Miquel Mir y para el ingreso como personal laboral en los grupos A y B de las plazas de la oferta pública extraordinaria de la R. Oms/Sant Miquel y de los centros de Can Clar y Son Bru del IMAS para el año 2022 (BOIB núm. 140 de 29 de octubre de 2022).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>3. </strong>En sesión celebrada día 17 de abril de 2024, el Tribunal Calificador, después de haber revisado el orden de preferencia de elección de los puestos ofrecidos de las personas aspirantes y atendiendo al orden de puntuación establecido en la lista definitiva de baremación de méritos, propuso:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">- Aprobar la lista definitiva de las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para el ingreso como personal laboral de las categorías técnico/a titulado/a de grado medio Enfermería, grupo B de la Residencia Oms/Sant Miquel y de los centros de día Can Clar y Son Bru.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">- Contratar como personal laboral indefinido de la categoría técnico/a titulado/a de grado medio Enfermería, grupo B, de la Residencia Oms/Sant Miquel y de los centros de día Can Clar y Son Bru.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">- Adjudicar los puestos de trabajo a las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo, de acuerdo con el orden de preferencia efectuado y atendiendo al orden de puntuación establecido en la lista definitiva de baremación de méritos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>4.</strong> Con fecha 23 de mayo de 2024 y número de registro 21992/2024 el señor Fernando López Jaume, aspirante con el orden de prelación núm. 25 de la lista definitiva de las personas que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para el ingreso como personal laboral de la categoría de técnico/a titulado/a de grado medio enfermería del grupo B, presenta escrito de desistimiento de la convocatoria de la categoría de técnico/a titulado/a de grado medio enfermería.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>5.</strong> Con fecha 27 de mayo de 2024 y número de registro 22601/2024 la señora Francisca Capó Ramis, aspirante con el orden de prelación núm. 26 de la lista definitiva de las personas que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para el ingreso como personal laboral de la categoría de técnico/a titulado/a de grado medio enfermería del grupo B, presenta escrito de renuncia a la convocatoria de la categoría de técnico/a titulado/a de grado medio enfermería.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>6</strong>. Miquel Mir y para el ingreso como personal laboral en los grupos A y B de las plazas de la oferta pública extraordinaria de la R. Oms/Sant Miquel y de los centros de Can Clar y Son Bru del IMAS para el año 2022 (BOIB núm. 140 de 29 de octubre de 2022), y de acuerdo con el artículo 52.3 de la Ley 3/2007, en concordancia con el artículo 61.8 del TREBEP, la lista de personas que han superado el proceso selectivo debe contener, a lo sumo, tantas personas aprobadas como el número de plazas convocadas.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>III. </strong>Resolución de la presidenta del Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials con fecha 11 de abril de 2023 por la que ratifica el Acuerdo de integración y equiparación de los puestos de trabajo del Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials de la Residencia Oms/Sant Miuqel y de los centros de día Can Clar y Son Bru con los puestos de personal laboral y empleado público del Consell de Mallorca y el IMAS.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>IV. </strong>Resolución del presidente del Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials por la que ratifica el Acuerdo de aprobación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo de personal laboral del IMAS y dar de baja la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo vigente del personal traspasado de la Fundación para la Dependencia. De ahí que los puestos del grupo B actualmente sean A2.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>V. </strong>La Presidencia del IMAS es el órgano competente para resolver los procedimientos de selección, de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en el artículo 7.2 13) del texto consolidado de los Estatutos del Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, aprobados por el Pleno del Consell de Mallorca de día 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019).
