&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SERVICIO JURÍDICO ADMINISTRATIVO DE GESTIÓN URBANÍSTICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Expediente 1053215Z PD 2019/0002&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno de Palma, en sesión de día 22/05/2024,&amp;nbsp; aprobó inicialmente el proyecto de urbanización de UE/86-05 Sant Jordi, promovido por el Sr.Andrés Garau Cantallops, en representación de la JUNTA DE COMPENSACIÓ DE LA UE/86-05 SANT JORDI, redactado el Ingeniero de caminos, canales y puertos Mateo Estrany Pieras, por el Ingeniero industrial Miguel Ángel Verger Martin y por el Biólogo Angel Pomar i Gomà i por la Ambientóloga Clara Fuertes Salom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cumplimiento de los artículos 71.2 y 79.4 de la Ley 12/2017, de 29 de Diciembre, de urbanismo de las Illes Balears (BOIB 160 de 29 de Diciembre); el 117.1.b) del Reglamento general de la Ley 12/2017, de 29 de diciembre, de urbanismo de las Illes Balears, para la isla de Mallorca (BOIB 51 de 22-04-23); el 70.2 de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, modificada por la Ley 11/99, de 21 de abril y el 83 de la Ley 39/15, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se somete a información pública de un mes el mencionado proyecto de urbanización.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quienes se consideren afectados pueden examinarlo,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;juntamente con la documentación técnica aprobada, en el Servicio de Información Urbanística del Área de Urbanismo, Vivienda y Proyectos Estratégicos (Avda. Gabriel Alomar, 18, bajos, Edificio Municipal de las Avenidas –martes y jueves de 9 a 11h-) y/o en la sede electrónica municipal en la dirección: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;y formular las alegaciones que estimen pertinentes en el mencionado plazo y mediante escrito dirigido al alcalde. Las alegaciones se han de presentar, si se trata de sujeto obligado a relacionarse a través de medios electrónicos con las administraciones públicas –según el artículo 14.2 de la Ley 39/15- obligatoriamente en la sede electrónica de la Web del Ayuntamiento de Palma, con indicación expresa y clara de qué se trata y haciendo constar el número del expediente. Si se trata de una persona física podrá utilizar la citada sede electrónica o bien presentar la documentación en cualesquiera de las Oficinas municipales de Atención a la Ciudadanía, la ubicación de las cuales puede consultarse en la Web www.palma.cat, o en las dependencias a que hace referencia el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/15.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
