta por él, siempre que ello no perjudique a terceras personas. En estos casos, debe solicitarse la conformidad de la persona solicitante, la cual debe entenderse otorgada si la propuesta formulada por el órgano instructor explicita claramente las modificaciones correspondientes y la persona solicitante no manifiesta oposición, por escrito, en un plazo de quince días. En cualquier otro caso, la solicitud debe mantenerse en los términos expresados por la persona solicitante en su escrito inicial, sin perjuicio de las correcciones que, en su caso, se desprendan del escrito de oposición que presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3 Si el procedimiento de concesión se paraliza por causa imputable al solicitante de la subvención, por la falta de cumplimiento de algún trámite preceptivo en el plazo otorgado al efecto (15 días hábiles de acuerdo con el artículo 16.3 c) de la Orden de bases), se le podrá declarar decaído en su derecho al trámite correspondiente, y la Dirección General de Deportes propondrá al consejer de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes la resolución del procedimiento; no obstante, siempre que no afecte a terceros, se admitirá la actuación del interesado y producirá sus efectos legales, si se produjera antes o dentro de día en que se notifique la resolución en que se tenga por transcurrido el plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4 El director general de Deportes debe emitir las propuestas de resolución de concesión o denegación de las ayudas, las cuales deben contener la relación de los beneficiarios propuestos por la Comisión Evaluadora para otorgar la subvención, así como las solicitudes excluidas con el motivo de la exclusión. La propuesta de resolución del director general de Deportes contendrá todos los aspectos previstos en el artículo 16.4 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y en el artículo 13.6 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Social y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5 De acuerdo con el artículo 45.1.b de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, los actos a que se refiere el punto 6.4 anterior deben notificarse a las personas interesadas mediante la publicación, durante el periodo en que esta convocatoria sea vigente, en la página web de la Dirección General de Deportes, para que, en el plazo de diez días hábiles, puedan alegar lo que consideren oportuno y/o comunicar al órgano instructor la aceptación o renuncia de la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez notificadas las propuestas de resolución, las entidades beneficiarias deben comunicar al órgano instructor la aceptación o renuncia de la propuesta en el plazo de 5 días hábiles. En todo caso, se considera que la persona beneficiaria desiste de la propuesta de resolución si no manifiesta la aceptación en el plazo otorgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.6 La resolución expresa del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes finaliza el procedimiento de concesión de la subvención. Esta resolución contendrá los aspectos previstos en el artículo 14 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Social y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las resoluciones dictadas en este procedimiento, que agoten la vía administrativa, deben ser objeto de publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con el artículo 45.1 b) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre; deben ser motivadas y deben fijar, en el caso de la concesión, la cuantía individual de la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.7 El plazo máximo para resolver el procedimiento y notificar las resoluciones es de 6 meses desde la finalización del periodo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.8 Para los proyectos de deporte adaptado no iniciados en el momento de la solicitud se establece un límite de 15 días hábiles, desde la fecha de publicación en el BOIB de la resolución del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, para entregar al órgano instructor la lista de los beneficiarios participantes al proyecto, indicando nombre y apellidos, sexo, lugar de nacimiento, fecha de nacimiento y número del documento nacional de identidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Comisión Evaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1 De conformidad con el artículo 12 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Social y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021), se constituye la Comisión Evaluadora, compuesta por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente: el jefe del Servicio de Planificación y Formación de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretaria: la jefa de la Sección VI de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocales: los jefes de Sección II y V y una técnica superior de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2 Las funciones de la Comisión Evaluadora son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Valorada las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emitir el informe que debe servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución que debe formular la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las decisiones de esta Comisión se toman por mayoría simple y en caso de empate el presidente tiene el derecho de voto de calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Comisión Técnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1 Por criterios deportivos y técnicos y de conformidad con el artículo 12.3 de la Orden del de la consejera de Asuntos Social y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021), se constituye la Comisión Técnica, compuesta por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dos miembros del personal técnico de la Dirección General de Deportes, por designación de su director general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La técnica de igualdad y diversidad de la Fundación para el Deporte Balear, a propuesta de su gerente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un miembro del personal técnico de la Fundación para el Deporte Balear, a propuesta de su gerente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2 Las funciones de la Comisión Técnica son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Evaluar las solicitudes presentadas dentro del plazo, de acuerdo con los criterios de evaluación establecidos en el punto 9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Determinar si el material deportivo fungible presentado en el presupuesto de los proyectos cumple las condiciones para ser subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emitir el informe técnico que debe servir de base a la Comisión Evaluadora para que ésta emita el informe que debe servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución que debe formular la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9. Criterios y baremos para evaluar las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1 La selección de las personas o entidades beneficiarias debe realizarse mediante el procedimiento de concurso. Se entiende por concurso el procedimiento en el que se conceden las ayudas mediante la comparación de las solicitudes presentadas, con la finalidad de establecer una prelación teniendo en cuenta los criterios de valoración fijados en estas bases, hasta obtener un número de puntos determinado. En ningún caso el importe de las subvenciones concedidas puede superar el 100% del importe del proyecto ni tampoco el máximo establecido de 15.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si, como consecuencia de esta distribución queda un remanente, se repartirá con el mismo sistema entre el resto de beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2 Criterios para evaluar los proyectos de deporte adaptado a través de la práctica deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Sumar los puntos de todos los proyectos de deporte adaptado de personas a través de la práctica deportiva presentados por parte de los solicitantes, y calcular el importe punto dividiendo 80.000,00 € de esta línea de subvención entre el total de puntos calculado anteriormente, con el fin de obtener el valor punto. En ningún caso el importe de las subvenciones concedidas puede superar el 100% del importe del proyecto ni tampoco el máximo establecido de 15.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Calcular los importes de las subvenciones para los proyectos presentados multiplicando los puntos obtenidos por el valor punto, y ajustando este importe con el importe solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Plazo de justificar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El último día para justificar las ayudas concedidas es el 4 de noviembre de 2024 (incluido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Pago y justificación de actividades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1 El pago de la subvención únicamente se puede hacer efectivo una vez justificada la actividad que se subvenciona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2 Se consideran gastos subvencionables aquellos que se efectúen en los periodos comprendidos entre el 1 de noviembre de 2023 y el 31 de octubre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los justificantes deben corresponder a gastos de actividades llevadas a cabo en dicho periodo, efectivamente pagados hasta la fecha límite para justificar, a nombre del perceptor de la subvención y con todas las operaciones contabilizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3 Las subvenciones que concede la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes deben justificarse mediante la presentación de la cuenta justificativa, de acuerdo con el artículo 39 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.4 Justificación de proyectos de deporte se hará mediante la presentación de la cuenta justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cuenta justificativa que presente la entidad beneficiaria debe incluir los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Justificantes económicos del gasto efectuado, que deben consistir en las copias digitalizadas de las facturas y de los documentos acreditativos de los pagos correspondientes al importe de la totalidad de los gastos efectuados para la realización de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la justificación se debe indicar claramente a qué actividad de las previstas en el plan de actuación presentado corresponden los justificantes aportados, así como a qué conceptos del presupuesto previsto se refieren, rellenando la casilla correspondiente de la cuenta justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando los justificantes de los gastos se imputen parcialmente a otras subvenciones, se deberá indicar la cuantía exacta o porcentaje imputado a cada una.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Memoria de la actuación, descriptiva del proyecto realizado, de acuerdo con el modelo de cuenta justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Copia digitalizada del diario de todas las sesiones y actividades realizadas, donde se deberá indicar para cada sesión la siguiente información:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nombre de los trabajadores que han participado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Control de asistencia de los participantes al proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contenidos de la sesión y/o resumen de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Copia digitalizada de la hoja de registro horario de los trabajadores o monitores de la actividad, correspondiente a todas las jornadas del proyecto. Si el trabajador realiza esta actividad como parte de su jornada laboral, indicar en la hoja de registro horario las horas que corresponden al proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.5 Facturas y recibos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los recibos y las facturas presentados como comprobantes para justificar la subvención deben reunir todos los requisitos fiscales que establece la normativa vigente aplicable (mercantil, fiscal, laboral, etc..). Todos los gastos se acreditarán con facturas y recibos de pago. No serán elegibles facturas proforma, tickets de caja, albaranes, etc.. Los tickets son válidos para justificar peajes y aparcamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las facturas deben contener como mínimo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El art. 24 del Código de Comercio señala que los empresarios individuales, sociedades y entidades sujetas a inscripción obligatoria harán constar en toda su documentación, correspondencia, notas de pedido y facturas, el domicilio y los datos identificadores de su inscripción en el Registro Mercantil. Las sociedades mercantiles y otras entidades harán constar, además, su forma jurídica y, si procede, la situación de liquidación en que se encuentren.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En las facturas la descripción de la operación deberá aportar información suficiente sobre el concepto y el periodo objeto de la facturación para que se pueda verificar la relación del gasto con la actuación subvencionada. No son suficientes referencias genéricas o no cuantificadas, como "material deportivo", "promoción", "servicios profesionales", etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el concepto de la factura no es suficientemente explicativo, habrá que adjuntar los albaranes de entrega correspondientes u otra documentación justificativa. En todo caso se deberá poder verificar el precio unitario de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son elegibles las denominadas "facturas electrónicas" (no confundir con cualquier documento enviado por medios electrónicos y telemáticos) entre el perceptor de la subvención y sus suministradores o prestadores de servicios. Las especificaciones las podéis encontrar en http://www.facturae.es/.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las facturas y los documentos con enmiendas o modificados manualmente no tienen consideración como elegibles a los efectos de justificar la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.6 Acreditación de pagos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A todas las facturas imputadas a la cuenta justificativa habrá que adjuntar su comprobante de pago que puede ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Recibo bancario: es el que emite la entidad bancaria al hacer el pago del recibo presentado por el proveedor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Hoja de transferencia con el nombre del beneficiario, número de la factura con coincidencia del importe transferido y el importe de la factura, sellado y fechado por la entidad bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Extracto bancario de la cuenta de la entidad donde figure el asiento con el importe coincidente con el importe y el nombre de la empresa a la que se le ha realizado el pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el documento de pago no hace referencia a las facturas, deberá ir acompañado de la documentación complementaria que permita verificar la correspondencia entre gasto y pago, en los casos b y c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de pagos agrupados, es decir un solo pago o transferencia, para liquidar diferentes facturas será necesario que el recibo bancario o la orden de transferencia identifique el nombre del destinatario y el número de cada factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se considerará efectivamente pagado el gasto, a efectos de su calificación como subvencionable, con la cesión del derecho de cobro de la subvención a favor de los acreedores por razón del gasto realizado o con la entrega a los mismos de un efecto mercantil, garantizado por una entidad financiera o compañía de seguros, según el artículo 83.1 del Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003. La copia de dicho efecto debe estar validada por la entidad financiera o compañía de seguros que intervenga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.7 Gastos no subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En ningún caso se consideran gastos subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Los intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Los intereses, recargos y sanciones administrativas y penales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Los gastos de procedimientos judiciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Gastos de garantía bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Gastos de seguros obligatorios o voluntarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Gastos notariales y registrales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Gastos de indemnizaciones por despido (incluidos los pactados) ni los anticipos al personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Gastos protocolarios: bebidas alcohólicas, tabaco, multas y sanciones, obsequios, regalos, almuerzos de "trabajo", banquetes, "galas" actos de recepción o clausura, atenciones protocolarias o representativas, obsequios, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Las denominadas "auto facturas" (utilización de medios y recursos propios del beneficiario, de la misma entidad perceptora de la ayuda o de terceros participados por el mismo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Servicios prestados por empresas u otras entidades destinado a la atención directa a los beneficiarios del proyecto de integración o reinserción social y de deporte adaptado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que la entidad beneficiaria no justifique el importe total del proyecto de actuación que haya servido de base para la concesión de la ayuda, corresponde la revocación parcial de la ayuda, del que se debe reducir el importe proporcionalmente a la cuantía no justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.8 No se entenderá totalmente justificada la aplicación de los fondos percibidos hasta que no se haya acreditado, como mínimo, el importe del proyecto de actuación que haya servido de base para conceder la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.9 Si los proyectos para los que se soliciten las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria obtienen ayudas o subvenciones de otras entidades públicas o privadas, el total de las ayudas en ningún caso puede superar el presupuesto del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.10 Sin embargo, las resoluciones de concesión pueden establecer condiciones concretas para justificar las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.11 El modelo de cuenta justificativa está a disposición de las personas interesadas en la página web de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.12 Si la documentación aportada no cumple los requisitos exigidos, deberá requerirse a la persona interesada que, en el plazo de quince días hábiles, enmiende la carencia o adjunte los documentos preceptivos, con la advertencia de que, en caso de que no lo haga, se considerará que desiste de su presentación de la justificación de la subvención y se archivará el expediente sin más trámite, previa resolución que debe dictarse en los términos previstos en el artículo 21.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Contraprestaciones económicas a personas físicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1 Serán elegibles las cantidades netas (líquidas) y la parte del IVA que soporte al 100% la entidad perceptora de la subvención. En estos pagos, la aplicación de las retenciones del IRPF, se hará de acuerdo con lo que disponga la Ley y el Reglamento de Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas u otras normas que regulen esta materia. Considerando el artículo 31.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, en ningún caso se consideran gastos subvencionables los impuestos indirectos cuando sean susceptibles de recuperación o compensación, ni los impuestos personales sobre la renta (IRPF). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2 No serán elegibles los gastos de cuotas a la SS del trabajador/a, ni ningún otro régimen de previsión. No son objeto de estas subvenciones el pago de cuotas de cualquier tipo de seguros ni obligatorios ni voluntarios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.3 Salarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se podrán justificar los correspondientes a las personas sujetas a una relación laboral con la entidad beneficiaria. Esta justificación se hará mediante el recibo o nómina por el neto (líquido) recibido, firmado por la persona interesada (si el total anual no supera 1.000,00 euros) o con el comprobante bancario del ingreso correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No son elegibles salarios de personas en que la nómina conste una actividad y lleven a cabo una diferente, o con retribuciones desproporcionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para justificar el pago de las nóminas será necesario aportar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Transferencia bancaria que identifique al destinatario, el importe y la fecha. No es válida la orden de pago, sino el justificante bancario o certificado de la entidad financiera donde conste la información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Si los justificantes de pago son globales, se presentará el desglose por trabajador a la identificación del número de remesa, fecha, nombre del trabajador y nómina pagada e importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.4. Pagos a profesionales independientes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrán ser elegibles los gastos netos e IVA no deducido, de arrendamientos de servicios profesionales que estén dados de alta en el IAE. La justificación de estos pagos se hará individualmente por cada servicio prestado y por el líquido recibido, mediante la correspondiente factura o minuta, con copia del contrato de arrendamiento de servicios u otro documento que determine el servicio a prestar y la remuneración. En todos los casos habrá que practicar la retención en concepto de IRPF, y aplicar el IVA cuando sea necesario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12 5. Personal voluntario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.5.1 Se entiende por voluntariado el conjunto de acciones y actividades de interés general desarrolladas por personas físicas y que reúnan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Que tengan carácter solidario y altruista. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Que tengan una realización libre y voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Que se lleven a cabo sin contraprestación económica o material, sin perjuicio del posible resarcimiento de los gastos que la acción voluntaria les pueda ocasionar, si así lo acuerdan en el documento de compromiso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sólo podrán percibir el reembolso de los gastos ocasionados en el ejercicio de la actividad voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.5.2. Límites de estos gastos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Con carácter general, si se trata de cualquier gasto relacionado con una compra (material previsto en el proyecto, por ejemplo) destinado al ejercicio de la acción voluntaria y que ha adelantado de su bolsillo la persona voluntaria, el abono del gasto se realizará previa entrega de factura correspondiente (en ningún caso notas, tickets, recibos). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Gastos de locomoción: hay que justificar la realidad del desplazamiento y su vinculación con el programa de deporte adaptado y su colaboración voluntaria. Si se utiliza un vehículo propio (que deberá estar especificado, modelo y matrícula) el importe máximo es el resultado de multiplicar 0,19 € por el número de kilómetros recorridos. Si se trata de transporte público habrá que justificar con facturas, billetes o documentos equivalentes. En estos gastos podemos incluir también gastos de peajes, aparcamientos u otros relacionados con el desplazamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Gastos de manutención son los normales a compensar por comida en bares, restaurante y otros establecimientos de hostelería realizados en municipio diferente del puesto de trabajo habitual del / a perceptor / a y de que constituya su residencia. Si en cambio es en el mismo municipio se deberá demostrar que el horario de la acción voluntaria hace imposible el desplazamiento al domicilio particular, y que este horario tiene sentido para la actividad que se realiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Estos gastos de manutención tienen unos límites: si no hay pernocta 26,67 €/día, si hay pernocta 53,34 €/día. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Junto con las facturas y el justificante del abono se debe cumplimentar una hoja de liquidación de gastos donde se debe explicar el motivo del gasto, la actividad relacionada, fecha y persona voluntaria participantes, que esté firmada tanto por la entidad beneficiaria como por la persona voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Otros requisitos generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.1 Las subvenciones recibidas son compatibles con otras destinadas a la misma finalidad y otorgadas por otras administraciones públicas o entes públicos y privados de ámbito territorial, nacional, estatal, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales, siempre que no rebasen el 100 % del coste en cuantía equivalente al exceso obtenido sobre el coste de la actividad subvencionada. En todo caso, si las entidades beneficiarias obtienen una ayuda adicional, la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes revocará la subvención otorgada para la misma finalidad en cuantía equivalente al exceso obtenido sobre el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.2 La actividad subvencionada debe ser llevada a cabo totalmente por la entidad beneficiaria de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además de las obligaciones previstas en el artículo 11 del TRLS y el artículo 17 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Social y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero), las entidades beneficiarias deberán cumplir las siguientes obligaciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar en el plazo de cinco días hábiles, mediante un escrito dirigido a la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, la aceptación o renuncia de la propuesta de resolución de la ayuda. En todo caso, se considera que la persona beneficiaria desiste de la propuesta de resolución si no manifiesta la aceptación en el plazo otorgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias o de cualquier naturaleza con el Estado, con la Seguridad Social y con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Revocación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deberá revocarse la concesión de la ayuda si, posteriormente a la concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, el beneficiario incumple total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los que está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Liquidación de la subvención &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.1. La liquidación de la subvención debe dictarse y notificarse dentro del plazo de prescripción de cuatro años que establece la Ley 14/2014, de 29 de diciembre, de finanzas de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, a contar desde la presentación de la justificación por la persona o entidad interesada o, en su caso, desde el día siguiente del plazo máximo para presentarla, sin perjuicio de que, previamente, deba requerirse a la persona o entidad interesada para que la presente en un plazo adicional de quince días improrrogables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.2. La liquidación de la subvención debe dictarse en el marco de las actuaciones de comprobación, y constituye un presupuesto de la obligación de pago total o parcial que, en su caso, corresponda a favor de la persona interesada y a cargo de la administración concedente, así como, en su caso, del inicio por el consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes y a instancia de la Dirección General de Deportes del procedimiento de revocación o de reintegro total o parcial. de la subvención concedida y no justificada total o parcialmente que prevén los artículos 43 y 44 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo caso, la liquidación de la subvención por la Dirección General de Deportes no impide ni afecta a la realización de otras actuaciones ulteriores de control interno o externo previstas en la presente ley y en el resto de la legislación aplicable por parte de los órganos competentes en cada caso, con el alcance y las consecuencias jurídicas correspondientes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.3. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el apartado 16.1, cuando la liquidación de la subvención no se dicte y notifique dentro de los primeros nueve meses no deben exigirse los intereses de demora que se devenguen entre el día siguiente de estos nueve primeros meses y el inicio de un eventual procedimiento de reintegro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para el cómputo de estos nueve meses no se tendrán en cuenta los periodos de interrupción justificada de las actuaciones de comprobación ni las dilaciones que se puedan producir por causas no imputables a la administración concedente, siempre que se documenten de manera adecuada haciendo constar los datos de inicio y finalización de cada periodo, por días naturales, y el motivo de la interrupción o la dilación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Reintegro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.1 Como consecuencia de la revocación debe reintegrarse total o parcialmente el importe de la ayuda obtenida y, en su caso, la exigencia del interés de demora, en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El incumplimiento de la finalidad para la que se concedió la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La obtención de la ayuda sin que se cumplan las condiciones requeridas para ello o la alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para concederlo, siempre que sea por causas imputables a la entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) La negativa a someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control previstas legalmente o la obstrucción injustificada de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Haber recibido sanción firme grave o muy grave en materia deportiva, sanción firme por dopaje o sanción penal firme por delitos relacionados con el dopaje, durante los años 2023 y 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Otros supuestos establecidos en las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.2 Para el reintegro, debe aplicarse el procedimiento que determina a tal efecto el artículo 44 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.3 Las cantidades reintegrables tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y pueden ser exigidas por la vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos que determina esta Resolución da lugar a aplicar el régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecidas legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Inspección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en esta convocatoria, las ayudas que concede la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes se someterán a la inspección correspondiente según la normativa legal vigente que es aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20. Protección de datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de que el objeto de la subvención incluya el tratamiento de datos de carácter personal, los beneficiarios deben cumplir con la normativa correspondiente, adoptando e implementando las medidas de seguridad previstas por la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
