&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por decreto de alcaldía de fecha 27 de mayo de 2024 se ha aprobado la convocatoria para gastos de movilidad para estudiantes de ciclos formativos de formación grado básico, grado medio, grado superior, bachillerato, estudios del instituto de tecnificación deportiva, estudios reglados de danza y enseñanzas profesionales de música que no se hayan podido realizar en el municipio de Santanyí durante el curso escolar 2023/2024, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES Y CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS AL ESTUDIO DIRIGIDA A ESTUDIANTES DE CICLOS FORMATIVOS DE FORMACIÓN GRADO BÁSICO, GRADO MEDIO, GRADO SUPERIOR, BACHILLERATO, ESTUDIOS DEL INSTITUTO DE TECNIFICACIÓN DEPORTIVA, ESTUDIOS REGLADOS DE DANZA Y ENSEÑANZAS PROFESIONALES DE MÚSICA PARA EL CURSO 2023/2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Santanyí convoca, una línea de AYUDAS PARA GASTOS DE MOVILIDAD para estudiantes de CICLOS FORMATIVOS DE FORMACIÓN GRADO BÁSICO, GRADO MEDIO, GRADO SUPERIOR, BACHILLERATO, ESTUDIOS DEL INSTITUTO DE TECNIFICACIÓN DEPORTIVA, ESTUDIOS REGLADOS DE DANZA Y ENSEÑANZAS PROFESIONALES DE MÚSICA que no se hayan podido realizar dentro del municipio de Santanyí durante el curso escolar 2023/2024. El objetivo de esta línea de ayudas es estimular y fomentar el estudio entre jóvenes del municipio, que con esta ayuda podrán sufragar parte de los gastos derivados de su formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. OBJETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se establecen ayudas con la finalidad de dar soporte económico a los gastos de movilidad de los alumnos empadronados en el municipio de Santanyí, que han cursado estudios de los ciclos formativos de grado básico, de grado medio, de grado superior, de bachillerato, de enseñanzas profesionales de música, estudios de tecnificación deportiva y estudios reglados de danza que no han podido realizarse en el municipio de Santanyí durante el curso 2023/2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cualquier caso, estas ayudas son de carácter voluntario, libremente revocable y reducible, no generan ningún derecho a la obtención en años posteriores y no son invocables como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No son objeto de esta convocatoria estudios de grado superior de la escuela de diseño, estudios de la escuela superior de arte dramático, enseñanzas superiores de música y danza ni estudios universitarios, ni cualquier otro estudio superior que no se contemple en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. IMPORTE, CRÉDITO PRESUPUESTARIO Y CUANTÍA DE LAS SUBVENCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La dotación económica de esta convocatoria para el curso 2023/2024 es de un máximo de 9.900€ con cargo a la aplicación2024-16-32603-4870101del presupuesto de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cuantía máxima destinada a cada ayuda que cumpla todos los requisitos exigidos a los beneficiarios en las presentes bases es de 300€. En caso de no existir crédito presupuestario suficiente para atender todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos, se procederá al prorrateo del importe máximo global destinado a la subvención entre todos los beneficiarios (solicitantes que cumplan los requisitos) (art. .22.1 LGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas ayudas se liquidarán mediante un solo pago, que se hará efectivo una vez concluida la tramitación de la presente convocatoria y atendiendo a la disposición del departamento municipal de Intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. REQUISITOS PARA SER SOLICITANTE/BENEFICIARIO DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden ser solicitantes de esta convocatoria las personas que acrediten:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Estar empadronadas en el municipio de Santanyí, con una antigüedad de 5 años a contar desde la fecha de publicación de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Haber estado matriculadas de la totalidad del curso o de un mínimo de cuatro asignaturas, durante el curso 2023/2024, como estudiante de un ciclo formativo de grado básico, de grado medio, ciclo formativo de grado superior, bachillerato, estudios del instituto de tecnificación deportiva, enseñanzas profesionales de música y estudios reglados de danza que no se pudieran realizar en el municipio de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Haber aprobado el curso o la totalidad de las asignaturas matriculadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No hallarse incursa en ninguna de las prohibiciones para obtener la condición de beneficiario señaladas en el apartado 3 del artículo 6 Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí aprobadas en sesión de Pleno ordinario del 11 de diciembre de 2023, y en el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y especialmente debe encontrarse al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES Y PLAZO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1- Las solicitudes correctamente cumplimentadas se formalizarán en un modelo único de instancia que figura como &lt;strong&gt;ANEXO I&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El hecho de presentar la solicitud supone:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;aceptar esta convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la certeza de los datos consignados en solicitud y de los que aparecen en la documentación adjunta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;dar anticipadamente el consentimiento al Ayuntamiento de Santanyí para que pueda realizar las comprobaciones que considere convenientes durante todo el procedimiento de tramitación de la subvención. Así como, que puedan solicitarse de oficio los correspondientes certificados de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2- Los solicitantes de la ayuda deberán adjuntar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Fotocopia DNI/NIF del solicitante o documento equivalente y del representante legal, si el solicitante fuese menor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Fotocopia del libro de familia, en caso de solicitante menor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Extracto de notas finales del curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal de no estar sometido a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario de subvenciones públicas recogidas en el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y en el apartado 2.Ba) del artículo 6 de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, y autorización para solicitar de oficio los certificados estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias municipales. &lt;strong&gt;ANEXO II&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Datos de la cuenta corriente a la que debe transferirse el importe de la ayuda que eventualmente se pueda conceder. &lt;strong&gt;ANEXO III&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3- El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes, y toda la documentación complementaria, será del 1 al 30 de septiembre, ambos inclusive.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, las personas físicas podrán escoger entre presentar sus solicitudes a través de medios electrónicos o no.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de presentación presencial se debe presentar la solicitud y el resto de documentación exigida (ver anexos de estas bases) en el registro general del Ayuntamiento, en cualquiera de las oficinas municipales (Santanyí, s'Alqueria Blanca y Cala d'Or), de lunes a viernes y en horario de atención al público. También pueden presentarse en cualquiera de los lugares establecidos en el apartado 4 del artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de presentación telemática igualmente debe adjuntarse la solicitud y demás documentación exigida y se podrá hacer a través de la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí o del Registro Electrónico Común (REC) del Ministerio de Hacienda y Función Pública. En este último caso, a la hora de enviar la documentación, debe seleccionarse “Ayuntamiento de Santanyí” como organismo destinatario de la solicitud y debe indicarse en el asunto “AYUDAS AL' ESTUDIO 2023-2024”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN, COMPETENCIA Y RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión será el de concurrencia entre los solicitantes, que cumplan con los requisitos exigidos para tener la consideración de beneficiario y presenten toda la documentación dentro del plazo establecido. El importe máximo previsto para cada solicitante será de 300 €. En caso de que el crédito máximo previsto no fuera suficiente para atender todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos, tal y como determina la base 2, se procederá al prorrateo del importe máximo previsto en la convocatoria entre todos los beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este procedimiento se iniciará de oficio, por resolución de Alcaldía que aprobará la convocatoria y su publicación en el BOIB, después de cumplir con el trámite de la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concejalía de Educación es el órgano competente para tramitar las solicitudes de esta convocatoria e instruir el procedimiento, si bien la competencia para resolverlo y conceder las subvenciones corresponde a la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los servicios técnicos del ayuntamiento de Santanyí tendrán que determinar si las solicitudes son completas y conformes con el contenido de esta convocatoria. Una vez examinadas se expondrá la lista provisional de admitidos así como las reseñas de las solicitudes que tengan algún defecto o deban ser subsanadas. Si la solicitud tiene algún defecto o no va acompañada de toda la documentación mencionada, la persona interesada dispondrá de un plazo de diez días, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la lista provisional, para subsanar el defecto o aportar la documentación. Transcurrido este plazo sin haber efectuado las enmiendas o haber adjuntado la documentación requerida, se considerará que desiste de su petición, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas. De todas estas actuaciones emitirán un informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del informe de los servicios técnicos formulará la propuesta de resolución, debidamente motivada, que deberá notificarse a los interesados ​​concediéndoles un plazo de diez días para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La propuesta de resolución que se ha convertido en definitiva o la resolución expresa de la Alcaldía, si resulta necesaria dada la presentación de alegaciones a la propuesta de resolución, finalizan el procedimiento de concesión de la subvención. Esta segunda también se publicará en la página web del ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, tanto la propuesta de resolución como la resolución definitiva, en caso de dictarse, deben especificar los siguientes aspectos: beneficiario, cuantía individual otorgada determinada según la fórmula que se establece en el punto 3 de estas bases, aplicación presupuestaria a la que se aplica y forma de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver este procedimiento será el 30 de diciembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución de alcaldía que concede o deniega la ayuda solicitada pone fin a la vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las publicaciones que se vayan haciendo, dado que se trata de un procedimiento en concurrencia, tendrán los mismos efectos que una notificación, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 45.1.b) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. JUSTIFICACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el marco del artículo 30.7 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, estas ayudas se justifican por cumplir los requisitos necesarios para beneficiarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS SUBVENCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que la persona beneficiaria reciba otras subvenciones o ayudas para la misma actividad o tipo de actuación, el importe de todas las subvenciones otorgadas no puede ser, en ningún caso, de tal cuantía que, de forma aislada o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. OBLIGACIONES DE LAS PERSONAS BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además de las obligaciones establecidas en las disposiciones normativas que son de aplicación a las personas beneficiarias de una subvención, deben cumplirse las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aceptar y cumplir la normativa del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar ante el Ayuntamiento la realización de la actividad subvencionada con la documentación correspondiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facilitar toda la información que requiera el Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de fiscalización y control de la Intervención del ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. PAGO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pago de la subvención únicamente puede efectuarse una vez dictada la resolución correspondiente y presentada la documentación exigida, en la cuenta corriente indicada al efecto por la persona beneficiaria de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. REVOCACIÓN Y REINTEGRO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se podrán anular total o parcialmente las subvenciones y ayudas concedidas de acuerdo con esta convocatoria en el supuesto de que la persona beneficiaria incurra en alguna de las causas previstas en los artículos 36 y siguientes de la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones y en los artículos 24 y 25 de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, así como en el caso de incumplimiento de alguna de las obligaciones previstas en esta convocatoria y demás normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En estos casos, el beneficiario vendrá obligado al reintegro de las cantidades percibidas y de los intereses de demora que correspondan, previa tramitación del correspondiente procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria o en la normativa de aplicación, da lugar a la aplicación del régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecido en el Capítulo V de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en esta convocatoria serán de aplicación las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, aprobadas por acuerdo de Pleno ordinario de fecha 11 de diciembre de 2023, la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre general de subvenciones, el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio de 2006, que aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley general de subvenciones y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Que me encuentro al corriente del cumplimiento de mis obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social. Asimismo, AUTORIZO en el Ayuntamiento de Santanyí para obtener de oficio los datos relativos al cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias municipales, en el procedimiento de otorgamiento de ayudas al estudio dirigidos a estudiantes de ciclos formativos de grado básico, grado medio, grado superior, bachillerato, estudios del instituto de tecnificación deportiva, estudios reglados de danza y enseñanzas profesionales de música para el curso2023/2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
