&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Por Acuerdo del Consejo de Administración de 9 de junio de 2023 se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases del proceso de selección por el sistema de concurso oposición correspondiente a la oferta de ocupación pública ordinaria para el año 2022 para cubrir plazas de personal laboral de Puertos de las Illes Balears (BOIB n.º 151, de 7/11/2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En el BOIB n.º 77, de 8 de junio de 2024, se publicó la Resolución por la que se aprueba la lista de aspirantes que han superado el proceso de selección por el sistema de concurso oposición correspondiente a la oferta de ocupación pública ordinaria para el año 2022 del GRUPO D y se les adjudica un lugar de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La persona con DNI 43198011D de la categoría de guardamuelles auxiliar para la isla de Mallorca de la lista mencionada, dentro del plazo de tres días establecido para la firma del contrato, ha renunciado a la plaza adjudicada, por lo que hay que adjudicar el lugar de trabajo a la siguiente persona de la lista definitiva de puntuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consideraciones jurídicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Acuerdo del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears, por el que se aprueba la convocatoria y las bases del proceso de selección por el sistema de concurso oposición correspondiente a la oferta de ocupación pública ordinaria para el año 2022 para cubrir plazas de personal laboral (BOIB n.º 151, de 7 de noviembre de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La lista definitiva de puntuaciones aprobada por el órgano de selección, en la que consta en segundo lugar, por orden de puntuación, la persona con DNI 41537252B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. De acuerdo con las bases de la convocatoria, el director gerente de Puertos de las Illes Balears tiene que dictar una resolución que tiene que contener la adjudicación del lugar de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Modificar la lista de personas que han superado el proceso selectivo del concurso de la categoría de guardamuelles auxiliar, y adjudicar el lugar de trabajo con código L03230020, destino Son Servera, a la persona con DNI 41537252B, de acuerdo con su petición efectuada y la puntuación obtenida en el proceso selectivo, conforme la lista definitiva de puntuaciones aprobada por el Órgano de Selección el 28 de mayo de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La firma del contrato y toma de posesión se tiene que efectuar en el plazo de tres días hábiles a contar a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, previo cumplimiento de las formalidades preceptivas y presentación de documentación correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente a su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 5 de los Estatutos de Puertos de las Illes Balears aprobados por el Decreto 134/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
