&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“DECRETO DE PRESIDENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACEPTACIÓN DE LA RENUNCIA DE LA CONSELLERA DE JUVENTUD, MAYORES, IGUALDAD Y PARTICIPACIÓN Y DEL CONSELLER DE ACTIVIDAD FÍSICA Y DEPORTES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Vista la instancia formulada en fecha 14 de junio de 2024, con NRGE 2024/14244 en la cual se comunica, entre otros, que la Sra. Eva Nieto Arribas y el Sr. Hugo Martínez Bermúdez en sus cargos de Consellera de Juventud, Mayores, Igualdad y Participación y de Conseller de Actividad Física y Deportes, respectivamente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Vista la normativa que resulta de aplicación para hacerse efectivas estas renuncias, representada por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A.- La Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consells Insulars&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 24 Nombramiento y cese&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. La condición de vicepresidente se pierde, además de por el cese, por renuncia expresa comunicada por escrito y por pérdida de la condición de miembro del Consell Insular.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 32 Cese&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Los Consellers ejecutivos cesan por alguna de las siguientes causas:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Renuncia comunicada por escrito y aceptada por el presidente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. El cese produce efectos desde la publicación del decreto del presidente en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.- El Reglamento Orgánico del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 17. Derechos económicos: retribuciones, dietas e indemnizaciones &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7. La fecha de aceptación y, en su caso, la de renuncia, es la referencia para el inicio y el cese en la percepción de las retribuciones correspondientes. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 31. La declaración de intereses y su inscripción en el Registro &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;…&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. El Consejero o Consejera Insular sometido a causas de incompatibilidad ha de optar en el plazo de ocho días a partir de la recepción de la notificación, entre la condición de Consejero o Consejera Insular o la aceptación de la situación de incompatibilidad. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7. Pasado el plazo señalado en el punto anterior sin haber ejercitado la opción, se entiende que la persona afectada renuncia a su cargo de Consejero o Consejera Insular y el Pleno declarará la vacante correspondiente, poniéndolo en conocimiento de la Administración Electoral. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 130. Composición de la Comisión&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; [Especial de Cuentas] &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;y nombramiento y cese de sus miembros vocales &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Igualmente, determina el cese en la condición de miembro de la Comisión Especial de Cuentas la concurrencia de alguna de las circunstancias siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) La renuncia expresa sin pérdida de la condición de Consejero o Consejera, que se debe formalizar mediante escrito dirigido a la Presidencia. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) La pérdida de la condición de Consejero o Consejera, en los casos previstos en este Reglamento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 150. Las Vicepresidencias&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;…&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Cuando un Vicepresidente o Vicepresidenta es separado o renuncia a ser miembro de la Comisión de Gobierno, cesa de su condición de Vicepresidente o Vicepresidenta. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 158. Causas comunes para la destitución de órganos directivos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Serán causas comunes de destitución a todos los mecanismos de selección:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) La renuncia al cargo, que se debe expresar y manifestar por escrito y dirigir a la Presidencia del Consejo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 169. Órganos &lt;/em&gt;[de la CTA]&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Los diferentes miembros de la comisión [CTA] cesarán en su condición, habiéndose de nombrar nuevo miembro, en cualquiera de los supuestos siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Renuncia expresa, manifestada mediante escrito dirigido a la Presidencia del Consejo Insular.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Visto así mismo el &lt;strong&gt;Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales&lt;/strong&gt;, en lo que resulte en aplicación al Consell Insular:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sección tercera. De los Tenientes de Alcalde&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 46. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. La condición de Teniente de Alcalde se pierde, además de por el cese, por renuncia expresa manifestada por escrito y por pérdida de la condición de miembro de la Comisión de Gobierno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sección tercera. De los Vicepresidentes [de las Diputaciones]&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 66. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. La condición de Vicepresidente se pierde, además de por el cese, por renuncia expresa manifestada por escrito y por pérdida de la condición de miembro de la Comisión de Gobierno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sección primera. De los Concejales-Delegados y Diputados-Delegados&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 120. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Los Concejales-Delegados y los Diputados-Delegados son aquellos Concejales y Diputados que ostentan algunas de las delegaciones de atribuciones del Alcalde o Presidente, previstas en los números 3, 4 y 5 de los artículos 43 y 63, respectivamente, de este Reglamento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Se pierde la condición de Concejal-Delegado o de Diputado-Delegado:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Por renuncia expresa, que habrá de ser formalizada por escrito ante la Alcaldía o Presidencia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Vista la naturaleza jurídica especial de la Corporación (como institución local -municipal e insular- y simultáneamente, a su vez, como institución de autogobierno de las Illes Balears, según el régimen singular que fija el Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, en tanto que Consell Insular unimunicipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Vistos los artículos 61 y siguientes del Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears y el artículo 20.1 y el artículo 21.1.d), de la citada Ley de Consells Insulars, en relación a los preceptos más arriba transcritos sobre las Consellerias en que se estructura la institución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Con la conformidad jurídica del secretario de la corporación, según el Real Decreto 128/2018, de 16 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo lo anterior,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- DARME POR ENTERADO &lt;/strong&gt;de la comunicación realizada mediante la instancia de fecha 14 de junio de 2024, con NRGE 2024/14244, y en consecuencia, &lt;strong&gt;ACEPTAR&lt;/strong&gt;, la renuncia a los dos cargos que se llamarán de las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;La Sra. Eva Nieto Arribas, a su cargo de Consellera de Juventud, Mayores, Igualdad y Participación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;El Sr. Hugo Martínez Bermúdez, a su cargo de Conseller de Actividad Física y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; En consecuencia con el punto primero, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DAR DE BAJA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;, en el régimen general de la Seguridad Social, de la dedicación exclusiva que tenían la Sra. Eva Nieto Arribas, en su cargo de Consellera de Juventud, Mayores, Igualdad y Participación y el Sr. Hugo Martínez Bermúdez, en su cargo de Conseller de Actividad Física y Deportes, con agradecimiento por el trabajo e impulso administrativo desarrollados desde el día 17 de junio y 27 de octubre de 2023, respectivamente. Los efectos de la baja lo serán desde el día de mañana, 21 de junio de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- CONSIDERAR&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;que, con efectos de día 21 de junio de 2024, esta Presidencia asume todas las competencias relativas a la Conselleria de Juventud, Mayores, Igualdad y Participación y a la Conselleria de Actividad Física y Deportes.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. - DAR CUENTA DE ESTE DECRETO A LAS PERSONAS INTERESADAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;, así como en el área de Recursos Humanos y a la Intervención de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.- DAR CUENTA DE ESTE DECRETO AL PLENO CORPORATIVO&lt;/strong&gt;; ordenar que se publique en el BOIB, y difundirlo igualmente, de manera inmediata, a toda la corporación, así como hacerlo notorio por medio de la web del Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
