&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;29 de noviembre de 2022,&lt;/span&gt; se publicó en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;nº &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;155&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;a Orden 30/2022 del consejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras y se aprueba la convocatoria para la concesión de ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; para la modernización y la innovación en la higiene y en la limpieza de los establecimientos de alojamiento turístico, destinada a la compra de mecanismos de elevación de camas, para cumplir el artículo 37 bis de la Ley 8/2012, del Turismo de las Illes Balears, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea Next Generation EU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El 28 de febrero de 2023, se publicó en el&lt;em&gt; Boletín&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oficial de las Illes Bal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;ears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;nº 26&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt; Resolución&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;del consejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo por la cual se modifica la convocatoria mencionada en el punto anterior para ampliar el plazo de presentación de solicitudes y modificar la composición de la Comisión Evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. De acuerdo con lo que se expone en la Orden 30/2022 y en el punto 5 de la convocatoria, la convocatoria está sometida al régimen &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; establecido en el Reglamento (UE) 1407/2013 de la Comisión Europea, de 18 de diciembre de 2013, relativo a la aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea en las ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt;. En consecuencia, las ayudas previstas son compatibles con el mercado interior y, a la vez, quedan exentas de la obligación de notificación establecida en el artículo 108, apartado 3, del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. El 28 de noviembre de 2023, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;publicaron&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt; Boletín&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;nº 162 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;resoluciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; por las cuales se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;conceden las subvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;en el marco de la convocatoria de subvenciones mencionada. A l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;personas que figuran en el anexo de est&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;res&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;oluci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;on&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;se l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;concedió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;una&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; subvención y se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;autorizó y dispuso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; un gasto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;por los importes individuales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;que se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;indicaban&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;las r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;esolucion&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;que se indican &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;también&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; en el anexo de esta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;esolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;cargo a la partida presupuest&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;aria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;12201/G/751C01/77000/00 MR071&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de los&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; presupuestos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;para el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Los expedientes de concesión de subvenciones en los cuales se concedía una subvención por importe igual o superior a 30.000 € fueron fiscalizados de conformidad por la Intervención de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display: none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Tal como se hizo constar en las resoluciones de concesión, de acuerdo con el punto 15 de la convocatoria, el periodo de ejecución de las acciones subvencionables finaliza a los dos meses desde la publicación en el&lt;em&gt; Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;de la resolución de concesión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. Tal como se hizo constar en las resoluciones de concesión, de acuerdo con el punto 16 de la convocatoria, el plazo para la justificación de la subvención es de un mes, a contar desde&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;, Times, serif"&gt;el día siguiente al de la conclusión del plazo de ejecución establecido en el punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. En los expedientes administrativos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;correspondientes consta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;que las personas que figuran en el anexo de esta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;esolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; han justificado adecuadamente, de acuerdo con el apartado 16 de la convocatoria, las actuaciones realizadas y por &lt;/span&gt;los importes que se indican en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display: none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8. E&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;n los expedientes administrativos&lt;/span&gt; correspondientes, consta que las personas beneficiarias se encuentran al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9. Hay crédito adecuado y suficiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; para &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;imputar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;los&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;u&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;das&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; a la partida presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;12201/G/751C01/77000/00 MR071&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s presupuesto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de la Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;dad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La Orden 30/2022&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;consejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras y se aprueba la convocatoria para la concesión de ayudas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ara&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; la modernizació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;y la innovación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; en la higiene &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;y en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;la limpieza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;establecimientos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;alojamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; turístico, destina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;da&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; a la compra de mecanism&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s de elevación de camas, p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ara&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;cumplir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;el artículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; 37 bis de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Ley&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; 8/2012, del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;T&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;urism&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de las Illes Balears, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea Next Generation EU. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Autorizar y dispo&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;ner un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;gasto global de 2.880,00 €&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;a favor de las personas beneficiarias que figuran en el anexo y por los importes individuales que se indican, con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;cargo a la partida presupuest&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;aria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;12201/G/751C01/77000/00 MR071&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;de los&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; presupuestos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;2. Reconocer la obligación y proponer el pago de la subvención por un importe global de 2.880,00 € a favor de las personas beneficiarias que figuran en el anexo y por los importes individuales indicados, con carg&lt;/span&gt;o a la partida presupuestaria 12201/G/751C01/77000/00 MR071 de los presupuestos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. Aprobar la liquidación de la subvención a las personas beneficiarias que figuran en el anexo y por los importes individuales que se indican en él.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. Hacer constar que esta subvención ha sido financiada con fondos procedentes del Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia del Mecanismo de Recuperación y Resiliencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la sala de lo contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
