&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo de la cual se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios los estudiantes que a lo largo del curso académico 2023-2024 lleven a cabo estudios que cumplan los requisitos que se especifican en las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Asimismo, los solicitantes deben tener el domicilio familiar en Menorca, deben estar empadronados en Menorca (excepto que el no empadronamiento sea por causa extraordinaria y justificada) y deben haber realizado al menos un curso académico en nuestra isla antes de iniciar estudios fuera.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de estas ayudas es la concesión de becas para la realización de estudios fuera de Menorca para el curso 2023-2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; convocatoria se rige por las bases aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en sesión de carácter ordinario de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de junio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe global máximo de la convocatoria es de 713.442 € (setecientos trece mil cuatrocientos cuarenta y dos euros), de acuerdo con el siguiente desglose:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes para acogerse a estas ayudas será de 30 días naturales a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sexto. Otros datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El período subvencionable correspondiente al curso 2023-2024 comprende desde el 1 de septiembre de 2023 hasta el 31 de agosto de 2024. El plazo de justificación finalizará el 31 de agosto de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La cuantía máxima que podrá recibir cada solicitante es de dos mil euros (2.000 €) para la línea de ayudas 1 y de dos mil quinientos euros (2.500 €) para la línea de ayudas 2, en la forma que queda establecida en las bases de la convocatoria para cada una de las dos líneas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
