&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En fecha 20 de mayo de 2024 el consejero ejecutivo de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes dictó resolución por la cual se fijan los periodos hábiles de caza y las vedas especiales para la temporada 2024-2025 en la isla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. En fecha 23 de mayo de 2024 se publicó dicha resolución en el BOIB número 68.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Se han observado errores materiales en el punto 2.3. &lt;em&gt;Periodos y días hábiles de caza 4) Caza menor en general &lt;/em&gt;y en el anexo III que regula el plan de ordenación de los terrenos cinegéticos de aprovechamiento común (libres) con respecto al periodo y los días hábiles de caza de la paloma bravía &amp;nbsp;(&lt;em&gt;Columba livia&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Emitido informe técnico por parte del jefe del Servicio de Caza favorable a la modificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FUNDAMENTOS&amp;nbsp;DE DERECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;I. Con respecto a la competencia: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;1. Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 1 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Estatuto de Autonomía de les Illes Balears. (BOE nº. 52, de 1 de marzo de 2007) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;2. Decreto 106/2010, de 24 de septiembre, sobre el traspaso en los consejos insulares de las funciones y los servicios inherentes a las competencias propias de estas instituciones insulares que actualmente ejerce la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en materia de caza y de regulación, vigilancia y aprovechamiento de los recursos cinegéticos, como también de pesca fluvial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;3. Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares (BOIB nº. 88, de 7 de julio de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;4. Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca (BOIB nº. 89, de 19 de julio de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;5. Decreto de Presidencia del Consejo de Mallorca por el cual se crean los departamentos que tienen que estructurar el Gobierno de 10 de julio de 2023 (BOIB nº. 95, de 11.07.2023)&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;6. Decreto de Presidencia del Consejo de Mallorca por el cual se crean las direcciones insulares y las secretarías técnicas en que se tienen que estructurar los departamentos de (BOIB nº. 97, de 13 de julio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;7. Decreto de Presidencia por el cual se establecen las competencias de los departamentos del Consejo Insular de Mallorca (BOIB nº. 106 de 29 de julio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;II. Con respecto al procedimiento son de aplicación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;1. Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB nº. 44, de 03 de abril de 2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;2. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. (BOE nº. 236, de 2 de octubre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Artículo 109.2 «Las Administraciones Públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancias de los interesados los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Por|Para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; todo el anterior y en uso de las facultades legalmente conferidas y por delegación de la competencia, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1.- Modificar los errores materiales en el punto 2.3. &lt;em&gt;Periodos y días hábiles de caza 4) Caza menor en general &lt;/em&gt;y en el anexo III que regula el plan de ordenación de los terrenos cinegéticos de aprovechamiento común (libres) con respecto al periodo y los días hábiles de la caza de paloma bravía (&lt;em&gt;Columba livia&lt;/em&gt;), quedando de la siguiente manera, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2.3 Periodos y días hábiles de caza &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Caza menor general. Empieza para todas las especies&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[especies|especias]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de caza menor el 12 de octubre. Según las especies&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[especies|especias]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; y/ o las modalidades se establecen 4 fechas de cierre&lt;strong&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
