690 2024-06-08 es CAIB 26702 CAIB 2024-06-06 2024-06-08 361227 CAIB ![CDATA[Lista definitiva de reconocimiento de cambios de niveles de carrera profesional de los trabajadores del ayuntamiento de Alaró]] es ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">A los efectos establecidos en el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se hace público que mediante la resolución de alcaldía n.º 2024-0513, de 26 de abril de 2024, rectificada por la resolución de alcaldía n.º 2024-0675, de 30 de mayo de 2024, se aprobó la lista definitiva de reconocimiento de cambios de niveles de carrera profesional de los trabajadores del Ayuntamiento de Alaró que se transcribe a continuación:</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: center"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">«<strong><strong>Lista definitiva de reconocimiento de cambios de niveles de carrera profesional de los trabajadores del ayuntamiento de Alaró, año 2023</strong></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Mediante acuerdo del órgano evaluador de la carrera profesional, reunido en sesión los días 14 de diciembre de 2023 y 14 de enero de 2024, se aprobó la lista provisional de reconocimiento de cambios de niveles de carrera profesional de los trabajadores del ayuntamiento de Alaró, la cual fue objeto de publicación en fecha 21 de marzo de 2024 en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del ayuntamiento de Alaró (https://ajalaro.sedelectronica.es).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El acta otorgaba un plazo diez (10) días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de la lista provisional de reconocimiento de niveles iniciales de carrera profesional, para presentar enmiendas o reclamaciones.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El plazo de alegaciones finalizó el día 9 de abril de 2024.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Dentro del plazo indicado se han presentado las siguientes alegaciones y/o enmiendas:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- C.M.B.M. registro de entrada 2024-E-RC-882 presenta aclaración sobre la homologación del curso «El pati de l&apos;escola com a espai per a l&apos;aprenentatge significatiu».</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- M.L.V.A. registro de entrada 2024-E-RC-648 presenta certificados de trabajo en la empresa pública Multimèdia de les Illes Balears S.A.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Reunido de nuevo el órgano evaluador de la carrera profesional, en sesión el 23 de abril de 2024, vistas las alegaciones, que se han atendido conforme a lo establecido en el Acuerdo entre el ayuntamiento y las organizaciones sindicales en materia de carrera profesional del personal del ayuntamiento de Alaró, procede, estimar las alegaciones presentadas por C.M.B.M. ya que se considera probado que dicho curso está homologado. Desestimar las alegaciones presentadas por M.L.V.A. porque aunque se le acepta el tiempo trabajado en la empresa pública no presenta cursos por el total de las horas exigidas (150 horas).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Por ello, haciendo uso de las atribuciones que me confieren el apartado g) del artículo 21.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, el apartado d) del artículo 24 del Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local; font-size: 12px"><strong><strong>TERCERO</strong></strong>.- Publicar esta resolución en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del ayuntamiento de Alaró (https://ajalaro.sedelectronica.es/) y en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, informando a los interesados ​​que contra la presente Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, pueden interponer de forma alternativa, los siguientes recursos: o bien recurso potestativo de reposición, a interponer ante la alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la presente resolución, o bien directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, a interponer ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta resolución;
