&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar la modificación del acuerdo regulador del precio público sobre público sobre la organización de actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil para facilitar la conciliación de la vida familiar y laboral durante las vacaciones escolares (escuela de verano), en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Niño y mes natural, o parte proporcional, para las familias con mayores necesidades de protección según a) el artículo 5 de la Ley 8/2018, de 31 de julio, de apoyo a las familias, y las pertenecientes a los otros colectivos que se indican, concretamente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;— Familias monoparentales, en los términos previstos en el artículo 7 de la Ley 8/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;— Familias en riesgo social y víctimas de violencia machista, en los términos previstos en el artículo 8 de la Ley 8/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;— Familias con personas en situación de dependencia o con personas con&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;discapacidad, en los términos previstos en el artículo 9 de la Ley 8/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;— Familias en situación de vulnerabilidad económica especial, en los términos previstos en el artículo 10 de la Ley 8/2018. Se entienden como tales las familias beneficiarias de la renta social garantizada, de la renta mínima de inserción o las que tienen el subsidio de desocupación como único ingreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;— Familias numerosas, en los términos previstos en el artículo 6 de la Ley 8/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;— Mujeres en situación de paro de larga duración y mujeres mayores de 45 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra el presente acuerdo, como acto administrativo que pone fin a la vía administrativa, los interesados podrán interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente en su publicación, ante el Juzgado del Contencioso–administrativo, con arreglo al señalado en los artículos 10.b y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y en el artículo 112.3 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
