&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarias de las ayudas las personas físicas o jurídicas de la iniciativa privada que cumplan las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Tener residencia legal o ser una entidad radicada en Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Organizar las actividades subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Presentar la declaración responsable ante el Consejo Insular de Menorca prevista en el artículo 45 del Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, por el que se despliegan varios aspectos de la normativa de juventud y de ocio. El Consejo Insular de Menorca revisará de oficio el cumplimiento de este requisito. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de la convocatoria es la prestación de ayudas a las personas y entidades organizadoras de actividades de ocio infantil y juvenil para financiar los gastos derivados de la contratación de personal monitor adicional para atender a niños y jóvenes con un grado de discapacidad o de dependencia reconocido que participen en las actividades de ocio educativo infantil y juvenil de Menorca, y para financiar la participación de estos participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; convocatoria se rige por las bases aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en sesión de carácter ordinario de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de junio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe global máximo de la convocatoria es de 80.000 € (ochenta mil euros)., de acuerdo con el siguiente desglose:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes empezará el 1 de septiembre de 2024 y finalizará el 30 de septiembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sexto. Otros datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los importes máximos que pueden concederse en la línea 1, siempre que haya crédito suficiente para la convocatoria, son de un máximo de 1.425 €/mes por cada persona contratada a jornada completa o la parte proporcional, para atender a menores con un grado de dependencia reconocido o un grado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33% reconocido inscritos en la actividad de ocio educativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Los importes máximos que se pueden conceder en la Línea 2, siempre que haya crédito suficiente para la convocatoria, son de un máximo de 450 € por cada menor participante en la actividad de ocio educativo con un grado de dependencia reconocido o un grado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
