(Anexo II)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong><span style="color:black">Séptimo.- </span></strong>Comunicar el presente acuerdo al departamento económico del Patronato, a la asesoría laboral y al Registro de Personal para su conocimiento y efectos oportunos.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">Octavo.- </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%">Dar cuenta de la presente en el próximo<strong> </strong>Consejo Rector del Patronato que se<strong> </strong>lleve a cabo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes contado desde el día siguiente al de recibir la presente notificación. En este caso no podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El recurso de reposición potestativo debe presentarse en el registro general de este Patronato o en las dependencias a que se refiere el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, antes mencionada, y se considerará desestimado cuando no se haya resuelto ni notificado la resolución, en el plazo de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente al de su interposición. En este caso queda expedita la vía contencioso-administrativa.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Si no se utiliza el recurso potestativo de reposición, se puede interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, con arreglo a lo establecido en el artículo mencionado anteriormente, y los 45 y siguientes de la ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de recibir la presente notificación.
