&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Liberation Serif, Times New Roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;La presente convocatoria tiene por objeto la concesión de ayudas económicas dirigidas a impulsar la identificación y castración de gatos domésticos, a fin de promover y favorecer el cumplimiento de la ordenanza municipal de bienestar y tenencia de animales que viven en el entorno humano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Liberation Serif, Times New Roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarias las personas físicas propietarias de los gatos, de acuerdo con lo establecido en las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;No se podrán beneficiar de las ayudas previstas en esta convocatoria las personas en las cuales concurran alguna de las prohibiciones que establece el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Liberation Serif, Times New Roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;Bases reguladoras para la concesión de ayudas económicas destinadas a fomentar la identificación y esterilización de gatos domésticos por parte de sus propietarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;publicadas en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears nº 80 de 15 de junio de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Liberation Serif, Times New Roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;La asignación presupuestaria para la presente convocatoria es de nueve mil euros (9.000,00 €) para el año 2024, con cargo a la partida 302 17300 4800000 del presupuesto del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Liberation Serif, Times New Roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes comienza el día siguiente al de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y termina el día 30 de noviembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
