    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Vista la nueva composición del equipo de gobierno municipal se considera adecuado llevar a cabo la modificación del Decreto mencionado, en el sentido de establecer una nueva composición de la Junta de Gobierno así como el nombramiento de los tenientes de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En virtud de las atribuciones que me confieren los artículos 20.1 b) y 23.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las bases del régimen local, el artículo 23 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares (LMRLIB), el artículo 29 del Reglamento orgánico municipal y los artículos 35.2 y 52 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre (ROF),&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;- Dejar sin efecto el punto primero y segundo del Decreto n.º 1365/2023, de fecha 23 de junio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt;- Aprobar la nueva composición de la Junta de Gobierno Local, que estará formada por mí mismo como presidente, y por los regidores y regidoras siguientes, que no superan el tercio del número legal de los miembros de la Corporación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sra. Maria del Mar Castañer Lozano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sra. Andrea Pomar Capó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sr. Juan A. Lorente Torres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sr. José Porcel Fiol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Para la sustitución de la Alcaldía en los casos de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad, nombro como tenientes de alcalde a los siguientes regidores y regidoras y por el siguiente orden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Primer teniente de Alcalde: Sr. Carlos Darder Rosell&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segundo teniente de Alcalde: Sra. Maria del Mar Castañer Lozano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tercer teniente de Alcalde: Sra. Andrea Pomar Capó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuarto teniente de Alcalde: Sr. Juan A. Lorente Torres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quinto teniente de Alcalde: Sr. José Porcel Fiol &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Notificar esta Resolución a los regidores mencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
