&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Vista la propuesta del Tribunal Calificador de la convocatoria del procedimiento selectivo para la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de operarios/as polivalentes del Ayuntamiento de Llubí de día 22 de mayo de 2024.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Examinada la documentación que le acompaña, y de conformidad con lo fijado en el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la constitución de la bolsa de trabajo para cubrir las posibles vacantes temporales que sucedan en los puestos de trabajo de operarios polivalentes de este Ayuntamiento, del grupo E, con la siguiente relación de aspirantes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/table&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar en el BOIB la relación de aspirantes incluidos en la bolsa, que debe quedar permanentemente actualizada en la sede electrónica municipal.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Le notifico para su conocimiento y efectos procedentes. Haciéndole saber que, contra este acuerdo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, procede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Alternativamente y de forma potestativa, se puede interponer recurso de reposición, de acuerdo con la ley 39/2015, ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstante, lo anterior, podrá ejercitarse, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
