&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 13 de diciembre de 2022 se publicó en el BOIB 162 la Resolución de la presidencia de la AETIB por la cual se da cumplimiento al Acuerdo de Consejo de Dirección de 3 de noviembre de 2022, que aprueba los criterios comunes y las convocatorias específicas bajo la modalidad de concurso oposición de acuerdo con la oferta pública de estabilización para el año 2022 correspondiente al personal laboral de la AETIB aprobada por el Consejo de Dirección de 24 de mayo de 2022, de conformidad con la disposición adicional sexta de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 12 de enero de 2023, se realizó el sorteo entre el personal clasificado como fijo para ser vocales de los órganos de selección del proceso de estabilización de la AETIB (modalidad concurso de méritos y concurso oposición). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 7 de febrero de 2023 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 17 la Resolución del director de la AETIB de designación de los órganos de selección de las convocatorias del proceso selectivo de estabilización mediante concurso de méritos y modalidad concurso oposición para el acceso como personal fijo de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears (AETIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.-&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 9 de febrero de 2023, previa convocatoria, se constituyó el órgano de selección de la categoría A de la convocatoria de concurso oposición del proceso de estabilización de la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.-&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 15 de febrero de 2023, se reunieron los miembros del órgano de selección para la revisión de los candidatos presentados en el concurso oposición. En fecha 17 de marzo de 2023 se procedió a redactar la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 21 de abril de 2023 se reunieron los miembros del órgano de selección para la elaboración de la lista definitiva de admitidos y excluidos y la lista provisional de méritos alegados en la declaración responsable de los candidatos admitidos y baremación provisional del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.-&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 5 de junio de 2023 se reunieron los miembros del órgano de selección para la elaboración de la lista informativa del orden de los aspirantes y requerir los méritos alegados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 18 de julio de 2023 se reunieron los miembros del órgano de selección para la elaboración de la lista informativa DEFINITIVA del orden de los aspirantes en la fase del concurso de méritos para cada una de las plazas ofrecidas en el concurso oposición del grupo A (cuerpo facultativo), un vez visto y valorado los méritos acreditados por los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.-&lt;/strong&gt; El 17 de mayo de 2024, fecha prevista para la realización del examen, se reunieron los miembros del órgano de selección a las 08; 00hs para la recepción de todos los aspirantes convocados y para la realización en primer lugar del sorteo para elegir cuál de los 3 modelos de exámenes es el que se llevará a cabo. Se explica a todos los aspirantes las normas para hacer el examen y que se dispone de 160 minutos para hacerlo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vez que los aspirantes han entregados los exámenes, el Tribunal procede a la evaluación de las pruebas y a elevar a la dirección de la AETIB la lista de aspirantes que han superado el examen en la fase oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- &lt;/strong&gt;Artículo 11.2 del Decreto 18/2018, de 22 de junio, por el que se reorganiza, reestructura y regula la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 4/2022, de 28 de febrero, de modificación de los Estatutos de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.-&lt;/strong&gt; Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. - &lt;/strong&gt;Ordenar la publicación de esta lista provisional en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Baleares (BOIB), dando un plazo de 7 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de publicación para plantear reclamaciones o solicitar la revisión del ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Finalizado el plazo establecido en el párrafo anterior y una vez resueltas las posibles reclamaciones, si las hubiere, y de acuerdo al acta del tribunal de fecha 17 de mayo de 2024, se procederá a la publicación de la lista definitiva de los aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de acuerdo con la puntuación de la fase oposición más la puntuación de la fase de méritos,&amp;nbsp; dando el aspirante que ha obtenido la mejor puntuación global tanto del cuerpo Arquitecto como de Ingenieros&amp;nbsp; Camino, Canales y Puertos, para adjudicarle la plaza, además de aprobar las bolsas de personal laboral temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;Interposición de recurso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el presidente o del director de la AETIB en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de haber publicado la resolución de acuerdo con el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares,&amp;nbsp; en concordancia con el artículo 121 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
