    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;Por Resolución de Alcaldía, Decreto núm. 2024-0607 de fecha 13 de juny de 2024, se aprobó la convocatoria para la concesión de subvenciones de fomento para la participación de las entidades deportivas de Bunyola en competiciones estatales, garantizando que los Clubes que hayan obtenido buenos resultados autonómicos puedan representar Baleares en eventos de mayor envergadura, en la temporada 2023-2024, con el texto siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Expediente núm.: &lt;/strong&gt;2010/2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;Procedimento: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Subvenciones por participacion competiciones estatales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;CONVOCATORIA DE SUBVENCIONES DE FOMENTO PARA LA PARTICIPACIÓN DE LAS ENTIDADES DEPORTIVAS DE BUÑOLA EN COMPETICIONES ESTATALES, GARANTIZANDO QUE LOS CLUBES QUE HAYAN OBTENIDO BUENOS RESULTADOS AUTONÓMICOS PUEDEN REPRESENTAR A BALEARES EN EVENTOS DE MAYOR ENVERGADURA EN LA TEMPORADA 2023/2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;1. Bases Reguladoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt; Estas subvenciones se regirán por lo establecido en la presente convocatoria; en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; en el Reglamento General de la Ley de Subvenciones aprobado por Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio; en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; en el Real decreto 130/2019, de 8 de marzo, por el que se regula la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y otras ayudas públicas; en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones, publicada en el BOIB nº. 126 de fecha 16 de julio de 2020, y en el resto de normas de derecho administrativo que sean de aplicación, y en su defecto, las normas de derecho privado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;El procedimiento para la concesión de estas subvenciones será en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, mediante la comparación de las solicitudes presentadas, a fin de establecer una prelación entre éstas de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos en esta convocatoria, adjudicando, con el límite fijado en el punto siguiente, aquellas que hayan obtenido mayor valoración en aplicación de los citados criterios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;2. Créditos presupuestarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt; a los que se imputa la subvención son los siguientes 3410.48900, siendo la cuantía total máxima de las subvenciones convocadas de 4.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;3. Objeto, Condiciones y Finalidad de la Concesión de la Subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt; Esta convocatoria tiene por objeto fijar los criterios para la concesión de subvenciones a las entidades deportivas del municipio de Bunyola, para el desarrollo de sus actividades deportivas extraordinarias durante la temporada 2023- 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;La subvención tiene por finalidad favorecer la realización de actividades deportivas en el municipio, apoyar a los clubes deportivos que, debido a los buenos resultados obtenidos en competiciones autonómicas, acudan en representación de Baleares a competiciones de carácter nacional celebradas fuera de la isla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;La concesión de las ayudas contempladas en la presente convocatoria se sujetará a los principios de publicidad, transparencia, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, así como la eficacia en el cumplimiento de objetivos y eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;4. Requisitos para sol.licitar la Subvención y la Forma de Acreditarlos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt; Podrá solicitar participar en la convocatoria cualquier entidad deportiva sin ánimo de lucro que esté legalmente constituida y tenga su sede social en el término municipal de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;Requisitos para solicitar la subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- Estar legalmente constituidas y tener su sede social en el término municipal de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- Estar inscritas en el Registro General de Entidades del Ayuntamiento y en el Registro de Entidades Deportivas de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- Estar al corriente de sus obligaciones fiscales con el Ayuntamiento de Bunyola, con la Agencia Tributaria y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- Acreditar una antigüedad mínima de dos años y desarrollar la actividad deportiva continuada durante este tiempo en el municipio de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- Acreditar un mínimo de 20 socios en la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones que se recogen en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- Participar en competiciones estatales en representación de Baleares a causa de los buenos resultados obtenidos en competición autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;Estos requisitos tendrán que ser acreditados por los solicitantes mediante una declaración responsable del representante de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Órgano Cometente para la Instrucción i Resolución del Procedimiento.&lt;/strong&gt; El órgano competente para la instrucción del expediente es el Concejal de Deportes&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;Éste solicitará cuantos informes estime necesarios para resolver, así como evaluar las solicitudes que se presenten en tiempo y forma, todo ello en conformidad con el artículo 24 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;El órgano competente para resolver será el Alcalde en virtud del artículo 7 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;6. Plazo de Presentación de Solicitudes y Documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt; Las entidades deportivas tendrán que presentar la solicitud según lo que establece la normativa vigente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;El 2 de octubre de 2016 entró en vigor la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas que obliga a todas las entidades a relacionarse con las administraciones públicas por medios electrónicos y, por tanto, disponer necesariamente de un certificado general que represente a la organización. Esta relación electrónica se refiere tanto a las notificaciones como a la presentación de documentos y solicitudes a través de registro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;Esto implica que todas las solicitudes y documentaciones que se dirijan al Ayuntamiento deben realizarse obligatoriamente mediante el registro electrónico:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;http://bunyola.sedelectronica.es/&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es necesario que, como entidad, se obtenga un certificado o firma digital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;El certificado o la firma digital es un documento en formato digital que sirve para identificar a una persona física o jurídica a la que se le asigna una clave para poder realizar trámites con las administraciones de forma electrónica. Tiene un valor legal equivalente al de la firma manuscrita. El certificado o la firma digital, deberá solicitarse a través de la web de la Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (FNMT) https://www.sede.fnmt.gob.es/ca/certificados, que es una &amp;quot;entidad certificadora&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;La entidad deberá acreditar la titularidad de forma presencial en alguna de las Oficinas Registro. Por último, se hará una descarga del certificado vía internet y se realizará una copia de seguridad del certificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;La presentación de las solicitudes implica la plena aceptación de estas bases y de los requisitos y obligaciones que se recogen en las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;La entidad deportiva deberá adjuntar a la solicitud, la siguiente documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;1. Fotocopia del DNI de la persona que suscribe la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;2. Fotocopia del CIF de la entidad solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;3. Documentación acreditativa de la representación en virtud de la cual actúa la persona que firma la solicitud (copia de la Escritura de constitución o modificación, copia del Acta fundacional y Estatutos, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;4. Declaración responsable de cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en la base 4 de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;5. Programa detallado de las actividades a realizar y por las que se solicita la subvención (no están incluidas: casales, campus, colonias,…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;6. Certificado de la federación correspondiente de haber participado en competiciones estatales en representacion de Baleares a causa de los buenos resultados obtenidos en competición autonómica, número de licencias inscritas en los equipos afectados en la temporada 2023-2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;7. Declaración jurada sobre si se ha solicitado u obtenido otras ayudas para la misma actividad, así como su importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. Acreditación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes en el registro general de entrada del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola es de 15 días hábiles, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;Si la documentación presentada fuese incompleta o defectuosa, se requerirá a la entidad solicitante que, en el plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles, subsane los defectos o acompañe a los documentos preceptivos, con la indicación de que, si así no lo hiciera, se considerará desistida su solicitud, previa resolución dictada en estos términos, en los términos establecidos por el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Procedimiento de Concessión. &lt;/strong&gt;Para la valoración de las solicitude presentadas y la formulación de la propuesta de resolución, se tendrán en cuenta los siguientes critios de valoración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- Número de socios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- Número de licencias federativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- Número de equipos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- Número de participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;- Resultados obtenidos en las competiciones autonómicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;Estos criterios de valoración serán ponderados en función de las características específicas de cada entidad deportiva, teniendo en cuenta su tamaño, antigüedad y su actividad durante el año deportivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;8. Cuantía de las Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt; La cuantía de la subvención no podrá superar el 80% del total de la actividad subvencionada, con el límite de 2.000 euros por entidad deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;9. Justificación de la Subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt; Los beneficiarios tendrán que justificar la realización de la actividad subvencionada y la aplicación de los fondos recibidos, presentando los documentos justificativos que se indiquen en la resolución de concesión, en un plazo máximo de 30 días hábiles a contar desde la finalización de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;La justificación se realizará mediante la presentación de los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;1. Memoria de la actividad realizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;2. Relación clasificada de los gastos e ingresos de la actividad realizada, con identificación del acreedor y del documento, su importe, fecha de emisión y fecha de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;3. Facturas o documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;4. Acreditación del pago de estos gastos mediante extractos bancarios o documentos equivalentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;5. Certificación expedida por la entidad, acreditativa de la realidad de los gastos realizados y pagados por la entidad deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;6. Certificación expedida por la entidad, acreditativa de las subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos financieros que hayan financiado la actividad subvencionada, con indicación del importe y su procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(248, 249, 250)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;El retraso en la justificación de la subvención por parte del beneficiario comportará la pérdida del derecho a percibir la subvención concedida, y en su caso, el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas más los intereses de demora correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;10. Publicidad de las Subvenciones Concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt; La relación de las subvenciones concedidas se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 18 de la Ley General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;11. Recursos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;Contra la presente convocatoria, que agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse, potestativamente, recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, o recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses ante los Juzgados de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;12. Régimen Jurídico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36)"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en esta convocatoria será de aplicación lo dispuesto en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; su Reglamento General aprobado por Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio; la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola; y las demás normas de derecho administrativo que sean de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
