    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En fecha&amp;nbsp;21 de marzo de 2024, el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular aprobó la relación definitiva de bienes y derechos afectados por la expropiación mencionada, así como la solicitud al Gobierno de las Illes Balears de la declaración de urgencia en la ocupación de los terrenos necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra el anterior acuerdo, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de recepción de la presente publicación, de acuerdo con los arts. 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, en relación al art. 66.2 de la Ley 4/2022, de 23 de junio, de consejos insulares. No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Posteriormente, el Consejo de Gobierno de las Illes Balears, en sesión celebrada el día 7 de junio de 2024, aprobó la declaración de urgencia solicitada. El acuerdo se publicó en el BOIB núm. 77 de 8 de junio de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo anterior y conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 52.2ª y 3ª de la Ley de expropiación forzosa, se anuncia a continuación la relación de propietarios y titulares de derechos afectados y se les cita para que comparezcan en la finca o terrenos objeto de la expropiación el día y la hora señalados con el fin de levantar el acta previa a la ocupación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La comparecencia deberá ser presencial o por persona que legalmente les represente, y podrán hacerse acompañar, si lo consideran oportuno, por un perito o notaria (a costa del expropiado). Deberán aportarse los documentos que acrediten la personalidad y la identidad y, en su caso, el poder de representación&amp;nbsp; i los títulos acreditativos o documentos fehacientes de la propiedad y&amp;nbsp; de los derechos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
