    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión celebrada el pasado día 22 de abril de 2024 tomó el siguiente acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;EXPEDIENTE DE ENAJENACIÓN ONEROSA DEL BIEN PATRIMONIAL VIVIENDA Nº5, SE:5, PL:01, PT:10 Y APARCAMIENTO EN EL MISMO EDIFICIO SITUADO EN COMUNES DE CAN OLIVER ESQUINA CALLE SANTA ANNA DE MURO. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Visto el informe de valoración inmobiliaria redactado por el arquitecto municipal, Francisco de Asís Truyols Nadal, en fecha de febrero de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dado que a tal efecto han sido redactados Pliegos de condiciones, que deben regir el contrato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la vista de las características y del importe del contrato, se opta por la adjudicación mediante procedimiento abierto, con un único criterio de adjudicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Examinada la documentación que le acompaña, visto el informe de Secretaría, y de conformidad con lo establecido en la Disposición Adicional Segunda de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, por la que se trasladan a&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;el ordenamiento jurídico español las Directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, por unanimidad, acuerda: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Aprobar el expediente de enajenación onerosa del bien patrimonial vivienda nº5, es:5, pl:01, pt:10 y aparcamiento en el mismo edificio situado en Comunes de Can Oliver esquina Calle Santa Anna de Muro, con un presupuesto base de licitación&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;por importe de 208.006,32 euros, convocando su licitación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Aprobar el Pliego de condiciones que regirán el presente contrato mediante procedimiento abierto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Publicar el anuncio de licitación en el perfil de contratante con el contenido contemplado en el anexo III de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Publicar en el perfil de contratante toda la documentación integrante del expediente de contratación, en particular el pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y el de prescripciones técnicas.&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;La documentación necesaria para la presentación de las ofertas debe estar disponible este día de publicación del anuncio de licitación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Designar a los miembros de la Mesa de Contratación y publicar su composición en el perfil de contratante: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El sr.&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Miquel Porquer Tugores, Alcalde-Presidente o concejal en quien delegue, como Presidente de la Mesa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Dª.&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Catalina Mª Balaguer Fuster, TAG del Ayuntamiento, que actuará como Secretario de la Mesa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
